LWF Legacy of Gold 4.91 The show opens with a bombshell announcement from Gordon Solie: The Midnight Express WILL defend their LWF World Tag Team titles against The Briscoes on Legacy of Gold 4.94 AND against the Fabulous Kangaroos on 4.97 if they are still the tag team champions. Ventura puts over the main event of Lou Thesz vs. Tully Blanchard and introduces the first match.
1. Too Cool vs. The Hillbillies Scott Taylor and Cousin Luke start the match. Luke overpowers Taylor and hits the Hillbilly Drop for a two count. Luke tags in Hillbilly Jim. Jim hits the atomic drop for the win.
Winner - The Hillbillies by pinfall
Ventura says the Hillbillies were due for a win. Sole introduces the next match.
2. The Spoiler vs. George South The Spoiler squashes South and locks on the bionic claw. South taps out.

3. Steve Corino vs. Stevie Richards Richards gets the upper hand at the bell and nails Corino with the Stevie Kick for a two count. Stevie hits a DDT for a two count. Richards hits another Stevie Kick for the win.
Winner - Stevie Richards by pinfall Ventura says Richards looked impressive but he’ll have to keep it up if he wants to get into the title picture. Solie leaves the booth to get a word with Randy Savage. Savage’s intensity is off the charts and he says he’s going to the top!
4. Randy Savage vs. Hugh Morris Savage attacks Morris like a rabid animal. Savage hits a knee drop for a two count. Savage hits a double axe handle for a two count. Savage hits the double axe handle from the top to the floor and rolls Morris back into the ring. Savage hits a knee drop for another near fall. Morris makes a comeback and hits a power bomb for a two count. Savage turns things back around and hits another knee drop for the win.

Ventura says the Macho Man is the cream of the crop. Solie introduces the next match.
5. McGuinness & Taylor vs. Studd & Kowalski Taylor and Studd start the match. Studd and Taylor battle back and forth. Taylor gets some momentum going and hits the floatover fallaway slam for a two count. Taylor tags in McGuinness. Nigel hits the jawbreaker lariat for a two count. Nigel hits the swinging kick/downward lariat for a two count. Nigel cracks Studd with another Jawbreaker Lariat for the win.
Winners - McGuinness & Taylor by pinfall
Ventura puts over the Jawbreaker Lariat as a brutal finisher. Solie introduces the main event.
6. Lou Thesz vs. Tully Blanchard Tully goes for the sneak attack at the opening bell but Thesz hoists him up in the airplane spin, wearing him down. Thesz hits three power bombs and nails Blanchard with the Thesz Press for a two count. Thesz hits the Greco Roman Backdrop for the win.

Solie and Ventura sign off, telling the fans to tune in next time for Nick Bockwinkel vs. Barry Windham for the LWF World Heavyweight title!

LWF Legacy of Gold 4.92 Ventura and Solie welcome the fans to the show and hype the main event, Nick Bockwinkel vs. Barry Windham for the LWF World Heavyweight title. Solie introduces the first match.
1. Magnum & Hacksaw vs. Monroe & Gilbert Hacksaw and Sputnik start the match. Duggan runs over Sputnik and hits the Old Glory Knee Drop for a two count. Duggan tags in Magnum. Magnum locks on the sleeper and Duggan holds off Tommy Gilbert. Sputnik taps out.
Winners - Magnum & Hacksaw by submission
Solie puts over the team of Magnum TA and Hacksaw JIm Duggan. Ventura isn’t impressed and introduces the next match.
2. Antonio Inoki vs. Mr X X gets the early advantage but Inoki turns things around and nails him with an Enzuigiri for the win.
Winner - Antonio Inoki by pinfall
Ventura says Inoki looks impressive but anyone can beat Mr X. Solie leaves the booth to get a word with Steve Williams. Williams says the loss to Hugh Morris was a setback but he’s going to continue bulldozing the competition. Williams does some squats in the corner as Super Nova makes his way to the ring.
3. Steve Williams vs. Super Nova Nova gets in some offense before Williams nails him with a football tackle. Williams hits a Doctor Bomb for a two count. Williams hits a superplex for a two count. Williams crushes Nova with an Oklahoma Stampede but Nova gets his foot on the ropes before the three count. Williams hits two more Doctor Bombs and covers Nova but Nova gets his shoulder up before the three count. Williams hits a belly to back suplex for the win.

Ventura says Williams is a beast but he needs to keep plowing forward. Solie introduces the next match.
4. Harley Race vs. Al Snow Snow gets the early advantage but Race shuts him down and hits the piledriver for a quick win.

Ventura says Race is climbing the ladder but his failure to beat Bob Backlund on two different occasions has to be weighing on him. Solie introduces the next match.
5. Stars & Stripes vs. The Kernodles Bagwell and Kernodle start the match. Rocky gets the jump on The Patriot and hits the ¾ Nelson for a two count. The Patriot recovers and Stars & Stripes hit the Star Spangled Slam for a two count. Bagwell hits the Yellowjacket Suplex for the win.

Solie and Ventura introduce the main event!
6. Nick Bockwinkel with Bobby Heenan vs. Barry Windham - LWF World Heavyweight title match Windham comes out throwing bombs. Bockwinkel weathers the storm and hits a knee smash to the back for a two count. Bockwinkel locks on the figure four but Windham drags them to the ropes. Bockwinkel switches gears and locks on the Bockwinkel Sleeper. WIndham goes down to one knee but manages to grab the ropes. Bockwinkel hoists Windham up and hits the piledriver for the win.
Winner - Nick Bockwinkel by pinfall, his twelfth title defense
After the match, Bockwinkel locks Windham in the figure four again and refuses to let go. Antonio Inoki hits the ring and chases off Bockwinkel and Heenan.
Solie and Ventura sign off, telling the fans to tune in next time for Randy Savage vs. Harley Race in the main event!

Really like Magnum & Duggan as a tag team.

LWF Legacy of Gold 4.93 Ventura and Solie welcome the fans to the show. Ventura announces that Nick Bockwinkel will defend the gold against Antonio Inoki on Legacy of Gold 4.95.
1. The Hillbillies vs. The Kernodles Cousin Luke & Rocky start the match. Luke body slams Rocky for a two count and hits the Hillbilly Drop for another near fall. Luke tags in Hillbilly Jim. Hillbilly Jim scoop slams Rocky for the three count.
Winners - The Hillbillies by pinfall
Ventura says the Kernodles have fallen off the map. Soli leaves the booth to get a word with The Spoiler before the next match. The Spoiler says the Bionic Claw is the deadliest finisher in wrestling and he’ll take out anyone that stands between him and a payday. Spoiler takes his corner and adjusts his wrist tape. Soile heads back to the booth.
2. The Spoiler vs. Mike Jackson Jackson gets in some offense at the opening bell. The Spoiler hits the rope-walk smash to turn things around. The Spoiler wears down Jackson with the Bionic Claw and hits another rope walk smash. The Spoiler hits a leaping neck snap for the win.
Winner - The Spoiler by pinfall
Ventura says The Spoiler is a force to be reckoned with. Solie introduces the next match.
3. Manny Fernandez vs. Steve Corino Corino gets the upper hand at the bell and whips Fernandez to the buckles. Fernandez rolls him up for a two count after a missed turnbuckle charge. Fernandez hits a Flying Burrito for a two count. Fernandez hits the backroll press but Corino kicks out. Fernandez hits another Flying Burrito for the win.

Solie says it’s good to see Fernandez getting another mark in the Win column. Ventura isn’t impressed and introduces the next match.
4. Les Thatcher vs. Cowboy Bob Orton Thatcher starts strong but Orton cuts him down and hits an Orton Bomb for a two count. Orton hits a Superplex for the win.

Ventura says Orton needed that one. Solie thinks Thatcher won’t be long for the territory and introduces the next match.
5. The Vachons vs. Brody & Mosca Butcher and Brody battle back and forth. Brody gets some momentum going and hits a one hand body slam. Mosca holds off Mad Dog while the referee makes the three count.

Ventura says Brody & Mosca need to keep it up if they want a shot at the belts. Solie introduces the next match, saying the winner will likely be next in line for a shot at the LWF World Heavyweight title.
6. Randy Savage vs. Harley Race The match is all Savage in the opening minutes. Savage unloads on Race and hits a knee drop for a two count. Savage hits an elbow smash but it isn’t enough to put Race away. Savage throws Race to the outside and Race makes a comeback, suplexing Savage on the ring steps. Race throws Savage into the ring. Savage mounts a comeback but Race shuts him down and hits a back suplex for a two count. Race hits a piledriver but it isn’t enough to put Savage away. Race hits another piledriver but still can’t get the three count. Savage and Race battle back and forth. Savage hits a running knee to the back and covers Race for the three count.
Winner - Randy Savage by pinfall
Ventura says Savage is on a rocket to the top. Solie signs off, telling the fans to tune in next week when the Midnight Express battle The Briscoes for the LWF World Tag Team titles.

1. Armstrong & Patterson vs. Too Cool Patterson and Taylor start the match. Patterson nails Taylor with a big right uppercut for a two count. Patterson beats up Taylor on the concrete and Taylor is nearly counted out. Patterson tags in Armstrong. Armstrong hits the Russian Leg Sweep for the win.
Winners - Armstrong & Patterson by pinfall
Solie says it’s good to see Armstrong & Patterson back on TV. Ventura introduces the next match.
2. Disco Inferno vs. Super Nova Disco gets in Nova’s face at the bell. Nova decks him and hits the sledge-o-matic for a two count. Nova hits Novacaine but can’t put Disco away. Nova hits a step up tornado DDT for a two count and hits Novacaine a second time for the win.
Winner - Super Nova by pinfall
Ventura says he’d never leave the house if he lost to Disco Inferno. Solie introduces the next match.
3. Dan Spivey vs. Stevie Richards Spivey crushes Richard with a lariat and hits a sidewalk slam for a two count. Stevie makes a comeback and hits the Stevie Kick for a two count. Stevie hits a DDT for a two count. Richard makes a comeback and hits a flying forearm for a two count. Stevie hits the Stevie Bomb for the win.

Ventura says Stevie Richards snuck out with another one. Solie introduces the next match.
4. Lou Thesz vs. Hugh Morris Morris goes on the attack at the bell and mauls Thesz but can’t keep him on the mat. Thesz locks on a double wristlock out of nowhere and Morris has to fight to the ropes. Thesz whips him to the ropes and hits the Thesz Press for the win.

Solie says Thesz looks unbeatable. Ventura isn’t impressed. Solie leaves the booth to get a word with Al Snow. Snow says Head has commanded him to defeat Steve Williams to prove he has what it takes. Williams hits the ring and Snow and Williams brawl into the crowd.
5. Al Snow vs. Steve Williams The referee makes the 20 count and Snow and Williams refuse to return to the ring.
Winner - No Contest
Solie says officials are undoubtedly scheduling a rematch between Al Snow and Steve Williams. Ventura introduces the main event.
6. Midnight Express with JIm Cornette vs. The Briscoes - LWF World Tag Team title match Dennis Condrey and Mark Briscoe start the match. Dennis takes Mark down and throws him out of the ring. Mark bounces Dennis’ head off the ring apron and rolls him back into the ring. Condrey makes a comeback and the Midnight hits the slingshot elbow. Eaton hits the top rope elbow for a two count. Eaton goes to top and Mark throws him to the mat. Mark makes the hot tag to Jay. Jay and Eaton brawl outside the ring and Jay comes out on top. Jay throws Eaton into the ropes and Eaton hits a small package for a two count. The Midnight hit the Midnight Massacre for the win.
Winners - The Midnight Express by pinfall, their fourth title defense
The Briscoes leave through the crowd after the match. Ventura and Solie sign off, telling the fans to tune in next time when Nick Bockwinkel defends the LWF World Heavyweight title against Antonio InokI!

I'm always conflicted when the ME and the Briscos battle.
Brad and T-Bolt...interesting. I've thought about running Bob and T-Bolt as a team.

Even though they failed to win the tag belts, you gotta respect Dem Boys for pumping up the crowd during each and every appearance... If this is the end of their LoG run, they can certainly exit with pride.
Stoked for Bock vs. Inoki with the title on the line... Eager to see who will have to defend against the Macho Man... OHHH, YEAH!
