Southwest Championship Wrestling on the USA Network Aired on 06 Nov 2022 --- King Kong Bundy crushes Jake Milliman in the opener with the ATLANTIC CITY AVALANCHE and asks for not 1....not 2....but 3 pin falls before allowing the referee to raise his hand in victory. --- Tully Blanchard goes over Dirty White Boy by DQ after DWB is caught smashing Blanchard w/ a pair of brass knux and leaving Tully out cold. --- The Fantastics get the win over the Texas Hangmen after hit Killer w/ the ROCKET LAUNCHER. Afterwards, Fulton/Rogers get jumped from behind by the Sheepherders until the locker room empties to chase the Kiwis away. ---In the Main Event, Adrian Adonis and Ted Dibiase go toe-to-toe but we run out of television time as Adonis has Dibiase locked in GOODNIGHT IRENE. Southwest Championship Wrestling on the USA Network Aired on 13 Nov 2022 ....We fade up on the ending of the Adrian Adonis vs Ted Dibiase match from last week....Adrian has Ted locked in GOODNIGHT IRENE as Dibiase looks to be fading....Dibiase is able to shift, allowing him to nail Adrian with a low-blow out of sight of the referee....Dibiase rolls Adonis up, grabbing the tights in the process, and gets the 3-count....
....The main event for next week's show will feature a rematch between Adonis and Dibiase.... --- King Kong Bundy squashes Ron Hutchison w/ the ATLANTIC CITY AVALANCHE, once again getting a 5-count on his opponent. --- Scott Casey goes over Steve Regal, winning w/ the BULLDOG. After the match, Dutch/ Johnny Mantell hit the ring, throwing Regal out before turning their attention to Casey. They drop Casey with a Short-Armed Clothesline into Johnny's RUSSIAN LEG SWEEP before Manny Fernandez clears the ring with a steel chair. --- The Sheepherders get the win over The Conways after hitting the DOUBLE GUTBUSTER on Conway Sr. The Fantastics hit the ring for a huge brawl w/ the Sheepherders. Both locker rooms empty to separate the two teams. ---In the Main Event, Dirty White Boy gets a controversial win over Tully Blanchard. Blanchard had DWB up for the SLINGSHOT SUPLEX but DWB blasted Tully with a pair of brass knux for the second week in a row; this time out of sight of the referee. DWB falls on top of Tully for the 3-count, earning loud jeers from the studio audience. DWB gloats over the downed Blanchard as we fade to black. (2) |

Southwest Championship Wrestling on the USA Network Aired on 20 Nov 2022 ---In the opener, King Kong Bundy once again uses the ATLANTIC CITY AVALANCHE to get a 5-count, this time over Koko B. Ware. ---In a Jr Heavyweight Showcase, Dynamite Kid goes over Tiger Conway Jr, winning w/ the DIVING HEADBUTT. ....Joe Blanchard cuts a promo, mentioning that Tully Blanchard is out for the next couple of weeks due to the brass knux shots he's taken over the past two weeks....Blanchard puts Dirty White Boy on notice, challenging DWB to a match next week.... --- Scott Casey/ Manny Fernandez score the win over Dutch/ Johnny Mantell after Casey drops Johnny Mantell w/ the BULLDOG. Dutch scatters the heroes when he brings 'Shoo Baby' into play. ---In the Main Event, Adrian Adonis gets a DQ win over Ted Dibiase after Cowboy Bob Orton jumps Adonis from behind. Adrian had just locked Ted in GOODNIGHT IRENE before Orton interfered. The heel duo do a number on Adonis before a big 'Hoooo....Tough Guy' rings out and Hacksaw Jim Duggan charges the ring to break up the melee to end the show. (3) |

Southwest Championship Wrestling on the USA Network Aired on 27 Nov 2022 ....We open with taped interviews from the Fantastics & the Sheepherders ahead of their big match in the main event....And from Joe Blanchard & Dirty White Boy ahead of their big showdown on the show as well.... ---In the opener, King Kong Bundy squashes Sam Houston w/ the ATLANTIC CITY AVALANCHE and another 5-count. However, Tony Atlas comes out, saying he's tired of seeing Bundy disrespecting his opponents w/ this 5-count nonsense. Atlas challenges Bundy for next week. --- Wahoo McDaniel debuts w/ a win over Bill White, winning w/ the TOMAHAWK CHOP in a one-sided match. --- Dirty White Boy gets a controversial win over Joe Blanchard when Eddie Gilbert crawls out from under the ring & blasts Blanchard with a foreign object. DWB drops Blanchard w/ the BUCKSNORT BLASTER for the finish. ....We get a preview of next week's show as Adrian Adonis teams w/ Hacksaw Duggan to face Ted DiBiase & Cowboy Bob Orton Jr in the main event....Plus, King Kong Bundy takes on Tony Atlas.... ---In the Main Event, the Fantastics battle the Sheepherders to a wild DDQ after the action goes to the floor & they beat on each other with anything not nailed down. Southwest Championship Wrestling on the USA Network Aired on 04 Dec 2022 ---The opener sees Sputnik Monroe makes his debut with a win over Ric McCord, winning w/ the NECKBREAKER in a good match. --- Scott Casey gets a DQ win over Dutch Mantell after Dutch chokes Casey out w/ 'Shoo Baby.' ....It was announced that starting next week qualifiers for the Southwest Championship Rumble would start as Wahoo McDaniel will take on Sputnik Monroe....The winners will move to the double elimination Rumble at Card #10.... --- King Kong Bundy over Tony Atlas by Count-Out after Bundy tosses Atlas to the floor and splashes him as Tony is propped up against the ring post. Atlas can't beat the count, giving Bundy the CO win. ---In the Main Event, Ted DiBiase/ Cowboy Bob Orton over Adrian Adonis/ Hacksaw Duggan after Orton Jr brings Adonis crashing to the mat w/ the SUPERPLEX in a heated match. Southwest Championship Wrestling on the USA Network Aired on 18 Dec 2022 --- Manny Fernandez gets the duke in the opener over Johnny Mantell, winning w/ the FLYING BURRITO. --- Southwest Title Qualifier: Tully Blanchard goes over Dirty White Boy after interference from Eddie Gilbert backfires, giving Tully the opening for the SLINGSHOT SUPLEX for the win. Tully advances to the title rumble. --- Southwest Title Qualifier: Ted DiBiase uses his LOADED GLOVE to get the win over Hacksaw Duggan after Cowboy Bob Orton caused a distraction. Dibiase moves on to the title rumble. --- Main Event: The Fantastics and the Sheepherders go to another wild DDQ. Southwest promoters have signed a cage match between the two teams to try and settle things. This match will happen at Card #10 in the San Antonio HemisFair Arena. ....Next week, the last two Rumble Qualifiers and the Blanchards vs DWB/Eddie Gilbert headline the card.... (7) |
