So do they start with a new name or someone a lot of people want to see in color? I'm curious.

I'd sandwich new names (this week and Black Friday) around a re-color, but that's just me.

IIRC, I think it's always been a new name announced first. Like prior sets. Patterson last year was awesome.

Since Legendary Ladies in 2019, only three main sets haven't started with a new name: Sandman for expansion 4, Frank Gotch for expansion 7, and DLJ for expansion 9.
What those three sets have in common is that they each only have two new names. Douglas and Abby in 4, Gamma and Fenton in 7, Sputnik and Wicks in 9.

Holy analysis! I like it. Odds are if the first name is a redo then only 2 new names. We shall see.

Those were names in 8.
The last two winter sets have been 12 names...wonder if that continues.
