Look at Mike Graham's list of opponents, everyone is in color or already teased in color for this set. Except.... Kevin Sullivan and Bobby Shayne. Hmmm Is this a teaser within a teaser? I'm betting we get them both in this set.

Yeah, if not now on Sullivan & Shane, then when?
Doesn't look like Dr. Jerry will be in this set--there's a chance he's in Prime, though. But keep in mind that Eddie & Dr. Jerry, with all the publicity and accolades they got, were only a team for about 2 years. Eddie had a big career both as a single and teaming with Mike and should be an asset to any Legends fed even without the Good Doctor.

Yeah, if not now on Sullivan & Shane, then when? That seems right, but I remember the same thing being said about OMG in the Northeast themed set, so there’s no telling what the future holds.

Think Shane and Sullivan are more intrinsically tied to Florida than Gang to the Northeast.
Also, after Shane and Sullivan, pretty much the only repeat option left that I can see that fits the theme of the set is a singles Steve Keirn. Between the set and Prime we've still got 8 cards to go and (assuming they don't throw a French Angel or Buff Bagwell at us to futz with the theme) I have a hard time believing that 6 or 7 of them are new names.

OMG was huge in the south, more so in MID-SOUTH than Florida - but he did do time in the Sunshine state.
2nd UWF Champion

Plus he was part of House of Humperdink I believe in Mid Atlantic. Like you said His biggest fame before WWF was in WCCW and UWF/Mid South. Gang frequently faced the Von Erichs and Bruiser Brody in WCCW, while reigning as UWF champ from Nov 1986 to April 87 before WWF. Gang faced all the usuals in UWF: Gordy, Duggan, Doc, Dibiase and Koko B. Ware. As you can tell Gang in color and Wahoo are what I am looking forward to by a wide margin in this set.

The other day I was going through the list of B/W cards that still aren't colorized and it's a real mish-mash of random guys left. Because of this I think it's going to be difficult for FG to do themed sets in the next few years where the bulk of the cards are colorized versions of B/W ones.(not that that's a bad thing) Based on what I've read in other posts on here we probably shouldn't hold our breath on getting the International wrestlers like Mascaras and Liger in color. I could see another 90's set being done with Sabu, Kurrgan, Lash Leroux, P.N. News, Giant Bernard and a few new names. Another hardcore wrestler set would be possible too with Sabu, The Sheik and Freddie Blassie along with a few new guys too. Can anyone else come up with any other possible themes based on the remaining un-colorized B/W cards?
