Moustache Mountain def. Subculture by count out It has been something of a baron run for Bate and Seven, but they get a count out win when Bate plants Andrews on the outside with the Tyler Driver '97
Zack Sabre Jr comes to the ring, where he tells the crowd that his Pure Championship hasn't made him forget Davey Boy Smith Jr. He still remembers how it felt lying at ringside with his head inside a bloodied handbag, and then having to go to hospital for stitches after the show. But he will get his revenge, because in a month's time at Epic Encounters at the York Hall, he will win the British Heavyweight title, and given this started with blood, it should end that way as well - as they face off in a first blood match
Charlie Morgan def. Rhia O'Reilly by pinfall Morgan counters off the ropes and hits Aces Over to get the win
Nick Aldis def. Thom Latimer by knock out This match was an all out war. Aldis reduced Thom to a bloody mess, but he just refused to stay down. Latimer, with blood pouring from his head, eventually passed out in the King's Lynn Cloverleaf
The Allure make their way to the ring, much to the surprise of the crowd. Angelina Love says when Ring of Honor came to the UK earlier this year, Saraya Knight challenged her for the Women's World Championship, and when she lost she had to agree she would never challenge for that title again. However, that doesn't stop her coming here and taking the British Women's Championship. She says her world takeover kicks off now...
British Women's Championship Saraya Knight def. Angelina Love by submission to retain the title The world takeover doesn't get off to a superb start. This pair do not fail to have incredible matches. Knight is bust open and has to overcome have hairspray in her eyes but she wins with a Bridled Rocking Horse.
After the match, Mandy Leon and Madison Rayne begin to beat down Knight in the ring, as Love starts to pick up the British Women's Championship and go to hit Knight with it, someone runs into the ring and to save Knight. Rayne and Love escape but Leon is caught by the person.... It's Knight's daughter Saraya. She hits the Ram-Paige on Leon before staring down Love.

Ringkampf def. Swords of Essence by submission TJP takes the fight to Walter, but cannot keep him down. Thatcher ends things when he locks in a Fujiwara Armbar on Ospreay
Xia Brooside def. Jetta by pinfall A Brooksy Bomb gets Xia the win
Marty Scurll def. Tommy End and Chris Brookes An evenly matched three way contest, which Scurll wins with a tornado DDT on Brookes
Gisele Shaw def. Charlie Morgan by submission A bad night for the Royal Aces continues, when Shaw locks on an armbreaker to win the match
Lio Rush def. Mark Haskins by pinfall Haskins has a number of submission attempts foiled by Rush, who wins when he spikes Haskins with a tornado DDT
Drew Galloway def. Jeff Cobb by pinfall This one is hard-hitting, with Galloway getting the victory with a big boot
The Mighty Don't Kneel (Zack Sabre Jr and Bad Dude Tito) def. Hart Foundation (Davey Boy Smith Jr and Teddy Hart) by submission This is the last time ZSJ and Davey will face off before their first blood match at Epic Encounter. Zack forces Hart to tap out in a cross armbreaker

Epic Encounter November - Week 1 - Year 1 York Hall, London
British Women's Championship Saraya Knight (c) def. Xia Brookside by submission to retain the title A resilient Brookside puts up quite the fight, but Knight wins when she locks on the Bridled Rocking Horse
Nick Aldis and Thom Latimer def. Ringkampf by submission Aldis and Latimer went to absolute war with each other just a month ago, but now they are forced to co-exist against Walter and Thatcher. Aldis gets them the win with the King's Lynn Cloverleaf on Thatcher, all the while reminding Latimer that he couldn't escape this move either
Aldis takes a microphone post match and challenges Latimer to a singles match at a future event, to decide the number one contender. Aldis says Latimer doesn't have it in him to beat him, so he can quit now if he wants. Latimer tells him he'll be the one quitting, when they face off in an I Quit match.
Jeff Cobb def. Drew Galloway by pinfall Galloway has chances to win, but Cobb refuses to stay down. Jeff wins with Tour of the Islands, meaning they now have one win apiece against each other recently
Kay Lee Ray def. Maddison Miles, Gisele Shaw, Jetta, Nixon Newell and Viper Ray gets the pin with the swanton bomb on Miles
British Cruiserweight title Will Ospreay def. Cara Noir by pinfall to retain An excellent title fight, which has the crowd chanting 'fight forever'. Despite almost allowing Noir to win the title, Ospreay recovered from missing a high risk move and retained with a fireman's carry gutbuster
Prince Devitt def. Michael Oku and Benjamin Carter by pinfall This was scheduled to be Oku vs Carter, but before the bell rang Devitt came out and challenged them. He then wins with Devitt's End on Oku
British Tag Team titles Aussie Open (c) def. TMDK (Robbie Eagles and Bad Dude Tito) by disqualification Fletcher and Davis totally dominate, leading to Tito becoming enraged and clocking both of them with a steel chair outside the ring
British Heavyweight title - First Blood Match Zack Sabre Jr def. Davey Boy Smith Jr (c) to win the title Here is the one the crowd have been excited for all night, and it is a wild brawl. Zack takes the upper hand to start with, using anything he can get his hands on to attack Davey with. Smith then reverses and does the same, even taking the fight outside the venue and into the streets of Bethnal Green, hurling Zack into a car that is stopped at traffic lights. Zack busts open Davey inside the ring, having ripped off a turnbuckle pad and repeatedly smashed his head into the exposed steel

Walter def. Lio Rush by pinfall The Austrian dominates as he looks to break his run of poor results, getting the win with a powerbomb
Knight Family (Saraya Knight and Paige) def. Royal Aces by disqualification What was an evenly fought contest takes a turn when Jetta and Charlie Morgan turn nasty on the outside of the ring. They beat down the Knights, getting themselves disqualified. Jetta takes a microphone and warns Women's Champion Saraya Knight that her reign will soon reach its end
Michael Oku def. Mark Haskins by submission Oku forces his more experienced opponent to tap out with a Bending Half Crab
Gisele Shaw def. Rhia O'Reilly by pinfall This is the surprise match of the night, as both go all out against each other. However, neither is able to land their finish at any stage, despite scoring numerous near falls on each other. The crowd are chanting 'fight forever' as Shaw lands a big spear and gets the pin
United Empire (Will Ospreay and Jeff Cobb) def. Subculture by pinfall Cobb scores the three count when he destroys Webster with Tour of the Islands
British Heavyweight Championship Zack Sabre Jr (c) def. Sam Adonis by submission to retain ZSJ said in the lead up to the show that he will be a fighting champion, and his first defence comes against Adonis. The Challenger puts up a good fight, but Zack has him tap out in a guillotine choke

I've been fortunate enough to see him plenty of times since his early days on the UK scene, he really is incredible in the ring. I'm hoping he can pull off an awesome title reign here for me
