Bad guy Nikita was ferocious and mean, great physique...
Good guy Nikita? Went a little soft and lost that aura about it.
So definitely bad guy Nikita for a long while.

I'm very curious who plans to use Nikita as a heel, fighting against all Americans like Magnum, Slaughter, Duggan, and Wilkes; and who's going to use him as a babyface fighting against the likes of Uncle Ivan, the Horsemen, and Vader? Nikita's face turn was right where I started getting into NWA (I grew up in World Class country), so I always think of Nikita as a face first. Heel, always. Also, I'm probably the only one who is retiring Ivan for Nikita (can't have two Russian teams in my fed). |

When I get back to playing LOW, I will definitely be among those who first use Nikita Koloff as a heel so I can then turn him face later. I remember Nikita Koloff turning face, especially at the time in the context of the Cold War, was a big deal.
I am hoping since Demolition will be in Waterloo this year that maybe we can later add Krusher Kruschev to go with Ivan Koloff and Nikita Koloff.

In my fed, I'll (for example) treat "MDM" Ted DiBiase and "black guy" Ted DiBiase or "Boogie Woofie Man" Jimmy Valiant and "Handsome" Jimmy Valiant as the same person...they just switch up their persona depending on which area theyre wrestling in (you'd never see MDM in Mid South as an example)
But there are seveal folks I treat as different people. The Patriot (Del Wilkes) and the Trooper are two totally different people. If we'd get Darsow, I'd definitely treat him this way as I could have Masked Superstar, Krusher Khrushchev and Demolition all in the same territory, which would be interesting.

Demolition has been a top wish list item since the game came out. Even if the cards had to be called Barry Darsow and Bill Eadie for copyright reasons. Though with Demolition being in Myers and Cardona's upcoming action figure line as Demolition, I wonder if they got the trademarks.

I will add him to the stable with Ivan and Baron Von Raschke, as they are a tag team for me now after Ivan left the Red Faction, the Russian stable I have run for years still led by Nikita Breznikov. He manages Boris Zhukov and Alexis Smirnoff who have been the staples of the faction, while others come and go. Not sure who Nikita will have a run in with at first but I am sure it will be one of many All American wrestlers. Who knows he might just come after my current champion Bob Backlund as I don't have anyone lined up after Vader when the Mastodon gets his title rematch. I can't wait to see who we get next in this set. And will Promoter Prime be wrestlers connected to the Hall of Fame or colour cards of existing wrestlers that still need the upgrade or with these be alternate gimmicks for existing cards? |

I wouldn’t even try to guess, as three out of the first six names this year new names (John Nord, Bad News, and previously announced Joe Malenko). Whomever it is I am sure it will be good! |
