WCCW #15 San Diego Sports Arena San Diego, CA
Ross: "Nick Bockwinkle is still the WCCW Champ after he defeated George Hackenschmidt last week. This week, Jimmy Snuka has challenged the newest member of the Heenan Family Bruiser Brody on behalf of his friend Mil Mascaras. In the first of our double main event matches, Don Leo Jonathon teams with George Hackenschmidt to face Rick Rude and king Kong Bundy. But first is a singles match in the continuing feud between The Heavenly Bodies and The Flying Redheads."
"Red" Lyons W/Red Bastian vs "Sweet" Stan Lane W/Tom Prichard: Stan Lane won with an "enziguri".
Greg Valentine vs Ilio DiPaolo: DiPaolo dominated Valentine and won via "big right hands".
Ross: "Greg Valentine is so up and down. He shows such progress one week and the next? Nothing. Intriguing."
The Ortons vs The Valiants: Bob Orton Jr. pinned Johnny after a "SUPERPLEX"
Don Muraco W/Sherrie Martel vs SD Jones: Special Delivery gave Muraco a small run but the "HAWAIIN HAMMER" was all she wrote.
"RVD...RVD...RVD..."
Camera pans around to find the source of the commotion and just like at the CSW, ECW and ROD shows before this one, Rob Van Dam makes his way down to a seat near the front row. Hes interacting with the fans and signing autographs.
Ross: "Perhaps the hottest free agent in a long time is here tonight fans. But he hasn't granted any interviews yet. What is on that mans mind?"
DLJ and Hackenschmidt vs Rude and Bundy: Early in the match, Rude hit Hack with the "RUDE AWAKENING" but only got a 2. After a better contested bout, Bundy hit the "AVALANCHE" on Hack but DLJ made the save. Another "AVALANCHE" and DLJ made the save. A third "AVALANCHE" for the 1-2-3 "FIVE" Bundy yelled. 4-5! Rude and Bundy won.
Ross: "Rude and Bundy will be NWA Tag Champs someday. You have to have that feeling when watching these two team together."
Jimmy Snuka vs Bruiser Brody: Brody won relatively easily after a "one handed body slam". While Brody was setting Snuka up for his finisher, Mil Mascaras ran down and jumped on Brody.
Ross: "Mascaras is back!!! Brody just left him as his tag partner a couple weeks ago when Brody joined the Heenan Family."
While Mascaras is pounding on Brody, Snuka joins in. Snuka and Mascaras double teram the big guy. Brody is able to roll out of the ring. Snuka and Mascaras hug and then Mascaras challenges Brody to come back in the ring.

WCCW #16
Cow Palace San Francisco, CA
WCCW Champ Nick Bockwinkle W/Bobby Heenana vs Danny Doring: Bockwinkle just toyed with Doring. He locked in a "FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK" but not serious enough for Danny to not get to the ropes. Doring was finally pinned after a "choke on the ropes".
Heenan: "Shut up you cretins. I give to you; THE champ, Nick Bockwinkle!"
Bockwinkle: "Thanks Bobby. Every single challenger has been brought to me....and every single one has been taken down. I am still undefeated and that won't change anytime soon. You see, I am the best in the world today. Best looking. Best wrestling. Best everything. And unlike your local hero, Barry Bonds....all this was done without any "male enhancement". (Bobby and Nick laugh hysterically, fans boo even louder) Bobby, lets get out of here before some of this stupidity rubs off on us."
Ross: "You have got to be kidding me? At any rate, welcome fans to another night of great wrestling action. A great card headlined by a returning Mil Mascaras seekign revenge against Bruiser Brody."
Curt Hennig W/Sherrie Martel vs Ilio DiPaolo: Hard fought battle. It took a pair of "HENNIG PLEX" but Curt got the job done.
Red Bastein vs Tom Prichard: Red Bastien dominated, eventually winning with an "abdominal stretch".
Greg Valentine vs Fritz Von Goering: Von Goering with an incredible upset in just two, yes TWO moves. "Bear Hug" finished Valentine off.
Greg Valentine is outraged. He just starts going off on everything. Temper tantrum in the ring, followed by ripping a couple turnbuckle pads off. He then went outside and took a camera from a camera man and threw it on the ground repeatedly. He grabs a mic from the broadcast position. "I'M DONE HERE.....&%@$ THIS.....I QUIT!!" (The crowd cheers.) Valentine covers his ears and just storms out of the arena.
Ross: "I'm just speachless here gang. Lets go to some old videos while things are being restored
Ross: "Welcome back fans. We got word that Greg Valentine did, indeed, walk out of the arena. He didn't say anything to anyone."
Rude and Bundy vs Snuka and DLJ: Rude and Bundy destroyed Don Leo Jonathon. DLJ tried to "body slam" Rude. Rude wiggled free, jumped to the top turnbuckle and hit a "top rope sledgehammer" for a 2 count. He tagged in Bundy. Bundy nailed the "AVALANCHE" as Rude hit Snuka. 1-2-3 "FIVE" Bundy yelled...4-5. Rude and Bundy are victorious. Bundy has been Don Leo's worst nightmare.
DiBiase is in the back with The Ortons, Heenan and Bockwinkle.
DiBiase: "(signature laugh) Thats what I'm paying them for. After Brody destroys Mascara, we will party all night long."
Heenan: "Where is Brody?"
DiBiase: "Getting ready for his match. He breaks walls with his hands I heard."
Don Muraco W/Sherrie Martel vs George Hackenschmidt: Back and forth match. Very competitive. Not a lot of pin attempts but lots of counters. Muraco finally gained the win with an "over the shoulder backbreaker". 15 minutes real time!!
Mil Mascaras vs Bruiser Brody: Brody is not able to spoil the return of the masked man. Mascaras is so hyped that he seems to be moving faster than light itself. He beat Brody in a couple minutes, with an "Indian Deathlock".
Mascaras celebrates with the fans as Brody can't believe he was beat.

WCCW #17
Pan Pacific Auditorium, Los Angelas, CA
The members of the Million Dollar Corp/Heenan Family are already in the ring.
DiBiase: "None of us were scheduled to be in Clash of the Champions but in the end we struck the biggest blow."
Highlights are shown. Frank Gotch just won the NWA Championship. He fell to his knees...and with confetti falling around him, Nick Bockwinkle came from behind and hit him with a chair.
DiBiase: "Gotch. Very impressive. You had a flawless game plan against Rocca. But it really didn't matter to us who won the title. The fact of the matter is, the NWA Champ was scheduled to tour WCCW and we took full advantage of that fact."
Bockwinkle: "Lets get something straight. In this territory, I'M the number one contender. And don't think for a second that there is anyone else here that can lay claim to that fact. I am undefeated. Everyone that has stepped up has been knocked back down. And I have the best offensive line in sports. The Pittsburgh Steelers couldn't blitz me.
With that, Gotch comes out.
Gotch: "I worked hard at becoming the NWA Champion. I trained hard. And in the middle of my celebration, you attacked me. I knew I was coming to WCCW. I knew that you would be here waiting. But what you did was cowardly. You call yourself a champion when you are a dirty bastard. You surround yourself with these men because you are afraid you may have to face them. Isn't that right Brody?"
DiBiase: "You're out of line. Brody came to us about joining the elite."
Gotch: "Whatever. He's a mercenary. But I'm not alone here. You guys have built quite a rivalry against some guys that are right behind that curtain. And they said that anytime I need the help, they are there. The Steelers may not be able to blitz you; but we can."
Verne Gagne then comes out.
Gagne: "I had such a thrill at Clash of the Champions 3 telling Rude and Bundy that they would be facing a mystery team that the NWA committee has allowed me to become the WCCW Commissioner. I've been watching WCCW for quite some time. I must say DiBiase you have amassed quite a team."
DiBiase: "Is there a point Verne?"
Gagne: "You want the point? Here you go. Your entire team is in action tonight, starting with you teaming with your lackey Virgil, to take on Red Lyons and Red Bastien.
Ted DiBiase and Virgil vs Lyons and Bastien: Virgil went for a "dropkick". Lyons moved out of the way and hit an "atomic drop" for the pin on Virgil. DiBiase didn't try a pin save. 1:02
Ross: "I'm Jim Ross and welcome back to my colleague, Jesse "The Body" Ventura."
Ventura: "The pleasure is yours Ross."
Ross: "Be that as it may, fans we just heard a heck of an announcement by new WCCW commissioner, Verne Gagne. The entire Million Dollar Corporation is in action tonight, including the undefeated WCCW Champion Nick Bockwinkle."
Ventura: "He's undefeated for a reason Ross. And he takes on a man he has defeated before in Mil Mascaras."
Ross: "But Mascaras comes off a huge win over Bruiser Brody last week. Next fans, the two newest members of WCCW face each other, as Killer Kowalski takes on DDP. They come from ECW as Don Muraco, Curt Hennig and Sherrie Martel go to the east coast."
Kowalski vs DDP: DDP fought valiantly but Kowalski ended it with the "CLAW HOLD". 7:56
Bruiser Brody vs George Hackenschmidt: Brody has a slight advantage in agility and it paid off. He won with the "twisting vertical suplex". 1:34
Todd Grisham: "I'm backstage and joining me right now are The Road Warriors with Paul Ellering. Welcome back to WCCW. Where have you been?"
Ellering: "We've been in Japan Todd. You know, they treat us real well in Japan. But we were in Japan and we were watching tv. We see this "faction". We see that little weasel and these minions trying to be bad. Trying to rule the yard. So we thought to ourselves.....selves, lets show them the true masters of the yard."
Animal: "Todd Grisham. We enjoy Japan...but we enjoy kicking butt more. Bundy and Rude felt it at the Clash. The Ortons will feel it tonight. We serve notice to every team in the NWA. We're back and taking our yard back. Tell 'em Hawk."
Hawk: "WEELLLLLL. This is how it goes. While we were away; everyone thought that they would just have a good ol' time. But now were back and they're quaking in their boots. We snack on danger....we dine on death and dead men don't make money."
Don Leo Jonathon vs Rick Rude: DLJ was in control of the match but lost control of his actions. The ref disqualified DLJ for sending Rude into the guardrail. 5:14
King Kong Bundy vs Jimmy Snuka: Snuka threw Bundy out of the ring and then launched himself at Bundy with a "tope suicida". Snuka rolled (literally) Bundy back in the ring and nailed a "SUPERFLY LEAP" for the win. 5:19
The Road Warriors W/Paul Ellering vs The Ortons W/Bobby Heenan: Very competitive match. But Animal hoisted Orton Sr. for the "DOOMSDAY DEVICE" for the win. 12:23
WCCW Champ Nick Bockwinkle W/Bobby Heenan vs Mil Mascaras: Non title match. Frank Gotch comes down to ringside. Bockwinkle whipped Mascaras into the turnbuckle and charged. Mascaras moved, causing Nick to hit the buckle with his shoulder. Bockwinkle fell backwards into a rollup by Mascaras for the 1-2-3!! Bockwinkle lost his first match!! 2:01
Mascaras and Gotch go through the crowd before the rest of the Million Dollar Corp can get there. Bockwinkle looks stunned.
Ross: "This victory for Mil Mascaras means that he will get a future title shot against Nick Bockwinkle."

WCCW #18
Adams Center Missoula, Montana
**Dark Match** D-Lo Brown vs One Man Gang: No offense from Gang. Brown wins the battle of Chicago with a "LO DOWN"
Highlights from the previous show when Mascaras beat Bockwinkle straight up to give Bockwinkle his first loss.
Ross: "Tonight fans, history could be made. Mil Mascaras has his chance to become the WCCW Champion, when he takes on Nick Bockwinkle for the title tonight. I'm Jim Ross, next to Jesse "The Body" Ventura as always. We have a tremendous show for you tonight. US Champion, Rikidozan battles Bruiser Brody in a non title match. And so much more."
Ventura: "Let's see if Mascaras can set aside the jitters tonight. Winning when the title is on the line is much different from winning a regular match Ross."
Fritz Von Goering vs DDP: DDP could not keep Goering down. "DIAMOND CUTTER" for two and a half. A second one for a close 3. After DDP wore him down some more, WHAM, "DIAMOND CUTTER" for the win. 10:34
Don Leo Jonathon vs Ted Dibiase W/Virgil: Dibiase comes out and says that he isn't wrestling Jonathon tonight and that Virgil will take his place. Verne Gagne comes out and says that he has ducked to many opponents when he is booked to wrestle. Now get in there and wrestle or be suspended!! DiBiase fought back from near defeat and somehow nailed a "powerslam" on the much bigger DLJ for the win. 11:01
DiBiase orders Virgil to put the boots to Jonathon. The two double team him for a bit before NWA Champion Frank Gotch runs down to help DLJ.
Rick Rude W/Bobby Heenan vs Killer Kowalski: Kowalski dominated Rude. It took three "CLAW HOLD"s but Kowalski did it. 2:58
Backstage with DiBiase is Bockwinkle, Bundy and the Ortons.
DiBiase: "Damnit! (he throws his glass at the wall) I want Gotch found tonight. And after you take care of that chump Mascaras, Nick, you're going after that NWA Title."
King Kong Bundy W/Heenan vs George Hackenschmidt: These two battled all over the ringside area. Countering each other and just back and forth all night. Hackenschmidt was finally able to lock on a "RUSSIAN BEAR HUG" for the win. 20:31
The Road Warriors W/Paul Ellering vs The Ortons W/Heenan: The Road Warriors got themselves DQ'd. They were on the losing end of this battle when Hawk pulled the ref out of the ring while he was making the count on Animal 19:32
**non title match** US Champ Rikidozan vs Bruiser Brody: Rikidozan shows why he's the US Champ with this performance. "THUNDEROUS CHOPS" for the win. 3:59
Ross: "What an incredible showing from Rikidozan this evening folks. Brody is tougher than 2 dollah stake and Rikidozan made a main course out of him."
Ventura: "I'll give credit where its due Ross. That was a great performance."
Ross: "The WCCW Title is up next fans."
**WCCW Championship** WCCW Champ Nick Bockwinkle W/Heenan vs Mil Mascaras: Mascaras seemed disoriented. Bockwinkle won after a simple "choke on the ropes" 1:58
Bockwinkle held his title up high when Frank Gotch came through the crowd and jumped Bockwinkle from behind. It didn't take long before The Ortons, Bundy and Rude came out but Gotch escaped through the crowd.

WCCW #19
Alerus Center North Dakota
Frank Gotch is in the ring with the NWA Championship over his shoulder.
Gotch: "At this time, I would like for WCCW Champion Nick Bockwinkle to come to the ring."
Ross: "Whats this about?"
Bockwinkle comes out, by himself.
Gotch: "I'm glad you came out by yourself. There is no need for anything to get out of control tonight. I know who you have. Pretty sure you know I have allies. Besides, I have a proposal for you."
Bockwinkle: "Go ahead."
Gotch: "From day one of me winning this title, you made it clear that you want a shot. And why shouldn't you. You were undefeated until two weeks ago and your still the WCCW Champ after last week. You are a great competitor."
Bockwinkle: "Your boring me to death. Please get to the point."
Gotch: "Ok then. Title vs title match tonight in the main event. But lets take it old school. Best two out of three falls. And to make sure that neither of our "friends" come to help....inside a 20 foot tall steel cage!"
Bockwinkle as cocky as ever: "You got it."
Ross: "I'm Jim Ross and with me as always is Jesse "The Body" Ventura. What an announcement Jesse."
Ventura: "Ross, someone is losing a belt tonight and my money is on Bockwinkle to win."
Ross: "He has a great shot at it thats for sure. Also tonight is a number one contenders match for the United States Championship, currently held by Rikidozan. Jimmy Snuka takes on Rick Rude. And much more."
The Valiants vs The Heavenly Bodies W/Cornette: The Heavenly Bodies couldn't get on offense when Prichard was in the ring. Prichard was bloodied by Jimmy V's foreign object. When Lane came in, he hit consecetive "SUPERKICK"s on Johnny V but Johnny was able to kick out of both. Prichard came back in, relinquished control and promptly lost to Johnny's "SPINNING NECKBREAKER". 23:18
Red Bastien vs DDP: The competitors shake hands before the match. DDP was a man possessed. Winning after only a few moves with a "swining neckbreaker". 1:57
Ross: "Rough way for Bastien to embark on his new singles career. Red Bastien wanted to focus on singles wrestling and his former partner Billy "Red" Lyons left WCCW."
Ventura: "Adjusting to singles when you are an accomplished tag team takes time Ross. Not having someone out there you trust and can turn to."
Backstage:
DiBiase: "Boys. We got Gotch where we want him. Time to bring home the gold. Remember your strategy Nick. Keep him away from your legs and ankle. Orton boys. I want The Warriors gone after tonight. Take 'em out. After Rude wins the number one contenders match tonight and wins the United States belt next week; we will have accomplished what we set out to." (Million Dollar laugh)
Road Warriors W/Ellering vs The Ortons W/Heenan: Rematch from last week. The Warriors hit the "DOOMSDAY DEVICE" on Orton Sr. Orton Jr. came in and all hell broke loose. The four men brawled. King Kong Bundy comes out and attacks Animal from behind. The Ortons double Hawk while Bundy nails Animal with an "AVALANCHE" on the concrete floor outside. 7:01
Killer Kowalski vs Fritz Von Goering: Kowalski lost control and got DQ'd for wrapping a cable wire around Goerings throat. 2:55
**Number 1 contenders match, United States Championship** Jimmy Snuka vs Rick Rude: One for the ages. Instant classic. Snuka had control and used everything in his arsenal. He used his entire body as a weapon. Several times Snuka launched himself at Rude outside the ring with a "tope suicida". Rude got in some offense but could not sustain it. Snuka goes for a pin following a "powerslam" but Rude kicks out. Snuka goes up and hits the "SUPERFLY LEAP". 1-2-NO! (Rude needed a 12 to save) Snuka, with the wild look in his eye, hit another "SUPERFLY LEAP" and finally won. 21:19
Ross: "Incredible match right there. Snuka goes on next week to face Rikidozan for the United States Championship."
Ted DiBiase vs George Hackenschmidt: Hackenscmidt charged at DiBiase in the turnbuckle. DiBiase moved and then rolled Hackenscmidt up for the three count while holding some tights. 5:18
**Cage Match, 2 out of 3 falls** **NWA Championship and WCCW Championship Match** NWA Champion Frank Gotch vs WCCW Champion Nick Bockwinkle: first fall: Gotch could not sustain any offense. Bockwinkle did an amazing job of keeping Gotch on the defensive. Gotch didn't go down easy though. Gotch made the ropes on a "FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK" and "BOCKWINKLE SLEEPER" before finally falling to another "FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK". 16:18
**one minute break**
second fall: It wasn't long after the start of the second fall that Bockwinkle got the win. He won with an "abdominal stretch" The beating that Gotch took the first fall carried over to the second fall (Total time of match 17:48)
Bockwinkle stands tall with both the NWA Championship and WCCW Championship over his shoulder. DiBiase, Heenan, Rude, Bundy and The Ortons come out to congratulate their Champ.
Ross: "With the gold comes the power and thats exactly what DiBiase has paid for. How will the NWA survive?"

WCCW #20
Sioux Falls Arena, Sioux Falls, SD
**Highlights are shown from last weeks NWA Championship. Two out of three falls in which Bockwinkle took both falls.**
Million Dollar Corp/Heenan Family (Ted DiBiase, Bobby Heenan, Nick Bockwinkle, Bob Orton Sr. and Jr., Virgil, Rick Rude and King Kong Bundy) are in the ring.
DiBiase: "Last week was the culmination of several months of planning and preparing. And now that the NWA Championship is in this family, we can not be stopped. Now I understand that the NWA Committee has already said that Gotch will get his rematch at Starcade. And that Gotch has secluded himself to train for this match. Frank, lets be realistic. Nick defeated you pretty easily last week. He'll beat you again just the same."
Bockwinkle: "I told everyone that I would be the NWA Champion. I do what I say. Gotch, you were a good champ and worthy opponent. But something that everyone here has realized....I am the very best in this business. Put me against any of the other regional champs and I would beat them all. This is the year of the Million Dollar Corporation. We are the best...and we know it."
Ross: "Profound words from DiBiase and Bockwinkle thats for sure. But on to tonight. I'm Jim Ross next to my colleague Jesse "The Body" Ventura and what a show for tonight."
Ventura: "What a night is an understatement Ross. The US Champ, Rikidozan defends against Jimmy Snuka in the main event. But also, do to last weeks attack on Animal, we understand that he was hurt by the hands of King Kong Bundy. Well Hawk faces Bundy one on one tonight."
Ross: "Those matches and more."
Danny Doring vs SD Jones: Jones was dominant. He got the pin with a small package. 5:41
Ted DiBiase vs Ilio DiPaolo: Back and forth match. DiBiase got the better of it. Locked in the "MILLION DOLLAR SLEEPER" for the win. 10:12
Ross: "DiBiase has been on a roll as of late. Top to bottom, you won't find a more dominating group in wrestling."
Killer Kowalski vs Fritz Von Goering: Easy time for Kowalski. "CLAW HOLD" for the win. 3:30
DDP vs Rick Rude: Back and forth but DDP hit Rude with a "discus clothesline" for the win. 5:29
Bruiser Brody vs George Hackenschmidt: Intense match. Back and forth. Brody hit a "JUMPING KNEE SMASH" but only got two. Hack took control and locked in the "RUSSIAN BEAR HUG" but Brody fought out of it. Brody got control again and hit another "JUMPING KNEE SMASH" for the win. 21:24 Brody threw Hack out of the ring, exposed the concrete floor and nailed a "piledriver", injuring Hackenschmidt for a month.
**Backstage with DiBiase:
DiBiase: "(Million Dollar Laugh) Thats what I pay him for. Now you make sure to do the same to Hawk.
Bundy: "Yes boss. My pleasure."
Hawk vs King Kong Bundy: Hawk won with a "cross body" 7:34 After the match, Rick Rude comes out and he and Bundy double team Hawk. They throw Hawk out of the ring. Rude holds Hawks feet and just before Bundy runs up to hit the "AVALANCHE" on a prone Hawk, Animal runs out and attacks Bundy. But with his bruised ribs, his power is nullified some. Hawk, however, recovers enough to help Animal fight off Bundy and Rude.
**United States Championship** US Champ Rikidozan vs Jimmy Snuka: The feeling out process didn't take long and both went at each other. But seemingly it ended as quick as it started. Rikidozan retains the title after hitting "THUNDEROUS CHOPS" 5:35
Ross: "Rikidozan retains the United States Championship. What awaits him next on the horizon?"

WCCW #21
**Million Dollar Heenan Family members are in the ring**
DiBiase: "The Milliion Dollar Heenan Family is on a roll right now. Noone can stop us. But the goal is not complete yet. It's far from over. Last week, Rikidozan defended the United States Championship successfully. So congratulations to you. However, I've taken a proposal to the NWA Board Of Directors to make Bruiser Brody your next challenger. If accepted, we'll see you at Starcade."
Brody: "I want you to shine that belt real good boy. Cause it's coming home to the family."
Heenan: "All of you termites listen up. Bruiser Brody is a man that takes what he wants. So maybe you should just give it to him. Save yourselves the trouble and hurt this man is going to cause you."
DiBiase: "The NWA is there for the taking. WE are taking." (Million Dollar laugh)
Ross: "DiBiase and company mean business thats for sure. I'm Jim Ross with my colleague Jesse "The Body" Ventura, welcome to another evening of WCCW action. A lot of great wrestling action this evening culminating with the main event. A rematch from a few weeks ago as Rick Rude faces Jimmy Snuka."
Ventura: "Lets get this evening under way Ross."
SD Jones vs Danny Doring: Rematch from last week. More competitive then last week when Jones won. Jones had his chances this week but eventually lost to a "DANACONDA". 10:26
Red Bastien vs Ted DiBiase: DiBiase continues his hot streak with a victory over Bastien with a "MILLION DOLLAR SLEEPER". 5:24
Ross: "I've just been informed that live next week, Rikidozan defends the United States Title against Bruiser Brody."
Ventura: "I'm calling a Brody win right now. Rikidozan is good but Brody is better."
Fritz Von Goering vs Ilio DiPaolo: Goering is a fighter and kicked out of numerous pin attempts but finally succumbed to "big right hands". Big win for DiPaolo. 14:54
Ross: "Big match next "Body" as Bruiser Brody, right off the heals of the huge announcement about his United States Title shot next week, takes on the hottest wrestler in WCCW right now, Killer Kowalski."
Ventura: "This is an epic showdown in the making Ross. It could go down as a classic."
Ross: "Lets head to the ring."
Bruiser Brody W/Bobby Heenan vs Killer Kowalski: The two stand eye to eye at the start. The crowd is on their feet. Brody and Kowalski came out swinging. Brodys slight edge in agility helped him a couple of times. But Kowalski was able to lock in a sudden 'CLAW HOLD" that Brody broke free from. Kowalski kept control and locked on a "stomach claw". Brody broke free from that as well. Undeterred, Kowalski locked on another "CLAW HOLD". Heenan tried to distract the ref and hand Brody a railroad spike. The ref caught the act though and DQ'd Brody. 6:01 After the bell, Kowalski and Brody tried to get at each other but Heenan grabbed Brody to get him out of the ring.
Ross: "Kowalski clearly had that match won "Body".
Ventura: "Why was Brody disqualified? I didn't see anything Ross."
Ross: "Oh brother."
Road Warriors vs The Ortons: Animals ribs are still taped up from the assault by Bundy two weeks ago. Incredible match. The Ortons are not bullied by The Road Warriors. Hawk survived the "PILEDRIVER" from Orton Sr. A first "DOOMSDAY DEVICE" did not do the trick but a second one did. 23:48
Mil Mascaras vs King Kong Bundy: Mascaras wore down the big man with several high flying moves. A "topa suicida" followed by the "FLYING BODYPRESS" for the victory. 4:22
Rick Rude vs Jimmy Snuka: After a missed "dropkick" by Rude, Snuka nailed a "piledriver" and then a "SUPERFLY LEAP +4" for the win. 2:28

WCCW #22
MLW Arena Las Vegas, NV
Ross: "I'm Jim Ross, with my broadcast partner Jesse "The Body" Ventura. What a show for you today. A number one contenders match has been signed to see who would face WCCW Champ Nick Bockwinkle next week; Don Leo Jonathon faces "Superfly" Jimmy Snuka. Our main event this evening is for the United States Championship as Champ Rikidozan defends against Bruiser Brody."
Ventura: "I called a Brody win last week Ross and I'm sticking by that. Rikidozan has been on a nice roll since winning that title, but it ends tonight."
The Heavenly Bodies vs The Valiants: The Valiants get a big win after Johnny gives Lane a "kick to the groin". 12:02
King Kong Bundy vs Red Bastien: Bundy wins after a "backbreaker" 6:00
Grisham: "I'm Todd Grisham. I'm backstage to get a word from WCCW and NWA Champion Nick Bockwinkle. Mr. Bockwinkle, how do you feel about the news heard earlier that you will face the winner out of DLJ or Snuka next week for the WCCW Title?"
Bockwinkle: "Like I've always said Todd. I'm better than everyone else. So it really doesn't matter. I'll beat either man next week. And at Starcade, I'll defeat Frank Gotch to remain NWA Champion. Noone has what it takes to beat me. And when I go to these other territories, I'll defeat those Champs as well. You're looking at the best the wrestling, hell, the sports world has seen."
DDP vs Ilio DiPaolo: Well contested battle that DiPaolo eventually won after "big right hands". 16:24
**Brody is getting ready for his match. Bobby Henan has a mic**
Heenan: "Rikidozan. This man is prepared. This man is ready. Shortly, you will get into the ring with this man. (Brody stares at the camera and begins to bark) And Brody will be the new champ. Only a matter of time."
Fritz Von Goering vs Killer Kowalski: Goering made one mistake. Thats all Kowalski needed. Goering made the ropes under the grip of one "CLAW HOLD". But a second he succumbed to. 3:01
Ross: "Kowalski has been on a hell of a roll Jess."
Ventura: "Kowalski is very impressive Ross. Reminds me of me; just uglier."
Ross: "Oh, cut it out."
Number one contenders match for the WCCW Championship Don Leo Jonathon vs Jimmy Snuka: The two men shake hands before the match. Back and forth. Snuka was able to counter turnbuckle punches with a reverse atomic drop. He then hit a "backbreaker followed by a "SUPERFLY LEAP +4" for the win. 6:01 Snuka will face Bockwinkle next week for the WCCW Championship. A pissed off DLJ eventually shakes Snukas hand but he was not pleased to lose a chance for the title.
United States Championship: US Champ Rikidozan vs Bruiser Brody W/Bobby Heenan: Brody tried to intimidate Rikidozan by standing right up to him, showing the huge size difference. Epic Encounter. At one point, Brody went for 3 straight pin attempts. Each time, Rikidozan was able to get his foot on the ropes. Brody was never able to set up for his finisher. Rikidozan gained control and immediately hit his "THUNDEROUS CHOPS" finisher but Brody kicked out. Rikidozan immediately locked in a "HIPLOCK" but Brody powered out. Later, Rikidozan hit Brody with a "piledriver" and went for the cover. Heenan got on the apron for the distraction. But just like last week in Brodys match with Kowalski, Heenan was caught giving Brody a railroad spike and the ref called for the DQ. 30:02 The DQ dropped this from a 5 star match to 4.
Ross: "Incredible bout but controversial finish. Brody DQ'd because Heenan was caught giving him a weapon."
Ventura: "Brody never used the weapon Ross. That should not be a disqualification. How does the ref know Brody is going to use it as a weapon?"
Ross: "For Petes sake Jess. What else would he use it for? A fingernail file?"
Ventura: "You never know Ross."
Ross: "Oh brother. We'll see you next week fans."

Thx Pulsar!!
WCCW #23
Sacramento Memorial Auditorium Sacramento, CA
Jim Ross: "I'm Jim Ross and welcome to another edition of West Coast Championship Wrestling. As always, next to me is Jesse "The Body" Ventura. What a show this evening, with the huge main event for the title Jess."
Ventura: "Thats right Ross. Nick Nockwinkle puts the WCCW Title on the line tonight against "Superfly" Jimmy Snuka. A match that I can not wait for."
Ross: "The two are not strangers to each other. Bockwinkle owns a victory over Snuka already. Also fans, in a rematch from a few weeks ago, Bruiser Brody goes one on one against Killer Kowalski. And so much more."
The Ortons vs The Heavenly Bodies: Prichard threw Orton Jr. out of the ring and performed a diving leg drop thing from the apron. Orton Jr. hit his head hard on the floor and could not continue. The Heavenly Bodies pick up the count out victory. 3:51
**Backstage, "Million Dollar Man" Ted Dibiase, Bobby Heenan, WCCW and NWA Champ Nick Bockwinkle are there. Bockwinkle is getting ready for the match later tonight.**
DiBiase: "You have to keep him grounded tonight champ."
Bockwinkle: "Don't worry. I've beat him before. Not even a blip on my radar."
DiBiase: "Good. Curt Hennig. That brings my focus to you. Give you a word of warning my friend. I'm sending someone to East Coast Wrestling with one specific job in mind. To hurt you. All you had to do was play ball. Thats it. But you wanted to cry to daddy. Now, you will feel pain like never before. Sweet dreams. (Million Dollar Laugh)
Red Bastien vs Ilio Dipaolo: The two shake hands before this match. Bastien had been struggling since becoming a singles wrestler but caught Dipaolo with an "ATOMIC DROP" for the win. 7:00
King Kong Bundy vs DDP: Epic match. Bundy, early in the match, hit an 'AVALANCHE" that DDP kicked out of right before 3. They fought back and forth from this moment. Bundy may have felt the effect of a long match as he seemed winded the later the match went. DDP landed a picture perfect cross body for the win. 16:09
**Verne Gagne comes out**
Gagne: "Its been a little while since I've been here but I have been trying to get a match made for you great fans of WCCW. On our 25th show, which is right before Starcade, WCCW and NWA Champion Nick Bockwinkle will face United States Champion Rikidozan in a non title match. From all of us here in the NWA, thanks for your continued support."
Ross: "Huge announcement there Jess."
Ventura: "I don't like Gagne. He can't make an announcement like that before Bockwinkle has to defend his title tonight. If Nick loses focus, it's on Verne. When I become Governor again, remind me to check in on Vernes shady business practices."
Ross: "Oh stop it."
Mil Mascaras vs Fritz Von Goering: Mascaras made very quick work of Goering. A "CROSSBODY ATTACK" didn't do it. But the subsequent "FLYING BODYPRESS" did. 1:56
Bruiser Brody W/Bobby Heenan vs Killer Kowalski: Just like their first encounter two weeks ago, the two combatants stand nose to nose. The two start wailing on each other. They took the fight all over. Outside the ring, into the stands. Both men battered each other. Kowalski gains a pin following an "overhead bodyslam" 12:34 Brody gets up immediately after the pin and he and Kowalski get after it again. It takes massive amounts of security to seperate these two.
**WCCW Championship** WCCW Champ Nick Bockwinkle W/Bobby Heenan vs "Superfly" Jimmy Snuka: Bobby Heenan earned his money tonight. Snuka presumably had the match won after a "piledriver" but Heenan jumped on the apron, stopping the count and distracting Snuka. Bockwinkle recovered and chop blocked Snuka. Bockwinkle then locked in the "FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK" but Snuka wouldn't quit. Nick locked on the 'BOCKWINKLE SLEEPER" but Snuka made the ropes. Snuka finally succumbed to another 'FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK". 4:19
**Verne Gagne comes out**
Gagne: "I saw what happened in the back. I'm not going to change the outcome of tonights action. But at Starcade Mr. Bockwinkle, you'll be all alone. You will put that WCCW Title on the line against Jimmy Snuka. And if anyone helps you, you will be disqualified and the title will change hands on a DQ."
Ventura: "Thats a terrible decision Ross. I'm looking into his affairs right now."
Ross: "See you next week fans."
