I know, I know, I know...I know I'm in the small small small majority, but I still wish sets would go down to 8 cards, plus a LE/SE. I know people love getting cards, but I'd rather have the Legends line, along with Prime, to keep going as long as possible. I know there are tons of guys signed, but I remember the day when black and white names dried up and I'd be willing to take smaller sets if the line kept going on. yes, we've been lucky in the past 5 years with great signings, but also know theres going to come a day... Even though I'm a huge Memphis guy, I'd held out Tracy Smothers and Lanny Poffo (even though it was long overdue for a Lanny card) for another set or prime. Just remember if you don't like this post, remember going back to that last black and white set with the Fantastics, Lord Zoltan, etc. totally agree. We waited forever for COTG releases In comparison back in the day. We have more wrestlers than most of our old asses have time. 😬 just happy to see it keep rolling. FG Staff is awesome.

One Man Gang, come on of course I do know him been playing his B&W card for years. Remember seeing him in WWF & other feds. Always puzzled me, why the WWF dropped that gimmick for the awful Akeem . In my feds One Man Gang, cant remember any feuds or title reigns sadly though. At a certain point, they did it with everyone. Why did Bubba Rogers turn into a deranged correctional officer? Why did Tito Santana take up bullfighting? Why did Smash trim down and start repossessing cars?

Stupid, unfunny concept, Vinnie's idea of humor.

I have been using Gang in my NWA Central States promotion where he has yet to be pinned. The color card is great timing as he just became the first charge for debuting manager Jimmy Hart.

Travis, we could start an entire thread asking these types of questions 🤣 Exactly what occurred between at least one of Terry Taylor’s parents and a farm animal that turned him into an oversized rooster?

So here are all of the LOW connections for Gang I can think of. Some of these occurred when he was Crusher Gray, some when he was Akeem, most were as One Man Gang: Early in his career, Gang worked for Angelo Poffo in ICW. While there, he worked a top tier program with Randy Savage. In World Class he worked a main event matchup against Bruiser Brody while a part of the top heel stable. In Mid-South/UWF he won the world title (by forfeit) from Terry Gordy, and defended against Steve Williams, Jim Duggan, and Ted DiBiase In Florida, he feuded with Blackjack Mulligan over the territory’s brass knuckles championship. He also worked with Mike Rotunda. In WWF, he main evented the first Survivor Series, teaming with Rick Rude, King Kong Bundy, and Andre The Giant against a team that included Paul Orndorff and Don Muraco (one of Gang’s two eliminations). After winning the prototype Rumble, Gang was the runner-up in the first official Royal Rumble, being eliminated by Duggan. Along the way he eliminated LOW’s B. Brian Blair and Hillbilly Jim. At Mania 4 he participated in the Championship tournament along with Andre, DiBiase, Duggan, Muraco, Rude, and Greg Valentine, before losing in the semi-finals to eventual winner Savage. He again main evented the second survivor series, teaming DiBiase (now in his Million Dollar Man guise) and facing a team that included Savage, Hillbilly, and Koko B Ware. At the second Rumble, Gang was in a featured spot before being eliminated by eventual winner Big John Studd. At Mania 5 he faced Marty Jannetty in tag team action. Then spent the following summer challenging Masked Superstar (in his Ax guise) for the tag team championship. Gang missed the third survivor series and was replaced by Bad News Allen. The third Rumble saw Gang eliminated by Jimmy Snuka. Before he left, Gang was being positioned for a feud with Tony Atlas, but it never manifested. In his first run in WCW, Gang paired with Kevin Sullivan and picked up wins against Brad Armstrong and Ranger Ross, he was set for a program with PN News but it never happened due to backstage politics. A second WCW run saw Gang capture the US title, he joined The Dungeon of Doom, which also at various points featured LOW’s Sullivan, Miss Texas, Jimmy Hart, Vader, The Barbarian, and Hugh Morrus. He made a successful title defense against Disco Inferno before losing the title to Konnan. In ECW, Gang was aligned with Justin Credible . Late in his career, Gang joined LOW roster members on some terrible events. He faced Abdullah the Butcher in a hard to watch bloodbath on Heroes of Wrestling, appearing along side LOW’s Bundy, Valentine, Jannetty, Snuka, Luke, Butch, Samu, Bob Orton Jr, George Steele, 2 Cold Scorpio, Tully Blanchard, Stan Lane, Nikola Volkoff, The Iron Sheik and Tommy Rogers. Gang joined LOW’s Hawk, Animal, Curt Hennig, Beefcake, and The Barbarian in the event that would come to be known as “Rodman Down Under” for iGeneration Wrestling. Finally, Gang participated in the gimmick battle royal at Mania 17 along with Jim Cornette, Sgt Slaughter, Bill Irwin(in his Goon guise), Luke, Butch, Volkoff, Hillbilly Jim, and eventual winner Iron Sheik. He spent some time in Japan, though I don’t know a ton about it. I know he at some point faced Giant Baba, and teamed with Stan Hansen, but who didn’t? And at some point, maybe in Central States or maybe at some point in Florida, he was managed by Oliver Humperdink.

I believe he was with Dink during his Panama Gang gimmick. So that would have been Florida.

While there, he worked a top tier program with Randy Savage. During this time, he was known as "Crusher Broomfield". He started off as a simple country boy working for Savage, and the evil Macho Man was stealing money from Crusher's contract. Great history lesson, guiltyparty!

Undoubtedly there's more but I found these matches for the Gang in Japan in my lists.
Genichiro Tenryu vs. The One Man Gang (2/22/86) Harley Race, Jerry Blackwell vs. Tiger Jeet Singh, One Man Gang (03/13/86)
