Other options I thought of:
"We're going to commercial! Stay with us!" After four tokens are accumulated, the match cuts to commercial. Add two tokens to each participant, roll initiative on level two.
"This match is scheduled for one fall with a ten minute time limit!" If the match is not over by the time eight tokens have been accumulated, it's a declared a draw.
"This is a rough crowd!" The crowd is booing the face and cheering the heel. Increase the face's DQ rating by 1 and decrease the heel's DQ by one.
And here's the Dr. Mike Lano option
"Say cheese!" Dr. Mike Lano is taking photos at ringside! Beware!

One thought especially for TV is the final match ending in a draw of some sort as that was often how studio wrestling ended. "We're outta time. Tune in next week to see what happened."

You've managed to include almost all of the enhancement charts... Nicely done! I was thinking a chart with a more modern style could have a Teddy Long appearance. There's also have to be a "Tonight, in this very ring" option that adds a stipulation to the main event. |

There's also have to be a "Tonight, in this very ring" option that adds a stipulation to the main event. I would probably try to incorporate the Gary Michael Cappetta ring announcer's card as well... There's a whole lot going on here, but maybe with a distinct result for every dice roll, it could all fit!  |
