Off the top of my head...

They had their summer series in summer of 1977 when Dundee and his wife got their head shaved. Lawler "retired", but back as a good guy. It took Dundee a while to warm up to him, but they eventually teamed. 

They had their hot tag feud vs the Blonde Bombers in summer of 1979. Lawler turned bad again at the end of 79 when Jimmy Hart became his manager, but got hurt in early 80, causing him to miss the almost the entire year of 1980

They were both good until Dundee turned bad in spring of 83 which lead to their loser leave town match in June of 83, which Lawler won (Dundee went to book in the ill fated Georgia wrestling reboot).

Dundee came back until losing to Steve Keirn at the end of 83 when he left to book in Mid South

Dundee came back in 85 as a good guy and tried to cause a riff with him/Lawler v the Fabs, saying they were better than the Fabs. This lead to Dundee beating Lawler in a loser leaves town and the Bill/Buddy stuff in 1986


Dundee was then gone to Central States and the NWA, but came back in 87 to help Lawler battle Idol/Rich and winning the AWA Tag Titles. 


Just a small sample. When it gets into the 90s, people turned every other week

Thanks for the info. Seems like Memphis turned wrestlers more than other territories. I still can't believe that Jeff Jarrett teamed with Robert Fuller to fight The Moondogs!

It probably wasn't any more than any other weekly territory. Places like the WWWF or AWA could keep guys good and bad for a longer time. When you had weekly territories, you just had to keep things fresh and moving since you needed to draw fans each week.

Almost an Indian Death Lock , cool. Love Mr. Saito and he may need to move on from his team with Fuji soon. Has a nice little feud with Garea and SD Jones , winner gets a title shot vs Bulldogs…
