Great match! --- Road Warriors (88) go over the Fantastics (90) after they crush Tommy Rogers w/ the DOOMSDAY DEVICE. ---In the Main Event, MVC (19) advance over the Rock n Roll Express (3) when Terry Gordy lands a ring-shaking Back Suplex on Robert Gibson. |

World Tag Team Tournament: Semi-Finals & Finals: Day #3 ---The Road Warriors (17) roll over Harley Race/ Larry Hennig (16) on their way to the Finals w/ the DOOMSDAY DEVICE on Hennig. --- Bruiser Brody/ Stan Hansen (3) go over MVC (9) after Hansen crushes Steve Williams w/ the LARIAT. It will be Brody/Hansen vs the Road Warriors in the Finals. --- Rick Rude goes over George 'The Animal' Steele w/ a Piledriver and mocks George afterwards. --- Mildred Burke gets a DQ win over Fabulous Moolah after the referee catches Beverly Shade punching Burke in the back of the head during a ropes spot. ---For a shot at the heavyweight title, Killer Kowlaski puts Bobo Brazil away w/ a Bombs Away to earn a shot at Inoki. ---In the Finals, Bruiser Brody/ Stan Hansen win the tournament and the titles over the Road Warriors after Hansen hits the Brazos Valley Backbreaker on Hawk for the snake eyes finish. |

Afterwards, Masked Superstar joins the Spoiler in a post-match beatdown of DLJ until the Destroyer makes the save. ---Buddy Rogers easily handles Larry 'The Axe' Hennig, winning w/ the FIGURE FOUR GRAPEVINE. ---The Road Warriors go over Miracle Violence Authority after they hit the DOOMSDAY DEVICE on Terry Gordy for the finish and become the #1 contenders. ---In the main event for the World's heavyweight title, Antonio Inoki overcomes the heel tactics of Killer Kowalski and lands the ENZUIGIRI to retain the title in his V1 defense. |
