My intro to Terry Funk was his feud with JYD while managed by Jimmy Hart. Love his Memphis stuff and his LJN was an absolute favorite of mine. RIP

Terry Funk was on the first wrestling show I ever attended live which was a WWF house show at the Tacoma Dome in Tacoma, Washington back in February 1986 where he lost to Junkyard Dog. I enjoyed meeting Terrry Funk at Wrestle Reunion 5 in 2011 where he had a great brawl with Roddy Piper at the PWG show that weekend.
RIP Terry Funk.

I don't remember the first time I saw Terry Funk. I just remember his King of the Death Match with Mick Foley. He was one of the best without a doubt.

I got to see Terry Funk vs. Johnny Webb at an XPW event. It was a loooong night. But the match was so epic. Everyone chuckled their chairs into the ring and Terry was just holding up his hands in shock. It was so crazy. I'm glad I got to see him live. He will be missed.

Terry Funk is part of one of my first wrestling memories. My friend showed me In Your House: No Way Out of Texas, which was the first time I had ever seen wrestling, back in 1998. I don't really recall much of my first viewing of the event, but I vividly remember the first time I saw the clip of the New Age Outlaws pushing the dumpster off the stage with Chainsaw Charlie and Cactus Jack in it. The shock and violence of it just hooked me in that moment. RIP Terry Funk, what a wrestler!

R.I.P Terry Funk what a legend, not many feds he wasn't in? . At Wrestleslam 3 in UK 2010 he was on it and spoke about how Vince had killed off the territories scene for wrestling .
Filsingergames Legends cards in my opinion he is the 2nd biggest wanted dead wrestler card after Bruno Sammartino

Terry Funk is my favorite wrestler of all time and I truly believe he is the greatest of all time.
He had a hall of fame worthy career that pretty much doesn't exist on video, and then another hall of fame worthy career that does.
There will never be another like The Funker. Forever. Forever. Forever.

Man, this is a wrestling death that hurts. I'd be willing to bet if every legends fan put their wish list up, Funk would be in the top 10 for everyone. Thats how beloved he has. Easily in my top 10... probably top 5.
