On the reversals on both charts, it seems like the older charts (which I don't have anymore) you can only reverse once, ie.
wrestler A throws wrestler B into ropes or turnbuckle and a reversal is thrown you now roll for wrestler A and reversal comes up again you would reroll for wrestler A
Is that correct?
On the PIN SAVE chart 7-10 said roll your PIN. If I did a finisher and roll 7-10 on save do I still add finisher bonus and +1 for the fatigue bonus from the PIN save
Moonstrike gets the Paladin Drop (+3) on Blood, I rolled on PIN SAVE chart got an 8. Blood's normal PIN is 3. Would the PIN now be (3 + 3 for PALADIN DROP +1 for PIN save attempt= 7 need an 8?)

yes and yes. You can only reverse once and pin is still plus opponent's finisher if the save is unsuccessful.

Personally I don't add the fatigue until the entire PIN chain is resolved...meaning I'd still roll with a target of 6 (3 base pin rating + 3 finisher rating) even if the pin save failed. If Blood kicked out, then I'd add the fatigue from the PIN attempt.

That is how I see it and how I do it as well.
