Episode 22
We open with Susan Green, giving us an update on Commissioner Irslinger, after he was attacked by George Tragos. She says that Irslinger suffered severe injuries, and will be out indefinitely.
She also informs us that she will serve as Interim Commissioner, until a suitable replacement can be found. She has not decided if she will put her name in the hat for the full time job. Green says that George Tragos is barred from ever stepping in the ring again at T2W.
With all of the business out of the way, she says it's time to fight, and time for T2W Championship to be defended!
*T2W Championship title match*
Tiger Conway Sr. vs Lanny Poffo
This was a great match, with Lanny hitting SKY DROP twice, and making Tiger bleed, but in the end, the champion retains after Poffo passes out from the sleeper!!! 9 tokens total.
Winner, and still T2W Champion: Tiger Conway Sr.
Post-match, the champion, kneeled and exhausted in the ring, gets attacked from behind by Mr. Hughes! SPIKE SLAM by Hughes!
Mr. Hughes picks up the championship, and leaves with Conways championship belt!
Backstage, we see Rotten Reginald Love, as he approaches Francine. He asks for assistance in finding a new tag partner, as his was recently deported. Francine says she will put out some feelers, and will see what pops up!
Wild Bill Irwin vs Golden Boy Danny Spivey
Irwin uses his bull whip, while the ref is distracted by Riddle, then connects on FLOAT KICK for the pinfall!
Riddle grabs the microphone, and promises that Irwin will be the next champion!
Next episode, we will see two newcomers face off, as Sam Houston will fight Ric McCord.
The Trooper and The Grappler wJohnny Valiant vs Mikey Whipwreck and Brad Armstrong
The Trooper connects on THE BIG PINCH to finish off Whipwreck.
We see the T2W Tag Team Champions, Al Snow and Marcus Alexander Bagwell, standing at the top of the ramp, clapping on the winners.
We see a frustrated Armstrong and Whipwreck leave the ring, and head to the back.
We come back from commercial, to catch Armstrong and Mikey in the back talking. Mikey says he won't do that, and if that's Brad's big idea, then count him out.
Mr. Electricity Steve Regal vs Juventud Guerrera
Juvi lands a springboard dropkick to finally defeat Regal, after their two previous matches ended in DQ.
Post-match, Brad Armstrong attacks Juvi! He lays in the punches and kicks, and rips part of Juvi's mask off! Mikey comes out and stops Armstrong from ripping the rest off, and Armstrong bails out of the ring!
