Three-fourths of the LOW team are back, as Chad, Tim, and Cory have some great discussions! After some teasers for this weekend's Filsinger Games Perennial and the upcoming LOW set, the three take a deep dive into the Legends International set! They talk about all the regular cards in the set, as well as the four Special Editions released during this time. They share stories of statting the cards, reaching out to wrestlers through archaic social media, and more! Find out what these videos have to do with this week's episode and enjoy the Perennial tomorrow! Uncharted Territory: Episode 118

Deep Dive for the win. Really curious to see how the videos match up which is part of the fun of these podcasts.

I haven't even opened the podcast up and I already know I'm going to love it, because these retrospectives on the various older sets are my favorite episodes you guys do.

Today I learned: New Age Outlaws got new art for online and then that art was used for their color cards.

That was quite a blast hearing the old stories.

That Baron Michele Leone vs. Billy Varga match is one of my favorite matches ever.

Today I learned: New Age Outlaws got new art for online and then that art was used for their color cards. ......... I bought that online edition just so I could clip the new art and make updated physical copy cards out of them. And yes Tim, I think "Bendis-y" is an appropriate word to describe that fuzzed out, can't see a thing from all the shadows art on the originals of "Kipp" and "BG" (The Don't Call Them Outlaws). .... International was a really solid edition. I used every card to some extent. People new to the game or trying to create cards in the 2020s do not know how HARD footage was to come by of some wrestlers. Maybe a couple of matches if you were lucky (If anyone has an inside track on some Spaceman Frank Hickey match footage, let me know I've got an entirely fictional card I made at someone's request ages ago I'd love to correct).

There's a fair bit of stuff of Hickey wrestling as Bozo Brown on YouTube. Not exactly the same thing, but fairly close.

Great episode. Should we start a Go Fund Me to get Tim a new autographed picture? International was one of those sets I didn't use too many guys out of when it came out. The New Age Outlaws got some use. And Prichard had a fun run back then but those were the only ones I used outside The Mountie. And even though I used him I was not a huge fan, as Tim suggested, as he came in a little after my prime WWF watching time. Would love to get him in color though. Would REALLY love to get The Fabulous Rougeaus as a tag team most of all. Also liked how the LOW team was real careful with their pronouns when talking about the LOW card for the Perennial and the upcoming set.

This takes me back. In the black and white days, The Mountie was the first person to beat Andre the Giant.
