Nice! I don't know that I've ever done Thesz vs. Gotch with the color cards. I've run a few matches between them and Thesz usually comes out on top... In fact, 'Peerless' Frank Gotch (as our brother Bri likes to call him) has never achieved a ton of success for me... There will likely be a rematch because of the post-match shenanigans, but I don't think this will turn into an extended program... Mainly because there's some real heat building between Thesz and the Macho Man. Truly value the input, my friend... Many thanks!

Exploring the possibility of another encounter - maybe a submission match inside a cage. Always enjoy reading your take on things, my friend... Many thanks for staying tuned!

American Showdown Wrestling #3 HACKENSCMIDT vs. ROGERS
JUVENTUD GUERRERA def. Disco Inferno via pinfall after a 450 SPLASH. -- Tokens: Juvi 1 - Disco 3 -- Disco ambushed Juvi before Gary Michael Cappetta was able to complete the introductions! <Disco started on Level 3 Offense.> -- Juvi bounced back, staggering Disco with his versatile offense.
BRICKHOUSE BROWN & SAM HOUSTON def. Valiant Brothers (Johnny & Jimmy Valiant) via count-out <pin save> when Houston pulled Jimmy out of the ring to break up a near fall and he failed to return in time to beat the referee's count. -- Tokens: Brown 1, Houston 1 - JimmyV 1 -- Houston countered an illegal double team by the Valiants with some quick thinking that resulted in a major upset. -- Gordon Solie conducted a post-match interview with the Valiant Brothers. They were not pleased with the outcome and challenged Brown & Houston to a rematch on the next card. Brown & Houston accepted!
BARBARIAN (w/ Warlord) def. Davey Boy Smith (w/ Dynamite Kid) via pinfall <snake eyes> after a FLYING CLOTHESLINE. -- Tokens: Barbarian 1 - Smith 1 -- Despite a slow start, Barbarian was able to locate his bearings and turn this into a ferocious grudge match. -- The Powers Of Pain tried to corner Dynamite Kid after the bell. Smith quickly recovered and attacked Barbarian, delivering a RUNNING POWERSLAM onto the concrete floor! <Barbarian injured for 2 cards.>
TRISH STRATUS def. Penny Banner via pinfall after a STRATUSFACTION. -- Tokens: n/a -- Banner barely landed any offense before Stratus executed a slick counter and brought this match to a merciful end.
CURT HENNIG & RODDY PIPER def. Rob Van Dam & Sandman via DQ <lv> when RVD smashed Piper into the metal ringside stairs. -- Tokens: Piper 2 - RVD 1 -- Bill Alfonso was the referee for this match. Although RVD was pleased to see his friend at first, it quickly became apparent that Alfonso was favoring his opponents! -- A controversial call by Alfonso resulted in a disappointing finish. -- Gordon Solie conducted a post-match interview with Rob Van Dam. He spoke his mind, making it clear that he wanted another crack at Piper and he invited Alfonso to be there when it happened.
BUDDY ROGERS def. George Hackenscmidt via submission with a FIGURE FOUR GRAPEVINE. -- Tokens: Hackenscmidt 1 -- Gordon Solie conducted a prematch interview with George Hackenscmidt. He was jumped by Rogers, but managed to gain the upper hand with a big slam onto the apron! <Rogers started on Level 3 Defense.> -- Relying on slippery tactics, Rogers was able to prevent Hackenscmidt from gaining any real momentum.

Little disappointing about the main event but nice little win by Brown and Houston. Even with that big prematch advantage, Hack couldn't put Rogers down... The dice had some weird plans going on there, my friend... And speaking of weird plans, booking the Valiants to drop that match to Brown & Houston? Mind boggling! HA!

I used to like coming up with ideas for battle royals like that for both Legends and GWF. Mind, I hate actually running battle royals so it's usually theory. (I do sometimes use the BRS online but it's lacking IMO.)

I used to like coming up with ideas for battle royals like that for both Legends and GWF. Mind, I hate actually running battle royals so it's usually theory. (I do sometimes use the BRS online but it's lacking IMO.) I actually enjoy rolling out Battle Royals quite a bit... It's reached the point that I've done enough of them to keep the whole thing running pretty smoothly... What I really dislike are the results the dice often provide - especially things like the face/heel ratio becoming unbalanced too early in the match... If I can't figure out a way to spin the eliminations, I usually just scrap the whole thing. On THAT note... I think I mentioned this in my first post of this thread, but I'll say it again... This upcoming Battle Royal was the most fun I've ever had playing one... The bookers were on point, imo... And a few little chance scenarios made everything as close to perfect as I can imagine... Hope you find it as entertaining as I did while I was playing, my friend... Should have it posted very soon!
