Pete the hotdog vendor? Please tell me you finally signed Pete the hotdog vendor? If you have not mustard up the will to watch his stuff online you need to ketchup. I relish the day he has his own card.

I got home from this show at I think around 4 AM (I slept part of the way home though as I was exhausted from a long work week.
quick recap:
I flew into Burbank after work and I got to the venue about the time the doors opened. As I mentioned earlier, I made a preshow signing for the game. It is somebody I have previously unsuccessfully tried to get ahold of online through Email regarding the game, but I was able to get them signed in person without too much trouble last night and this person is a great fit for the game.
My seat for this sold out show was one of the best in the venue as I was front row stage in the center. I jumped on tickets as soon as they went on sale this Summer. The Ukrainian Cultural Center has some great food when compared to most wrestling vebues and last night I had some awesome asada fries for dinner.
The opening match saw Lil Cholo and Los Macizos defeat the FSW trio of Unguided 2.0 (Matt Vandagriff, Damian Drake, and Bodhi Young Prodigy.) Speaking of FSW, I am going to an FSW show tonight.
Steph De Lander defeated Allie Katch, Maki Itoh, and Masha Slamovich. Before the match started, Slamovich said she should be on Samckdown tonight instead of having to change in the back alley at GCW. The end came with DeLander pinning her enemy Maki Itoh after GCW World Champion Blake Christian appeared and caused a distraction by attacking former GCW Champion Masha Slamovich (who has an upcoming rematch against Christian.)
GCW World Champion Blake Christian defeated Chris Bey Bey almost missed his flight afterward back to Las Vegas and Brett Lauderdale asked my friend if we could drive Bey back with us if he missed his flight at LAX. Bey did manage to make his flight which was of course ideal for him, but I definitely would not have minded riding back last night with Chris Bey as I have been in the car with Bey before on the drives between Las Vegas and Los Angeles (Bar Wrestling shows in 2019-2020.)
The Rejects defeated Joey Janela and Sawyer Wreck Although I have seen John Wayne Murdoch in live matches before, I think this was the first time I got to see the Rejects in a match live as a tag team. During this match, the Rejects used my friend, who was sitting front row, as a weapon during an out of the ring brawl.
Leon Slater defeated Jack Cartwheel This was the first time I have seen Leon Slater wrestle live. Since he was in Los Angeles last night, I am wondering if he might also be at PWG's Mystery Vortex show tomorrow where none of the wrestlers are announced in advance.
Gringo Loco defeated Mance Warner.
Jordan Oliver defeated Alec Price, Brayden Toon, Calibus, Jimmy Lloyd, and Jordan Cruz in a scramble match.
Jacob Fatu defeated Effy Afterward, Fatu attacked Effy and Mance Warner made the save for his fellow Second Gear Crew member Effy. I would not be surprised to see Mance Warner vs Jacob Fatu when GCW returns to Los Angeles in October.
Johnny Game Changer (aka John Hennigan) defeated Nick Gage. Gage afterward said Los Angeles is where he likes to have his big matches which is why he wrestled Hennigan there last night and why he wrestled Zack Sabre Jr. there at the previous GCW show in Los Angeles back in June.
Afterward, I talked to a few wrestlers and then rode back to Las Vegas with my friends Alex and Bryan (both of whom worked the show last night as staff.) Tomorrow, I actually go back to Los Angeles for PWG and I think this is the first-time I have ever gone to Los Angeles twice in the same weekend.

I'd just love to see what Tournament Master would come up with for such a card.

Truth be told it could be a fun card. Used during Falls Count Anywhere matches or things along that line. Rolls could include having mustard shot in your face, a hotdog bun forces into your mouth, head dunked in hotdog water, etc.

I will confirm that the signing from last night was a wrestler and not a hot dog vendor lol.
On a side note, the venue last night has things like tacos, Asada fries, nachos, burgers, beer, soda, and water but it does not have hot dogs (although during Mania Weekend when the venue hosted the Collective there were hot dog vendors with portable grills on the sidewalks selling some hot dogs to the fans waiting in line for the next show.)
