Eaton & Lane! But what about Steve Kiern & Bobby Eaton? Did you know they were a tag team? They weren't all that successful though... Later! Todd C WTIC

Limited exposure to this classic team... But, I've done a fair bit of research because of this game... Eaton & Condrey for sure!

I didn't start watching NWA until 1987 so it's Bobby & Stan for me. Sort of like I'm in the minority of people who prefer Sammy Hagar over David Lee Roth in Van Halen. It's just the version I grew up on. Now, I like the Roth stuff but I just think the Hagar stuff is better.

I voted for Stan and Bobby, but I have a soft spot for The New Midnight Express. I think Holly and Gunn were a couple of solid hands and weren't a bad pairing on their own merit... Just shouldn't have been tagged with the name.

I'm old enough to remember when VH made their debut, and I loved their music. But Sammy's always been a rock & roll institution in St. Louis. He tells the story about coming to town with Montrose, and fans were singing along to the songs because they were all played on KSHE 95. That didn't happen anywhere else. So as much as I enjoy the rock & roll party music of Van Roth, the hard rockin' Van Hagar music is even better because Sammy's always been the man when it comes to the most popular rocker in St. Louis.
BTW, Bobby & Stan had such great chemistry as a tag team--more so than the other combinations, in my opinion.

Yup, when you look at their solo careers, Hagar puts Roth to shame. Roth had sizzle but Hagar had steak. You ever hear any of The Circle's stuff? It's Hagar, Michael Anthony, Jason Bonham, and Vic Johnson (Hagar's normal guitarist). They're awesome!

I had tickets to see them with Vince Neil, but the concert was cancelled because of severe thunderstorms. Had tickets the next year to see them with Night Ranger & Whitesnake, but Whitesnake backed out of the tour because of David Coverdale's hernia surgery, and then the pandemic cancelled the concert, so I have yet to see them in person.BTW, what do you think of Chickenfoot? I thought they were pretty good too.
