CANADIAN DIVISION TIGHTENS UPPublished on MFWrestling.com at 11:30pm EST on Sunday November 3nd, 2024 JOHNNY PELF: Just like the European Division before it, the Canadian Round Robin Division has found itself even tighter following the conclusion of Rounds Nine and Ten. Only "Wrestling's Worst Nightmare" Kevin Steen and the "Cleaner" Kenny Omega have clinched spots in the Final Four with matching 8-2-0 records.
The "World Class Maniac" Eric Young is a step behind them with a 7-3-0 record, and a loss in his next match against "#AllEgo" Ethan Page, who has a 6-4-0 record could make things even tighter following the conclusion of the Canadian Division Round Robin Round 11.
Joining Ethan Page by matching his 6-4-0 record are the "Pure Original" Chris Sinclair and Brent "Money" Banks. Brent Banks has quite possibly the toughest of the three mens route into the a Final Four spot as he takes on Kenny Omega. The "Pure Original" Chris Sinclair finds himself in action against the 3-7-0 "Midnight Special" RJ City.
Currently on the outside looking in and hoping to force a couple of tie breakers are the "Crimson Dragon" Brett Johnson and "Textbook" Tyson Dux who have matching 5-5-0 records. Brett Johnson finds himself set to face off against "Speedball" Mike Bailey while "Textbook" Tyson Dux will be in action against the "Canadian Bulldog" Davey Boy Smith Jr.
So if Brett Johnson and Tyson Dux win and Brent Banks, Chris Sinclair and Ethan Page all lose their matches the five men would find themselves tied with 6-5-0 records. If that happens, it would mean that Eric Young had beaten Ethan Page and secured his spot in the Final Four. One thing for sure is that the Final Round of the Canadian Division Round 11, set to take place alongside the American Division Round 11 on Wednesday November 6th, 2024 at the Sleeman Centre in Guelph Ontario.
In case tie breakers are needed MFWrestling will be putting on a Tie Breaker show live from the Historic Galt Arena in Cambridge Ontario on Sunday November 10th, 2024. Tickets for that event, if needed will go on sale as soon as possible.

Josh Alexander has had a terrible time! Two big wins for RJ City there, even if he has left it too late. It's coming down to the wire again in that group! Really enjoying the action here

Josh Alexander has had a terrible time! Two big wins for RJ City there, even if he has left it too late. It's coming down to the wire again in that group! Really enjoying the action here RJ City has settled into his role as a spoiler quite well. His victory over Kevin Steen cost Kevin an automatic spot in the Final Four. Then he like everyone else has managed to pick up the W against Josh Alexander, who I didn't see struggling this much in the division. Next up RJ City could cost the "Pure Original" a possible spot in the tie breaker if he can beat him on the Joint North American Divisions show. I'm really hoping Josh Alexander can upset Kevin Steen, who's looking to finish first overall in the division.
