USA Wrestling 2.8 Gorilla and The Brain open the show. Gorilla lists towns in Maine and Vermont USA Wrestling will be visiting in the future and introduces the first match.
1. The Sheik with Abdullah Farouk vs. Mikey Whipwreck The Sheik puts Mikey on the mat with a hair pull and locks on the camel clutch. Mikey fights his way to the ropes. The Sheik locks on the camel clutch a second time but Mikey is able to break the hold. The Sheik stomps Mikey and locks on the camel clutch a third time. Mikey won’t submit! The Sheik hits a few elbow drops to the back and locks on the camel clutch a fourth time. Mikey taps out.
Winner - The Sheik by submission
The Brain says The Sheik is the most vicious wrestler he’s ever seen. Gorilla throws it to Bill Apter, standing by with Stranger Lewis and John Pesek.
Lewis says he trained Billy Wicks and he and Pesek have come to town to teach Stan Hansen and Austin Idol a lesson. If they want to fight dirty, Lewis and Pesek will fight dirty. Pesek tells Hansen and Idol to watch their backs because he and Lewis are coming for them.
The Brain says USA Wrestling should beef up security to protect Idol & Hansen from the two grizzled shooters. Gorilla says turnabout is fair play. Lewis & Pesek will give Idol & Hansen a taste of their own medicine and introduces the next match.
2. Antonino Rocca vs. Dan Spivey Spivey overpowers Rocca in the early minutes of the match. Rocca makes a comeback and nails him with a series of dropkicks. Rocca goes to the top rope but Spivey throws him to the mat. Spivey throws Rocca out of the ring and hits a power bomb on the concrete. Rocca barely beats the count back into the ring. Spivey hits a power bomb for a two count. Rocca makes a comeback but can’t hold the momentum. Spivey hits another power bomb for the win.
Winner - Dan Spivey by pinfall
The Brain touts the much needed win by Spivey and Gorilla wonders what Rocca will do next. Gorilla introduces the next match and ringside photographer Mike Lano.
3. Don Muraco vs. Jim Duggan Muraco dominates Duggan and hits the Hawaiian Hammer for a two count. Muraco hits a second Hawaiian Hammer for the win.
Winner - Don Muraco by pinfall
Gorilla and The Brain are both impressed by Muraco. The Brain introduces the main event.
4. Jim Londos vs. Killer Kowalski - USA Wrestling American Heritage Championship match Londos and Kowalski duke it out at the opening bell and Londos comes out on top. Londos hits the crotch lift and slam and covers Kowalski for a two count. Londos locks on the Boston Crab but Kowalski is able to reach the ropes. Londos hoists Kowalski up in the airplane spin and Kowalski taps out.
Winner - Jim Londos by submission, his seventh title defense
Gorilla thanks the fans for tuning in and invites them to watch next week when Sputnik Monroe takes on Austin Idol with Stan Hansen banned from the building!

USA Wrestling 2.9 Gorilla and The Brain thank the fans for tuning in. Gorilla plugs the main event of Sputnik Monroe vs. Austin Idol and The Brain introduces the first match.
1. Al Snow vs. Rod Fenton Fenton takes the advantage in the early minutes. Snow catches him with a small package for a two count. Snow hits a seated spinebuster for a two count. Fenton and Snow battle outside the ring and Fenton comes out on top. Fenton gouges Snow’s eyes but manages to hide it from the referee. Fenton and Snow battle back and forth and wind up fighting outside the ring again. Fenton gest the upper hand and rolls Snow back into the ring. Fenton hits a series of dropkicks but it’s not enough to put Snow away. Snow mounts a comeback but Fenton shuts him down and throws him out of the ring.
Snow lands on his feet and drags Fenton under the bottom rope. Snow slams Fenton into the apron and rolls him back into the ring. Snow can’t keep the momentum going and Fenton hits another series of dropkicks. Snow gets his foot on the ropes. Fenton hits another series of dropkicks and Snow taps him on the shoulder. Fenton questions the referee and goes to the eyes again. Snow is bloody and Fenton throws him out of the ring. Snow and Fenton brawl outside the ring. Snow comes out on top and rolls Fenton back into the ring. Snow hits the Snow Plow but Fenton kicks out. Snow gets Head from ringside and brains Fenton with it. Snow covers Fenton for the three count.
Winner - Al Snow by pinfall
The Brain calls Snow a dirty cheater. Gorilla says turnabout is fair play. Gorilla says we have some extra time this week and introduces the next match.
2. Johnny Valentine vs. Bill White White is unintimidated and goes on the attack. Valentine takes a beating and chops White down. Valentine hits the Atomic Skullcrusher for the win.
Winner - Johnny Valentine by pinfall
The Brain says Valentine would make a better champion than Londos. Gorilla says they’ll decide that in the ring when the time comes and the show goes to commercial. When it returns, the Gorilla introduces the next match, already in progress.
3. George Steele vs. Tony Anthony Anthony and Steele battle back and forth. Anthony hits a clothesline and covers Steele for a two count. Anthony hits a falling front slam for a two count. Anthony hits the Bucksnort Blaster for the win.
Winner - Tony Anthony by pinfall
The Brain says he’s glad Tony Anthony overcame all the cheating George Steele did during the commercial break. Gorilla says The Brain is ridiculous and introduces the next match.
4. Don Muraco vs. Jim Brunzell Brunzell starts strong but Muraco gets ahold of him and hoists him up in a backbreaker. Brunzell submits.
Winner - Don Muraco by pinfall
Gorilla says Muraco is a force to be reckoned with. The Brain throws it to Gordon Solie standing by with Sputnik Monroe in the ring.
Sputnik promises to beat Austin Idol and calls Idol and Hansen cowards. Sputnik is fired up and Solie leaves the ring while Gary Michael Cappetta introduces Austin Idol.
5. Sputnik Monroe vs. Austin Idol - Stan Hansen is banned from the building. Sputnik attacks Idol as he enters the ring. Idol mounts a comeback and nails Sputnik with the jumping knee smash. Idol clamps on the Las Vegas Leglock and Sputnik taps out.
Winner - Austin Idol by submission
After the match, Idol refuses to release the hold. Strangler Lewis and John Pesek come out of the crowd and Idol high tails it back to the dressing room.
Gorilla thanks the fans for tuning in and invites them to return next week when Don Muraco wrestles Johnny Valentine to determine the #1 contender to the USA Wrestling American Heritage Championship.

Londos is having a nice run with the belt. Yeah. It's a huge relief after the hot potato period. I think this is the only significant run the color Londos card has had for me.

I had a nice run with Londos' B&W card in the WWA fed I did a few years ago. He had a big feud with Ox Baker but could never beat Mascaras or Rocca for the Americas' title.
