Hello Wrestling Fans... its the holidays, as previously said, so they've been taking some time of, healing, eating and enjoying the holiday season. I wanted to bring you the results of the latest card, updated rankings and the next card, which will take place on January 2nd. *So don't forget to send in your predictions*
Results: Red Bastein pinned B Brian Blair in a Singapore Cane grudge match between the two, which started when their tag teams wrested a few cards ago. Red got the better of this one, but Brian may be looking for revenge in the upcoming card(s) 3.5 Rob Van Dam dominated a chain match against Playboy Buddy Rose, pinning him in pretty quick fashion. 2.5 In a nice match-up, Georgeous George applied his finisher numerous times to finally wear down Bobo Brazil, pinning him after about a 15 minute regular match. 3.0 Love Brothers beat the Vachons pinning them in a Falls Count Anywhere, that was dominated by the hated Love Brothers. 2.5 Randy Macho Man Savage escaped in a Barbed Wire Cage match in what many thought Snuka would win, but not our predictors who picked The Macho Man to win, and he did. 3.0 IN a Texas Death Match, Killer Kowalski continued his rise to a belt match pinning Abdullah the Butcher. 3.0 IN a Bullwhip match the British Bulldogs started their rise in search of a tag team title, easily dominating and pinning Mr. Fuji/Saito. 1.0 In a non-belt feature match... the Triple Threat the predictors were on the money as Diamond Dallas Page pinned Brutus Beefcake, who just could not get any offense going in the first, but not the last Triple Threat match. 3.0 In a match where the winner would get a belt match, Sgt Slaughter pinned Anoki in a Texas Death Hardcore match, where Anoki again failed to win the key match that would propel him into a belt match. 4.0
Regional Belt: The Shiek again successfully defended his belt forcing a submission from Hillbilly Jim in a back and forth match where the Shiek may have used an object that wasn't seen by the ref. 3.5 Tag Belt: Fabulous Kangaroos also successfully defended their belt against what was considered their toughest challenge since winning the belt. Despite the lack of respect from most pickers, the Kangaroos pinned teh Road Warriors in an easier, but yet exciting match. 3.0
Next are the current rankings.
