I just woke up as I forgot to set my alarm and I slept for almost 12 hours after getting back from RAW last night, but thankfully I have another hour until check-out time and my flight does not leave for another 8 hours.
I misread the seating chart when getting my ticket to RAW last night and ended up with a floor seat instead of an elevated seat which I prefer due to height (or lack thereof lol.) Unfortunately, I got caught up in an ugly situation. The couple behind me were yelling at the kids next to me to sit down and not hold up their signs during ring entrances. I turned around with the intention to moderate/defuse the situation and they turned on me accusing me of not even sitting in my correct seat as I did not get to the show on time. I was trying to joke about it saying I would not be sitting on the floor if I was not assigned there but she literally got security and I had to pull up my ticket on my phone to defend my seat which I did not even want in the first place. Security told her she was wrong and then she and her friend then stomped off and left the show. Seriously, WTF?
Overall though the show was good. I am surprised RAW was here in Providence last night when they are quickly going to be on the other side of the country (Smackdown is in Las Vegas next Friday and then Mania Week is the week afterward.)

I wonder if this altercation was visible during the live broadcast. It could be your 15 minutes of fame. Too bad you got yelled at by the woman when you were just trying to help. Hopefully it didn't impact your enjoyment of the show. I've gotten into altercations with disrespectful fans at sports events too. I'll never forget the time I was at a minor league baseball game and a group of young adults a few rows down from me kept getting up to use the bathroom and get more alcohol WHILE PLAY WAS GOING ON. After this happened 7 or 8 times I lost my patience with them and reminded them that when they get up while play is going on they block the view of those behind them. It's baseball: Just wait for the player to finish his at bat or call timeout so that he can scratch himself and then go get your drinks. They didn't get the message though and kept doing it the rest of the game. To avoid this situation again at the ballpark I just pay the extra $5 and sit in the box seats close to the field. I've also "shush'd" people at the cinema who insist on talking while the movie is playing. To avoid these inconsiderate idiots I now go to midweek matinees where there's maybe only 2 or 3 other people in the theatre

As I like to say, no good deed goes unpunished. Sounds like the lady was just looking to give hell to other people.
