USA Wrestling 27 Gorilla and The Brain welcome the viewers and run down the morning’s lineup. Gorilla runs down the list of Michigan and Ohio towns USA Wrestling will be visiting soon and introduces the first match.
1. Sputnik Monroe vs. Ron Hutchison Hutch gets in some offense early on but Sputnik kills his momentum with a running knee lift and hits the neckbreaker for the win.
Winner - Sputnik Monroe by pinfall
Gorilla says Sputnik Monroe should be in line for a title shot soon and throws it to Lance Russell standing by with Stan Hansen and Danny Spivey. Russell doesn’t get a word out before Jimmy Snuka and Abdullah the Butcher show up and attack Hansen and Spivey. Security mobs the pair and the show goes to commercial.
2. Red Berry vs. Rocky Kernodle Berry quickly out grapples Kernodle and locks on the Gilligan Twist but Kernodle is too close to the ropes. Kernodle rallies and hits a dropkick for a two count. Kernodle hits a top rope sunset flip for a near fall. Kernodle locks on the sleeper but Berry gets to the ropes. Berry recovers but Kernodle shuts him down and hits a cross body block for the win.
Winner - Rocky Kernodle by pinfall
Gorilla says they have some extra time this week and introduces the next match, a main event anywhere in the country.
3. William Muldoon vs. Mike DiBiase Muldoon and DiBiase grapple back and forth. DiBiase hits a small package out of nowhere but Muldoon easily kicks out. DiBiase wears Muldoon down with the abdominal stretch. DiBiase hits a piledriver for a two count. Muldoon turns things around and hits the body lift and throw for a two count. Muldoon wears DiBiase down with a double shoulder lock and hits another body lift and throw for a two count. Muldoon and DiBiase trade the advantage back and forth. Muldoon locks on the hammerlock & half nelson. It looks as if DiBiase will tap but he reaches the ropes. DiBiase tries to make a comeback but Muldoon rolls him up with the ¾ Nelson for the win.

4. Bull Curry vs. Pampero Firpo - Texas Death match Firpo mauls Curry in the early minutes and locks on El Garfio but Curry escapes the hold. Firpo hits a running body slam for a two count. Firpo and Curry battle outside the ring and Curry gets the advantage. Firpo recovers and hits another running body slam for a two count. Curry smashes Firpo with a chair and locks on the Alligator Clutch but can’t get Firpo to submit. Curry nails Firpo with a series of punches and covers him for a two count. Curry smashes Firpo with two brutal chair shots but can’t keep the wildman’s shoulders down. Curry nails Firpo with another series of punches for the win.
Winner - Bull Curry by pinfall
Gorilla reveals that Curry will face Johnny Valentine for the American Heritage Championship next week. They cut to the main event.
5. Hansen & Spivey vs. Abdullah & Snuka Spivey and Snuka start the match. Spivey and Snuka battle back and forth. Snuka throws Spivey to the outside and gives him a piledriver on the concrete. Spivey is able to beat the count back into the ring. Snuka hits a backbreaker for a near fall and tags in Abdullah. Abdullah nails Spivey with a karate thrust to the throat. Abdullah gouges Spivey’s forehead with a foreign object. Spivey recovers and tags in Hansen. Hansen and Abdullah battle back and forth. Abullah takes the momentum and hits the Sudanese Meat Cleaver for the win.
Winners - Abdullah & Snuka by pinfall
The two teams keep fighting after the bell. Gorilla jabbers something about pandemonium and invites the viewers to tune in next week.

Go Rocky. Muldoon still does his thing well. Snuka and Abby make an interesting team. I remember them teaming against Hansen and Tom Zenk once not long after Brody's death so I've spun things out of that.

USA Wrestling 28 Gorilla welcomes the fans to the show and runs down a list of towns in North and South Dakota USA Wrestling will be visiting soon. The Brain isn’t impressed and introduces the first match.
1. Red Berry vs. Bill White Berry dominates White in the early minutes and hits the rope climb headlock takeover for a two count. Berry locks on the reverse surfboard and White taps out.
Winner - Red Berry by submission
Gorilla says we have extra time this week and introduces the next match featuring Golden Greek, Jim Londos, a treat to the fans at home.
2. Jim Londos vs. Tommy Gilbert Gilbert isn’t impressed and takes the fight to Londos early on. Londos turns things around and hits the crotch lift and slam. Londos locks on the Boston Crab but Gilbert is able to reach the ropes. Londos locks on the Boston Crab a second time but Gilbert fights his way out of the hold. Londos hits another crotch lift and slam. Gilbert musters a comeback and drills Londos with the running knee lift for the win.
Winner - Tommy Gilbert by pinfall
Gorilla says anything can happen in USA Wrestling and throws it to Lance Russell, standing by with Sputnik Monroe. Monroe goes off on a rant about being passed over for title shots and grabs Russell by the shirt. Teddy Long, flanked by security, arrives and says Monroe can have a title shot next week.
3. Don Leo Jonathan vs. Mike DiBiase DLJ tries to intimidate DiBiase with his size advantage but DiBiase takes the fight to him and hits the top rope knee to the back for a two count. DiBiase hits the top rope knee to the back a second time but can’t put DLJ away. DiBiase nails DLJ with a series of punches but can only get a two count. DLJ makes a comeback and hits the rolling back splash for a two count. DLJ goes to the top rope and hits a flying body press for a two count. DLJ locks on the Mormon Swing but can’t get DiBiase to submit. DLJ goes to the Mormon Swing a second time but still can’t get DiBiase to submit. DLJ nails DiBiase with the Atomic Drop for the win.
Winner - Don Leo Jonathan by pinfall
The Brain and Gorilla are impressed by Don Leo Jonathan’s debut performance and cut to Bill Apter, standing by with Stan Hansen & Dan Spivey.
Hansen and Spivey say they aren’t done with Abdullah and Jimmy Snuka and challenge them to a rematch! Abdullah and Snuka interrupt the interview and attack Hansen and Spivey. Security mobs the scene and Apter throws it back to the studio.
Gorilla said they’ll have an announcement about Hansen & Spivey vs. Abdullah & Snuka next week and introduces the next match.
4. Jimmy Valiant vs. Bob Orton - Loser Leaves Town Orton dominates the match and hits the piledriver for a two count. Orton hits a second piledriver for the win.
Winner - Bob Orton by pinfall
After the match, Orton throws Valiant to the outside and is going to give him a piledriver when Valiant’s friend, Manny Fernandez, makes the save.
Back in the studio, The Brain says good riddance to Jimmy Valiant but Gorilla says he’ll miss the Boogie Woogie Man. Promoters around the country are already trying to sign a match between Bob Orton and Manny Fernandez. Gorilla introduces the main event.
5. Johnny Valentine vs. Bull Curry - American Heritage Championship Valentine and Curry come out throwing bombs. Valentine plants Curry with the forearm hammer and nails him with an Atomic Skullcrusher for a two count. Valentine hits another forearm hammer for a two count. Valentine wears down Curry with the sleeper. Curry mounts a comeback and hits a body slam for a two count. Curry nails Valentine with a forearm hammer and the champ gets his foot on the ropes before the three count. Valentine nails Curry with a knee lift and hits the Atomic Skullcrusher for the win.
Winner - Johnny Valentine by pinfall, his third successful title defense

USA Wrestling 29 Gorilla and the Brain welcome the audience and hype the main event. They cut to Lance Russell standing by with Bob Orton. Orton says one time is enough and Fernandez will regret getting involved in his business last week. Orton promises to beat Fernandez and set his sights on the American Heritage title. Lance throws it back to the studio and The Brain introduces the first match.
1. Jim Londos vs. Rocky Kernodle Londos quickly has Kernodle on the mat with a fireman’s carry slam and locks on the Boston Crab. Kernodle taps out.
Winner - Jim Londos by submission
Once again, a skit aired with Gorilla and the Brain looking for George Steele, this time finding him at a wildlife refuge. Some emus pecked Bobby Heenan until he shrieked like a girl and ran away. Gorilla introduced the next match.
2. George Steele vs. Red Berry Steele and Berry battle back and forth. Steele rubs stuffing in Berry’s eyes and locks on the flying hammerlock but Berry manages to escape the hold. Berry makes a comeback and locks on the Gilligan Twist but Steele fights his way to the ropes. Berry locks on the Gilligan Twist a second time for the win.
Winner - Red Berry by submission
Gorilla said Red Berry is on a roll and cut to a pretaped interview segment with Manny Fernandez. Fernandez said Orton needed his mouth shut and Fernandez was just the man to do it.
3. Manny Fernandez vs. Bob Orton Orton and Fernandez fight tooth and nail at the opening bell. Orton rolls Fernandez up after a missed turnbuckle charge for a two count. Orton hits some knee smashes to the head for a two count. Orton nails Fernandez with a piledriver for the win.
Winner - Bob Orton by pinfall
Gorilla says Orton is next in line for a shot at the American Heritage championship. Before the main event, Gorilla announces that next week, Stan Hansen & Dan Spivey will team up to face Abdullah the Butcher & Jimmy Snuka in a falls count anywhere match. The Brain says it’ll be a car wreck and introduces the main event.
4. Johnny Valentine Vs. Sputnik Monroe - American Heritage Championship Valentine dominates the early minutes of the match but Sputnik takes control after the match spills out of the ring. Sputnik hits an atomic drop for a two count. Valentine and Monroe end up brawling outside the ring. Valentien comes out on top of the brawl and throws Monroe back into the ring. Valentine hits the Atomic Skullcrusher for a two count. Valentine hits a second Atomic Skullcrusher but it isn’t enough to put Monroe away. Monroe and Valentine battle back and forth. Valentine nails Monroe with the forearm hammer for the win.
Winner - Johnny Valentine by pinfall, his fourth successful title defense
