USA Wrestling 22 Gorilla and The Brain hype the main event of Nick Bockwinkel vs. Billy Wicks with the winner receiving a shot at the American Heritage Championship at a later date. Gorilla also says there will be a special announcement later in the program about next week’s main event. Gorilla and The Brain throw it to Gary Michael Cappetta.
1. Ron Hutchison vs. Dan Spivey Spivey slams Hutchison into the ring post while Cappetta is doing the introductions. Hutch rebounds and locks on the Shediac Lobster Trap, wearing Spivey down. Spivey recovers and hits the power bomb for the win.
Winner - Spivey by pinfall
Gorilla says Spivey needs to keep his momentum going after that much needed win. The Brain throws it to Bill Apter, standing by with Bobo Brazil.
Apter interviews Brazil until Blackjack Mulligan interrupts. Mulligan says he doesn’t like Bobo coming back and gunning for the Sheik. Bobo says he’ll wrestle Mulligan any time, anywhere. Apter throws it back to the studio. Gorilla and Brain introduce the next match.
2. Dutch Savage vs. Alexis Smirnoff Smirnoff and Savage battle back and forth. Savage hits the delayed pump suplex. Savage comes back and hits the big knee drop for the win.
Winner - Dutch Savage by pinfall
Gorilla and The Brain announce that next week, The Sheik will be locking up with Johnny Valentine for the American Heritage Championship in a falls count anywhere match! The Brain says Valentine is a lock to win the belt and leaves the studio to call his bookie. Gorilla, shaking his head, introduces the next match.
3. Blackjack Mulligan vs. Rocky Kernodle Mulligan is more aggressive than usual and clobbers Kernodle with a lariat for a two count. Mulligan locks on the Blackjack Claw and Kernodle quickly submits.
Winner - Blackjack Mulligan by submission
Mulligan refuses to release the hold. Bobo Brazil hits the ring and the two men brawl until security pulls them apart.
4. Nick Bockwinkel vs. Billy Wicks - #1 contender Bockwinkel and Wicks wrestle back and forth. Bockwinkel catches Wicks in an abdominal stretch but Wicks makes it to the ropes. Bockwinkel tortures Wicks but can’t keep him on the mat. Wicks gets control of the match and locks on the double wristlock but Bockwinkel escapes the hold. Wicks locks on the rear toehold but can’t get Bockwinkel to tap out. Bockwinkel turns things around and locks on the Bockwinkel sleeper but Wicks escapes the hold. Bockwinkel hits a back suplex for a two count. Bockwinkel locked on the figure four and Wicks tapped out.
Winner - Nick Bockwinkel by submission
The Brain is jumping up and down at Bockwinkel’s win. Gorilla thanks the fans and tells them to tune in next week!

USA Wrestling 23 Gorilla and The Brain welcome everyone and hype the main event. Gorilla cuts to Bill Apter, standing by with Johnny Valentine.
Valentine promises to win the American Heritage belt later tonight from the Sheik. Bill Apter is suitable impressed and throws it to the ring announcer, Gary Michael Cappetta, for the next match.
1. Sputnik Monroe vs. Ron Hutchison Hutch shows some spunk early on but Monroe drills him with a running knee lift for the win.
Winner - Sputnik Monroe by pinfall
Gorilla and the Brain are impressed by Sputnik Monroe and throw it to Bill Apter, standing by with Nick Bockwinkel.
Bockwinkel says he’s unquestionably the best wrestler in USA Wrestling and demands a title shot. Teddy Long, flanked by USA Wrestling officials, brings Bockwinkel a contract. Bockwinkel signs it and the match is made for two weeks: Bockwinkel vs. the winner of tonight’s main event for the USA Wrestling American Heritage Championship.
2. Billy Wicks vs. Bull Curry Wicks tries to out wrestle Curry but Curry quickly resorts to illegal tactics, drilling Wicks with a foreign object and nailing him with a series of punches. Curry hits another series of punches but Wicks won’t stay down. Curry smashes Wicks with a chair. The referee warns Curry and he shoves the referee and nails Wicks with another chair shot. The referee calls for the bell.
Winner - Billy Wicks by DQ
Gorilla says Wicks and Curry aren’t done with each other and introduces the next match and the referee, Dick Woehrle.
3. Bobo Brazil vs. Blackjack Mulligan The two big men battle back and forth. They tumble out of the ring and brawl around the ring area. Mulligan wears Brazil down with the trapezius claw. Brazil makes a comeback but can’t take Mulligan off his feet. The two men collide in the middle of the ring and Brazil gets to his feet first. He nails Mulligan with a Coco Butt for a two count. Brazil locks on a bear hug but Mulligan fights his way out of the hold. Mulligan recovers and throws Brazil outside. Brazil body slams Mulligan on the concrete and rolls him back into the ring. Brazil hits another Coco Butt for a two count. Brazil hits another Coco Butt and Mulligan barely gets his foot on the ropes. Mulligan makes a comeback but can’t hold the momentum. Brazil hits another Coco Butt for a two count. Brazil hits another Coco Butt but still can’t put Mulligan away. Bobo pulls Mulligan to his feet and drills him with another Coco Butt for the win.
Winner - Bobo Brazil by pinfall
4. The Sheik vs. Johnny Valentine - Falls count anywhere match for the American Heritage Championship Valentine has the Sheik on the run at the opening bell and hits the Atomic Skullcrusher for a two count. Valentine hits a second Atomic Skullcrusher and the Sheik gets his foot on the ropes. The Sheik turns things around and gouges Valentine’s forehead with a fork. The Sheik hits him with the fork a second time and Valentine rolls out of the ring to regroup. The Sheik slams Valentine into a guard rail and covers him for a two count. The two men fight into the crowd and end up at the concession stand. Valentine takes control and body slams The Sheik on the counter. Valentine hits the Atomic Skullcruser on the concrete and covers the Sheik for the win.
Winner - Johnny Valentine by pinfall! Johnny Valentine is the NEW American Heritage Champion!
Gorilla and The Brain are hugging each other back in the studio. Gorilla says to tune in next week as we start an exciting new chapter in USA Wrestling!

USA Wrestling 24 Gorilla and The Brain welcome the viewers and hype this morning’s main event of Billly Wicks vs. Bull Curry. The Brain reminds everyone his two favorite wrestlers are colliding next week when Johnny Valentine defends his newly won USA Wrestling American Heritage Championship against Nick Bockwinkel. They introduce the first match.
1. Dan Spivey vs. Ron Hutchison Spivey squashes Hutch at the opening bell and drills him with the Spivey Spike for a two count. Spivey hits the power bomb for the win.
Winner - Spivey by pinfall
Gordon Solie catches up with Spivey in the back after the match. Before Spivey can answer any of Solie’s questions, Abdullah Farouk interrupts the interview. He says he and The Sheik have business in the Orient and will be gone for a while but they’re leaving a present for USA Wrestling.
With that, Abdullah The Butcher and Jimmy Snuka attack Spivey from behind. Spivey is a bloody mess before security and local police arrive. Farouk is laughing as Snuka and The Butcher are escorted out.
The Brain is white as a sheet back in the studio. With a stuttering voice, Gorilla goes over the live event schedule for this week.
2. William Muldoon vs. Alexis Smirnoff Muldoon and Smirnoff grapple back and forth. Muldoon locks on the double shoulder lock but Smirnoff breaks the hold. Muldoon locks on the hammerlock and ½ nelson but Smirnoff won’t give up. Smirnoff tries mounting a comeback but Muldoon shuts him down and locks on the double shoulder lock. Muldoon hits the body lift and throw for the win.
Winner - William Muldoon by pinfall
Gorilla gives an update on Dan Spivey’s condition, saying he’s in intensive care at a local medical facility.
3. Pampero Firpo vs. Rocky Kernodle Firpo bulldozed Kernodle and locked on El Garfio for a quick submission.
Winner - Firpo by submission
4. Billy Wicks vs. Bull Curry Curry tried attacking Wicks before the bell but Wicks forced him to the mat and locked on the double wristlock. Curry fought his way to the ropes. Wicks locked on the double wristlock a second time and Curry tapped out.
Winner - Billy WIcks by submission
After the match, Wicks challenges the winner of next week’s American Heritage Championship match to a title shot.
Gorilla says the new champ is going to have his work cut out for him. The Brain says Wicks doesn’t have a chance. Gorilla tells the fans to tune in next week when Johnny Valentine makes his first defense of the American Heritage Championship against Nick Bockwinkell.

USA Wrestling 25 Gorilla and The Brain welcome the viewers and The Brain is over the moon about his two favorite wrestlers being in the main event. Gorilla throws it to the announcer, Gary Michael Cappetta.
1. Tommy Gilbert vs. Jimmy Snuka Snuka chases Cappetta around the ring area. Gilbert tries saving Cappetta and Snuka knocks him senseless with chops. Snuka brutalizes Gilbert outside the ring and rolls him back in. Snuka hits the Superfly Leap and pulls Gilbert up by the hair before the three count. Snuka hits a power slam but Gilbert is too close to the ropes to cover. Snuka hits the Superfly Leap a second time for the win.
Winner - Jimmy Snuka by pinfall
Gorilla says Jimmy Snuka was impressive and The Brain agrees. Gorilla introduces the next match already in progress.
2. Jimmy Valiant vs. Bob Orton Valiant and Orton are brawling outside the ring when the match is joined. Valiant brains Orton with a chair and the referee calls for the bell.
Winner - Bob Orton by DQ
Gorilla says Valiant and Orton haven’t seen the last of each other and will meet again next week. Gorilla throws it to Lance Russell standing by with Stan Hansen.
Hansen says he didn’t like what Abdullah the Butch and Jimmy Snuka did to Dan Spivey last week. He says Spivey is out of the hospital and will be cleared to wrestle in a few days. He challenges Snuka and Abdullah to take on him and Spivey in two weeks.
3. Bobo Brazil vs. Bull Curry Bobo overpowers Curry and nails him with a Coco Butt for a two count. Coco hits two more Coco Butts but Curry keeps kicking out. Bobo winds up and hits a big hammer punch for the win.
Winner - Bobo Brazil by pinfall
Gorilla says Bobo Brazil should be in line for a title shot soon. Gorilla and The Brain hype the main event one last time.
4. Johnny Valentine Vs. Nick Bockwinkel - American Heritage Championship Bockwinkel gets the upper hand at the opening bell and hits the back suplex for a two count. Valentine makes a comeback and nails Bockwinkel with a forearm hammer for a near fall. Valentine nails Bockwinkel with the Atomic Skullcrusher for a two count. Valentine hits a second Atomic Skullcrusher but Bockwinkel gets his foot on the ropes. Valentine hits a third Atomic Skullcrusher for the win.
Winner - Johnny Valentine by pinfall, his first title defense.
Gorilla and The Brain thank the fans for tuning in and invite them to return next week when Johnny Valentine puts up the American Heritage Championship against Billy Wicks.
