Continued great action in the tournament. I'm psyched to see Jack Brisco, Pat Patterson and RVD advance. My favorite of the recent matches was William Muldoon over Vampiro. The contrast in styles didn't prevent it from being an awesome match. I'm going with Bruiser Brody next, but it won't be easy.

Brody clears fans with his swinging chain. Both men rebound off the ropes and crash in mid ring . . . Both men down. Brody to the floor to escape sleeper. Saito grabs Dr. Mike Lano’s camera bag . . . Smash with a camera! Brody is bleeding. Saito with thrust punch to heart. Brody with hammer punches. One-handed body slam. JUMPING KNEE DROP. 1, 2, 3 (R4/P6). Brody clears the fans again . . . HUSS! HUSS! HUSS!

Mantel attempts a wristlock and gets flung into the corner. Noggin knocker! Both are dazed. Gama recovers first. Palm strike and gut wrench throw. Double leg and slam. Scorpion death lock. Mantel bails. Gama is out as well for a brawl. Back in the ring, palm strike stuns Mantel. A scorpion death lock is countered. Mantell sends Gama into the ropes. Backdrop countered with a piledriver. Waistlock suplex. Double leg is countered. Mantell control with a hip toss and jumping knee drop. Wristlock countered. Double leg and slam. Mantell bails. Gama dragged outside . . . INTO THE POST! HEAT. Mantell with an atomic drop, backbreaker and jumping knee drop. Mantell with another atomic drop. To the top . . . Gama superplex counter!!! Palm strike misses. Back and forth. Gama with a whip and kick in the corner. Scorpion deathlock middle of the ring. Mantell gets free (R10/P3). GAMA THROW. Morgan Dollar with a one count only (R10/P4). Another GAMA THROW ends it (R2/P5).
