I'm 90% sure they only allowed one of the Mensans in the tournament, and Cordsar was ticked that he got left out. I always used Cordsar as a whiny smack-talking heel while Trotarus was the mild-mannered one (who did most of the hard work in the ring). Sort of like Enzo & Cass. Yea the Mensans one member situation was noted as well. Plan to roll out the tourney over the holidays.

Got mine today! These are awesome! I'll roll these out in an EC fed soon. Thanks to all involved.

My cards finally arrived up here in Canada. The bottom right hand corners got dinged up a bit in transport but I've come to expect that sort of thing. Other than that they look great.
I was considering launching an Early Classics fed but I'll probably end up just incorporating them into my existing COTG one; I've got enough Feds to keep track of as it is.
I will definitely be replacing Omega's 2087 card with his EC one but everyone else in this set will likely have to wait awhile to make an appearance in my league. Being a relative newcomer to the game means I've still got A LOT of sets to try out. It's a bit overwhelming but I'm comfortable going at my own pace.
I'll still likely roll out a few matches on the side with this set just to see how the cards play.

I was going through the handbook last night and it appears like my copy was assembled incorrectly. It starts off by talking about the first GWF card before going into the wrestler bios for Dorado Sundown, Defiance and Commander Sam. Next comes Tom's introduction followed by the history of GWF and finally the remaining wrestler bios. Not a big deal as all the information is there and I'm chalking the mistake up to human error.
Out of curiosity did this happen to anyone else or am I the only one?

I had the same issue and chalked it up as an odd mishap. Like already mentioned, not a really big deal but it's interesting to see others who had similar booklets.

I need to double check when I get home but I do not think mine came out that way.

I have had this set now for almot a month as it arrived via express shipping on December 14th and, using my monthly COTG show schedule in game time, I completed 2075 yesterday.
My only regret is that I followed the book in starting in September 2074 instead of the beginning of 2074 as I had alot of fun using these cards and it would have been nice to have a complete history for 2074.
Now I am looking forward to the next Early Classics color cars release which I am guessing (I don't know) will occur in the 2nd half of 2024.
Again, I don't know any of the plans for future Early Classics release, but I am wondering if perhaps the next release might be 2076-2077 as in the original/black and white Early Classics that would be 7 cards (Commander Sam update, Wind Riders, Cosmos, Mimic, Mangus, and Silvar) plus a spot for somebody new?
Or perhaps the next release could be 2076-2078 as in the original/black and white Early Classics that is 9 cards (the 7 listed above plus Caiman and Hechilles) plus a spot for somebody new?
Or perhaps the next release could be 2076-2079 as in the original/black and white Early Classics that is 12 cards (the 9 listed above plus Star Warrior, Parsec, and Tantalis.)

I think it will be 76-79 but we'll see.
I'm not dating my shows. I'm just going to run until I either tire of it (unlikely) or the next set comes out.
