PRO WRESTLING FIGHTING SPIRIT: CHAPTER ONE July 15, 2023, 2300 Arena, Philadelphia, PA Taped to air on Fite TV
The near capacity crowd was chatting “Fightin’ Spirit” as Nigel McGuinness & Ian Riccaboni are at the announcer’s table, and sitting ringside front row is Dan Severn; was introduced and waved to the fans!
Dave Mathew’s “Ants Marching” plays as Fire Ant, Worker Ant, and Green Ant heads to the ring! Austin Aires steps out of the entrance and stops; informing that he is upset about being the only champion on the card/being the opening match, that he signed the contract stating it will be against 1/3 of the Colony, so the other 2 Ants needs to leave! The Colony huddles as Fire Ant exits the ring, Worker Ant follows, as it’ll be Green Ant trying to win gold for the Colony!
FITE TV CHAMPIONSHIP Fite TV Champion AUSTIN AIRES -1/20- Challenger GREEN ANT The Ant took control out wrestling Aires and scored several near falls! The tide changed for the better after Aires dodged Ant’s attempted dive onto the floor! As Aires took liberties on the fallen Ant he slammed the masked man head first on the announcers table paused for a minute to antagonize McGuinness as he was doing commentary. As Aires continued his attack Ant managed to score another near fall only for Aires to recover and use the Horns of Aires, hit a 450 for a near fall, and used a 2nd 450 to secure the victory! WINNER FITE TV CHAMPION AUSTIN AIRES (13:07)
As Green Ant was walking to the dressing room Aires arrogantly shows off his championship belt, and once again antagonizing McGinness at the announcers table by trash talking the British wrestler turned commentator as he went back to the dressing room area.
ROB VAN DAM -1/20- JOHNNY GARGANO You can see both wrestlers trash talking each other, then exchanging blows along with insults! RVD took charge of the match and had Johnny Wrestling on the run even busting him open with a Van-Daminator on the floor! RVD set Gargano in the corner with Fonzie holding a chair to Gargano’s head setting up what looks like the Van-Terminator……Ciampa nails Fonzie, RVD gave chase to Ciampa nearly getting counted out! Gargano managed to use the distraction to mount some offensive moves but was short lived as RVD again was on a roll as he used Rolling Thunder bringing out Ciampa again this time RVD managed to use a double noggin, knocker on Ciampa and Gargano setting up the 5 Star Frog Splash and the win! WINNER ROB VAN DAM (9:11)
After the match Gargano was a little upset with Ciampa! Ciampa manage to calm down Gargano, grabs the microphone and challenges RVD at the next card! RVD returned from the back, nodded in approval to Ciampa’s challenge!
THE HORSEMEN w/JJ Dillon -1/20- FIRE ANT & WORKER ANT w/Green Ant The Ants used their speed early in the match however the wrestling skills and experience of the Horsemen dominated the match. Even with Green Ant sneaking into the match occasionally didn’t help as Barry Windham used a beautiful vertical suplex to finish off Worker Ant! WINNERS THE HORSEMEN (9:47)
As the Horsemen returned to the dressing room area So-Cal Val had them for a brief interview! As The Horsemen gloated about their victory and told Val that The Horsemen will soon have a 3rd member join them here in the PWFS and that means domination and gold for them, as they raised the 4 fingers up high! As the Horsemen left Rick Rude strolls past the camera as it looks like the Ravishing One is heading to the ring! Jim Johnston’s “Simply Ravishing” plays as Rude enters the ring and insults the crowd by calling them “Cheesesteak eating slobs” and claims he’s here to sell insurance to the highest bidder! “Like a good neighbor, Rick Rude, will be there!” then exits to the dressing room area. As Rude leaves Jay Lethal was heading to the ring and was handed a business card by Rude!
JAY LETHAL -1/20- CHRIS CANDIDO w/Tammy It started out looking like a pure rules match as the 2 held a wrestling clinic that neither wrestler can gain control. The tide shifted as Tammy distracted the referee and Candido nailed a low blow setting up an offensive that ended with the Blonde Bomb…..Lethal kicked out at 2 3/4! Candido maintained control until he charged at Lethal into the turnbuckles as Lethal moved Candido hits the buckles allowing Lethal to roll him up for a near fall. Lethal took charge for the rest of the match hitting a Lethal Injection only for Tammy to distract the referee, and again after hitting Hail To The King! Finally Lethal hits another Lethal Injection, Tammy again try’s to distract but gets knocked off the apron and Lethal locks in the Koji Clutch for the submission! WINNER JAY LETHAL (15:36)
Tammy was tending to the fallen Candido, the arena goes dark, the lights returned to find Shane Douglas in the ring! Douglas the Franchise of ECW challenged Lethal who many has called the Franchise of ROH to a match at PWFS:Chapter 2!!!!!! As Lethal agreed to the match shakes hands with Douglas who KO’d Lethal; it was revealed Douglas had a roll of quarters in his fist because as he blasted Lethal the coins landed everywhere! Douglas left the ring with a smile, as Lethal was out cold in the ring.
So-Cal Val was in the back with The R-N-R’s and the Briscoe’s! Both team expressed their respect for each other, and looking forward to their match with each other later tonight. Val informed them that the winning team will advance to PWFS: Chapter 6 and will advance to the PWFS World Tag Team Championship Match, while 4 other teams will battle each other for the opportunity to be the 2nd team at Chapter 6! The 4 men wished each other luck shook hands as we returned to the ring!
JON MOXELY -1/30- STAN HANSEN As soon as Moxley hit the ring Hansen went on the attack, both men brawled all around ringside and back in the ring as the referee called for the bell to officially start the match. Hansen used his size advantage early in the match keeping Moxley down, at one point it looked like Moxley would gain some advantage with a sun set flip but Hansen sat down and almost ended the match there. Moxley gained the upper hand after hitting a piledriver on Hansen and took the fight to the big Texan. The action spilled outside again as the 2 wrestlers were content with making this a fight the referee called for the bell as he counted the 2 wrestlers out as they brawled out of the building and onto the street! DOUBLE COUNTOUT (11:42)
So-Cal Val is in the back with PWFS Owner LodiRaider209 and an executive for Fite TV as they announced that at PWFS: Chapter 2 a 3 Way Elimination Match will happen to determine the number 1 Contender to face Austin Aires for the Fite TV Title at Chapter 3! It’ll be Brian Cage V Willie Mack V Swerve Strickland! LodiRaider209 added that the winner of tonight’s main event between Danielson & Rikidozan will advance to the PWFS World Championship Match At Chapter 4, the 2nd wrestler in that championship match will be determined at Chapter 2 in a 15 Man Spirit Of The Rumble Match!
THE ROCK-N-ROLL EXPRESS -1/30- THE BRISCOE BROTHERS The 2 team exchanged hand shakes and then started the match with Mark & Robert! For 7 minutes of the match both team exchanged tags and holds until Ricky was able to keep Mark on the defensive. The Briscoe’s managed to use some street fighting tactics to swing the odds in favor for them and almost got the victory after a Jay-Driller! The match went out of the ring with Robert & Jay fighting Mark hits the Tope Suicida, Ricky followed it with a catapult Crossbody over the top and onto the three wrestlers on the floor! The end of the match was a classic R-N-R hit the Double Dropkick only for Mark to kick out, Jay switched places with Mark hits Robert with a Jay-Driller, Robert kicks out, as Jay was trying to finish off Robert, the R-N-R made a blind tag allowing Ricky to hit a crossbody on Jay….1..2..3! WINNERS THE ROCK-N-ROLL EXPRESS (26:43)
After the match the fans chatted “We want a rematch” as the 2 teams once again shared handshakes and the Briscoe’s raised the arms of Ricky & Robert! A video package featuring the 2 wrestlers in tonight’s main event, Rikidozan made his entrance complete with geishas, and the traditional Japanese ritual of using the salt before the match. As the Japanese legend was waiting you here the sounds of “Final Countdown” play as Bryan Danielson made his way around the ring conveniently stopping where Dan Severn was sitting as the 2 locked eyes, before Danielson entered the ring!
MAIN EVENT BRYAN DANIELSON -1/60- RIKIDOZAN The 2 wrestlers spent the 1st 15 minutes filling each other out as to what the other is made of! Danielson used his speed advantage keeping Rikidozan on the defensive. Rikidozan in an attempt to counter Danielson’s speed exited the ring where Bryan trying a dive through the ropes missed as the Japanese legend sidestepped and The Dragon hits the guardrail hard busting him open bad! The Dragon proved his toughness taking every thing Rikidozan gave even kicking out of 3 pin attempts! The Dragon managed to get Rikidozan on the defensive again by using his many submission moves but the Japanese legend proved his toughness and durability, and managed to deliver the overhead chop to the bloody American Dragon enough to score the pin to end this physical and grueling competition! WINNER RIKIDOZAN (43:09)

The match spilled out of the ring where AJ managed to hit a dive over the ropes onto Rikidozan, and even scored a near fall after a Phenomenal DDT that busted open his opponent from Japan. Both wrestlers bloody and tired as we came to the half way point of the match when Rikidozan was looking to put away his opponent landed some more Thunderous Chops where it looked like the referee was about to stop the match….Styles some how no only convince the referee not to stop the match, also managed to turn the tide in his favor as he used a Pele’ kick and then hits the Styles’ Clash……1..2..3! WINNER: NEW/1ST PWFS WORLD CHAMPION AJ STYLES (37:03)
The bloody Styles got to his feet 1st, the bloody Rikidozan rolled out of the ring, snatched the championship belt from the referee! As the Japanese legend looked at the belt, returned to the ring, bowing to Styles, handing the belt to the newly crowned champion; who in return bows to the Japanese legend! You see Style celebrating with his Championship belt as Stan Hansen is seen looking on from the balcony…..PWFS Logo to dark!
Sorry for being very very late with this post, it’s been a crazy few weeks for me both work wise and family wise!

Chapter 4 is in the books and history was made in NYC as AJ Styles defeated Rikidozan to become the first PWFS World Champion……Now PWFS is heading into Chicago for Chapter 5 and the matchmakers out did themselves with the card for Chicago on September 9th!
CLAUDIO CASTAGNOLI & JON MOXELY -VS- THE BRISCOE BROTHERS 2 teams looking to climb the ladder so they can challenge for the World Tag Team Championship! The BCC made an impact in NYC helping Danielson take out Dan Severn! The Briscoe’s came up short in the round-Robin tournament losing to The Colony then to The Horsemen!
ALL-PACIFIC MIDDLEWEIGHT TITLE MATCH (under 220lbs) TIGER MASK © -VS- PETEY WILLIAMS Tiger Mask has been defending his All-Pacific Middleweight Championship all over Japan makes his 1st title defense in the USA! Petey Williams is challenging Tiger Mask as the result of beating Samuray Del Sol in NYC! This will be an awesome match between two of the best middleweights in this sport!
PWFS CAREER-VS- YOUNG-BOY MATCH RICK RUDE -VS- JAY LETHAL The history of Rude & Lethal began at PWFS: Chapter One when Rude offered Lethal his insurance policy, Lethal turned it down! At Chapter 2, after Lethal lost to Shane Douglas; Rude attacked Lethal injuring him from being able to fight at Chapter 3! At Chapter 4’s Zero Hour Rude told Lethal if he can beat his handpicked assassin he’ll get a match with him in Chicago! Lethal went on to beat Abdullah The Butcher in NYC earning this match with Rude; however Rude stats if Lethal beats him he’ll shake Lethal’s hand and leave PWFS not able to return until 2025, but if Rude beats Lethal, he will become is Young-boy! Which means that for the rest of 2023 and all of 2024 Lethal will be his assistant, he will take the matches picked by Rude, he will be in Rude’s corner for his matches, will carry his luggage, and obey his teachings in the sport of wrestling!
RICKY MORTON -VS- TULLY BLANCHARD After the Horsemen won the round-Robin tournament in NYC, at Chapter 6 it’ll be the Horsemen vs The Rock-N-Roll Express to determine the 1st PWFS World Tag Team Champions! Before we go to Philadelphia for the tag championship match Morton & Blanchard will represent their respective teams going one on one in Chicago!
REdRAGON -VS- GREEN ANT & WORKER ANT The Colony hung in at the round-Robin tournament upsetting the Briscoe’s in NYC, they’re looking to move up the ladder to maybe challenge for the tag straps in the future! ReDragon is a team that has dominated tag team wrestling everywhere they competed from Japan to Europe to the USA! Fish/O’Reilly will make their PWFS debut in Chicago and a win will give them a step towards challenging for the tag straps!
TAMMASO CIAMPA -VS- SW3RVE STRICKLAND After the Gargano/Strickland match in NYC ended in a no contest due to RVD/Sabu, Ciampa, and House of Swerve all getting involved! During the brawl with all involved, Strickland and Ciampa brawl out of the building onto the streets both wrestlers are not done with each other and want to settle it in Chi-town!
FITE TV TITLE TRIPLE THREAT MATCH AUSTIN AIRES © -VS- TYLER BLACK -VS- ELI DRAKE The Aires/Drake story began on January 12, 2020 when Aires defeated Drake for the Fite TV Title, ever since that night Drake has been chasing Aires to reclaim the championship he lost! In NYC it was set to be Drake VS Aires II until Drake was attacked and deemed not fit to compete! Enter Tyler Black, he just signed a contract making PWFS his Home promotion, right place right time, stepped in for Drake challenging Aires in NYC, the match went to a draw many thinks Tyler would’ve beaten Aires if he had more time! Fite has signed this rematch as a Triple Threat Match with a 30 minute time limit not the usual 20 minute time limit, and Aires can lose his belt without even being pinned!
MAIN EVENT AJ STYLES & RIKIDOZAN -VS- STAN HANSEN & TERRY GORDY The team of Styles & Rikidozan is a shocking development, After the PPV went of the air as Styles was doing a post event press conference Hansen made his presence known and was joined by Gordy fortunately Rikidozan evened the odds as this tag team match was signed immediately by PWFS! Some say it’s unwise for Styles to take the match like this given the chance of an injury happening before he defends his World Title against Hansen in Philadelphia At Chapter 6! Gordy & Hansen has teamed internationally before. Styles & Rikidozan had a brutal match in NYC for the World Championship. Do Rikidozan harbor any hard feelings about losing to Styles? Can Styles trust anyone to be his tag team partner since he has what everyone wants, the PWFS World Title?

He goes on to demand that he gets a title shot at the winner of the Styles/Hansen World Title Match………..From out of nowhere Chris Candido enters the ring trying to get his hands on his former partner! As Douglas was leaving he tells Candido the reason he dumped his ass was that he’s a loser and the Franchise like himself doesn’t have losers dragging him down! Candido responded by telling him to prove he’s the Franchise he claims to be and let’s have a Chicago Street Fight right now! Douglas acts like he’s taking off his leather jacket only to stop midway through flipped off Candido & the Fans and leaves! The match spilled out of the ring as The R-N-R & The Horsemen brawled all over the place resulting in the referee to double disqualify both Morton & Blanchard as their teammates got involved in the match/brawl! DOUBLE DISQUALIFICATION (6:21)
As soon as the Horsemen & the R-N-Rs brawl was broken up and each wrestler was back to their respective dressing rooms, a member of the PWFS Championship Committee told So-Cal Val that the World Tag Team Title Match at Chapter 6 will be determined inside a steel cage to prevent any outside interference!

PWFS: CHAPTER 6 PREVIEW & OTHER UPDATES
AUSTIN AIRES & NIGEL MCGUINNESS NEWS!!!!!! In Chicago after Aires successfully defended his Fite TV Championship, Aires viciously attacked Nigel McGuinness (As he was doing his announcing duties), leaving the wrestler turned announcer laying after a Brainbuster! During the last couple months both Aires & McGuinness had attacked each other in some form or another! We here at can not have an announcer get involved with matches/touch/attack wrestlers as McGuinness has and have been fined for doing so in the past! As for wrestlers attacking announcers that will not go unpunished!
Nigel McGuinness had a contact with PWFS as an analyst/announcer which at this time will be placed on hold, McGuinness will be taking the next few months off from his announcer duties!
Austin Aires due to his antagonizing leading to his attack on announcer Nigel McGuinness, has been here by suspended by the PWFS until December 2! Fite executives has also decided to hereby strip Aires of the Fite TV Championship, therefore as of September 15, 2023 Aires’ historic title reign has come to an end; the Fite TV Championship is hereby vacated and will be determined in the near future!
Upon Aires’ return Nigel McGuinness as asked for a match with Aires and will not return to the announcer’s table until he has dealt with Aires in the ring as a wrestler! At this time the PWFS has not granted any form of a license to Mr. McGuinness to actively return to wrestling competition in the PWFS!

JAY LETHAL -VS- SAMURAY DEL SOL Rude wasted little time signing his Young-Boy to a match will Lethal come to terms to being a young-boy to Rude? The 2 teams has the World Tag Team Championship on their minds and wants to prove to the championship committee they are deserving of a title match in the future!
ROB VAN DAM, SABU, & JOHNNY GARGANO -VS- THE HOUSE OF SW3RVE What started as a dream match has become a rivalry of sorts! Match 1 was Gargano/RVD with RVD taking the win at Chapter One, Ciampa/RVD happened at Chapter 2 with Ciampa evening the score 1-1, the last couple of events Swerve’s House has been added to the mix, SwerveRVD at Chapter 3 with Swerve winning, and Swerve/Gargano at Chpter 4 where a brawl erupted between DIY, RVD/Sabu, and Swerve’s House caused a no contest! Then at Chapter 5 Swerve/Ciampa happened with Swerve winning and injuring Ciampa with PB Smooth’s help! PWFS has signed this trio’s/6 man match between these rivals and it should tear down the 2300, The House is a cohesive unit. Can RVD/Sabu put there a rivalry with Gargano aside for one match?
SHANE DOUGLAS’ SIMI- OPEN CHALLENGE!!!!! The Franchise says he’ll make his open challenge to anyone in wrestling that is not named Chris Candido! The PWFS then held a round robin tournament at Chapter’s 3 & 4 Where the Horsemen managed to win but not with out controversy as Ted DiBiase aided them by beating the Briscoe’s in the final match of the tournament. In Chicago Morton & Blanchard had a match where the Horsemen Windham & DiBiase got involved leading to the Briscoes to aid the R-N-R!
