LIVE FROM THE KOESSLER ATHELTIC CENTER in BUFFALO NEW YORK Friday November 8th, 2024 ATTENDANCE: 2,675 ROUND ELEVEN“El Fenix de la Lucha Libre” Laredo Kid v “Darewolf” PJ BlackPJ Black entered this match in a must win situation against the Laredo Kid. The “Darewolf” was hoping to stay alive if he could pick up the victory. “El Fenix de la Lucha Libre” started this match strong with a flying forearm before hitting a satellite DDT. The Laredo Kid quickly followed that up with the Laredo Fly for a long two count. After the “Darewolf” kicked out “El Fenix de la Lucha Libre” went for the tonillo before hitting an apron enzuigiri. The Laredo Kid then went for a springboard crossbody, but PJ Black rolled under and went for a spin kick. “El Fenix de la Lucha Libre” sidestepped before going a tope suicida. PJ Black caught the Laredo Kid in midair and then stunned Laredo Kid with a right hand. The “Darewolf” went for a second right hand, but the Laredo Kid blocked it and went for a Michinoku Driver. PJ Black blocked it and caught the Laredo Kid with Bad Habits to earn a near fall. The “Darewolf” then hit the Placebo Effect for another near fall before hitting back-to-back springboard moonsaults. With “El Fenix de la Lucha Libre” rocked PJ Black hit the Wildness to earn the pinfall victory. WINNER: PJ Black“Sensación de Segunda Generación” Halcón Jr v “King of Strong Style” Shinsuke Nakamura“Sensación de Segunda Generación” and the “King of Strong Style” both needed a victory in this one to stay alive in the International Division Round Robin and Halcón Jr opened this match looking to catch Shinsuke Nakamura with a charging clothesline. The “King of Strong Style” ducked under and then caught Halcón Jr with a jumping karate kick that sent the “Sensación de Segunda Generación” tumbling out of the ring. The “King of Strong Style” played to the crowd as Halcón Jr tried to recover and get back into the ring. As Halcón Jr got back into the ring the “King of Strong Style” landed the Kinshasa for a near fall. After the “Sensación de Segunda Generación” kicked out the “King of Strong Style” hit the flying jujigatame before hitting a second Kinshasa to earn the pinfall victory. WINNER: Shinsuke Nakamura“Switchblade” Jay White v “Tokyo Monster” Kahagas“Switchblade” Jay White entered this match as the gate keeper to the International Division Final Four. With a victory Jay White would have eliminated any hope of anyone below him in the standings of having a chance to force a tiebreaker. The “Tokyo Monster” had other plans as he hoped to finish the Round Robin with a victory. As soon as the bell rang to start this match Kahagas caught Jay White with a kick to the face that sent the “Switchblade” crashing to the arena floor. The “Tokyo Monster” quickly followed Jay White out of the ring and began tossing the “Switchblade” all over the ringside area before hitting the Tokyo Street Cutter and Snap Clothesline on Jay White late in the ten count. Kahagas then rolled back into the ring to beat the ten count to earn the count out victory over Jay White. WINNER: Kahagas“El Jefe” Daga v “El Mesias” Mil MuertesWith his spot in the International Division Final Four already secured, Mil Muertes had nothing to lose in this match, but with a victory he could put pressure on Rey Horus in the next match. “El Jefe” opened this match with a running corner uppercut before hitting a brainbuster for a near fall. Daga then nearly won the match when he caught “El Mesias” with El Maverick for a long two count. Daga then came off the top rope with a 450 Splash and once again nearly put Mil Muertes away. After “El Mesias” kicked out of the third pin attempt in as many moves Daga caught Mil Muertes with a pop-up DVD before tossing “El Mesias” off the ropes. Mil Muertes ducked several clothesline attempts before catching Daga with a running dropkick. Mil Muertes then caught Daga with a powerslam before landing a tombstone piledriver. With Daga reeling Mil Muertes caught “El Jefe” with the Flatliner for the pinfall victory. WINNER: Mil MuertesFlamita v “El Caballero del Aire” Rey HorusFlamita opened this match by catching Rey Horus with a huracanrana for a quick near fall before catching “El Caballero del Aire” with a pair of Fly Flames before hitting the 450 Splash to earn the shockingly quick pinfall victory. With the victory Flamita closes out the International Round Robin with a victory and with the loss Rey Horus secures the Number 3 spot in the Final Four. WINNER: Flamita“High Flying Ace” Hiroshi Tanahashi v “Kiwi Buzzsaw” Travis BanksThe “Kiwi Buzzsaw” needed a victory to stay alive in this match and took the fight right to the top seed in the International Round Robin the “High Flying Ace” by catching Hiroshi Tanahashi with a cannonball as soon as the bell rang. Travis Banks then dragged Hiroshi Tanahashi into the center of the ring and locked on the Lion’s Clutch. The “High Flying Ace” fought his way to the ropes to force the break only for Travis Banks to connect with Slice of Heaven for a near fall before hitting a victory roll and once again locking on the Lion’s Clutch in the center of the ring. After struggling for several minutes Hiroshi Tanahashi tapped out giving Travis Banks the submission victory. WINNER: Travis BanksTAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP SEMI-FINAL MATCHH2K (Brett Johnson & Chris Sinclair) v STEENERICO (El Generico & Kevin Steen)Brett Johnson and El Generico started this match off for their respective teams with some great back and forth action that saw the “Crimson Dragon” earn a near fall with a Snap Dragon Suplex. The “Generic Luchador” then blocked the “Crimson Dragon’s” crossface forearms before stunning Brett Johnson with an exploder suplex into the turnbuckle for a near fall of his own before tagging “Wrestling’s Worst Nightmare” into the match. Kevin Steen then caught the “Crimson Dragon” with the Package Piledriver and almost had the match won until the “Pure Original” made the save. Kevin Steen then climbed to the top rope, but Brett Johnson recovered and slammed Kevin Steen to the mat before making the tag to Chris Sinclair. The “Pure Original” then caught “Wrestling’s Worst Nightmare” with the Original Destroyer for a near fall. Chris Sinclair then went for the Sinclair Bomb, but Kevin Steen blocked the move and caught the “Pure Original” with the Fisherman Buster onto the knee for a near fall before landing the High-Angle Senton Bomb for another near fall. With Chris Sinclair reeling Kevin Steen caught the “Pure Original” with sleeperhold suplex going for the pinfall once again and winning the match as El Generico prevented the “Crimson Dragon” from making the save to give Steenerico the pinfall victory to advance to the Finals of the MFWrestling Tag Team Championship Tournament. WINNERS: SteenericoROUND ELEVEN“Commonwealth Kingpin” Will Ospreay v “Mod Father” Flash Morgan WebsterThe “Mod Father” opened this match by catching the “Commonwealth Kingpin” with a running elbow strike before catching Will Ospreay with the Rude Boy Moonsault for a quick near fall between these struggling members of the European Division. Flash Morgan Webster then caught Will Ospreay with the Eton Rifle before going for a leg sweep. Will Ospreay jumped over it and tossed the “Mod Father” into the corner. Flash Morgan Webster got a boot up and tossed Will Ospreay into the opposite corner. As the “Mod Father” charged in after the “Commonwealth Kingpin” rolled out of the way and quickly rolled up Flash Morgan Webster for a near fall. Will Ospreay then climbed to the top rope looking for the Corkscrew Shooting Star Press, but Flash Morgan Webster rolled out of the way before trying to connect with Shadows over Malice, Will Ospreay fought the “Mod Father” off and hit a fireman’s carry gutbuster before coming off the top rope with the Jump Tuck Prey to earn the pinfall victory. WINNER: Will Ospreay“Lightning Kid” Mark Andrews v “British Submission Master” Zack Sabre JrZack Sabre Jr found himself in a must win situation against the struggling Mark Andrews. The “British Submission Master” opened this match by catching the “Lighting Kid” with a bridging German suplex for a quick near fall before locking on the Young Boy Killer. Mark Andrews quickly fought to the ropes to force the break. Zack Sabre Jr then transitioned into a Kimura lock and a Mark Andrews was getting back to his feet the “British Submission Master” released the hold and went for a roundhouse kick. The “Lighting Kid” ducked under and caught Zack Sabre Jr with a satellite headscissors and DDT combination for a near fall of his own. Mark Andrews then caught the “British Submission Master” with the Stundog Millionaire before going for an enzuigiri. Zack Sabre Jr ducked under and locked on a triangle choke before transitioning the move to the Double Wrist Clutch Octopus Hold to earn the submission victory in this match. WINNER: Zack Sabre Jr“Star Attraction” Mark Haskins v “Villain” Marty ScurllThe “Villain” dominated the “Star Attraction” right from the opening bell when Marty Scurll caught Mark Haskins with a reverse suplex for a near fall before quickly locking Mark Haskins in the Crossface Chickenwing. Just as the “Star Attraction” was about to break out of the hold Marty Scurll transitioned the hold into the Cattle Mutilation to earn the submission victory. WINNER: Marty ScurllNigel McGuinness v “Dutch Destroyer” Tommy EndThe “Dutch Destroyer” came out strong to start this match in must win situation over the top seeded Nigel McGuinness. Tommy End opened this match with a round kick to the chest that sent Nigel McGuinness to the mat. Tommy End looked to end this match quickly by hitting the Black Mass for a near fall. The “Dutch Destroyer” then locked Nigel McGuinness in the Dragon Slayer before powering Nigel McGuinness into a vertical drop brainbuster. Tommy End then climbed to the top rope and as he was doing so Nigel McGuinness recovered and caught the “Dutch Destroyer” with a superplex before landing back-to-back Tower’s of London before hitting the Jawbreaker Lariat for a near fall. After the “Dutch Destroyer” kicked out Nigel McGuinness hit a second Jawbreaker Lariat to earn the pinfall victory. WINNER: Nigel McGuinness“Swiss Superman” Claudio Castagnoli v “Bruiserweight” Pete DunneAfter some brief back and forth action to start this match that saw both Pete Dunne and Claudio Castagnoli countered nearly everything the other man could think of until the “Swiss Superman” laid into the “Bruiserweight” with numerous head butts that knocked Pete Dunne out and gave Claudio Castagnoli the pinfall victory in this match. WINNER: Claudio Castagnoli“Ring General” WALTER v “Scottish Warrior” Drew GallowayIn one of the longest matches in MFWrestling’s short history the “Scottish Warrior” and “Ring General” brawled back and forth as Drew Galloway looked to pick up the victory and force a tiebreaking match between himself and Marty Scurll, on the other side of the ring WALTER was looking to close out the European Division Final Four with a victory over the “Scottish Warrior.” Drew Galloway dominated the early stages of this match and earned several near falls against the “Ring General” by catching WALTER with several Thee Moves and Scot Drops before the “Ring General” could come roaring back and locked the “Scottish Warrior” in the Gojira Clutch wearing down Drew Galloway before laying into the “Scottish Warrior” with numerous Powerbombs until the “Scottish Warrior” was left motionless in the middle of the ring and the “Ring General” made the cover to secure the pinfall victory. TIEBREAKING EVENT SOLD OUTThe Historic Galt Arena in Cambridge Ontario has officially been sold out. The Venue has 1,100 traditional seats in the bleachers and MFWrestling will be adding another 1,100 floor seats for a total sell out of 2,200 fans in attendance. MFWrestling is super thankful to all fans who have bought advance tickets to sell this venue out and even happier to announce our die-hard faithful fans are the ones who sold the venue out. MFWrestling looks forward to seeing all of our fans this coming Sunday at the Historic Galt Arena Gardens for this special event.

LIVE FROM THE LONDON MUSIC HALL in LONDON ONTARIO Saturday November 9th, 2024 ATTENDANCE: 712 ROUND NINE“Rate Tank” Kellie Skater v “Punisher” Madison EaglesThe “Rate Tank” dominated the “Punisher” throughout this match as Kellie Skater tried numerous times to put Madison Eagles away with both the Skate or Die and the Skate and Destroy, but the “Rate Tank” couldn’t keep Madison Eagles down. Eventually the “Punisher” managed to make the comeback when she blocked a series of forearm strikes by Kellie Skater and laid out the “Rate Tank” with a running big boot. The “Punisher” then picked up a near fall with the Hell Bound before tossing Kellie Skater out of the ring. Madison Eagles then followed the “Rate Tank” out of the ring and the two women began brawling back and forth until Madison Eagles busted the “Rate Tank’s” can of ‘Roo Roids over Kellie Skaters head leaving the referee no choice by to call for the bell awarding the match via disqualification to the “Rate Tank.” WINNER: Kellie SkaterEvie v “Fighting Irish” Rhia O’ReillyRhia O’Reilly used her power advantage over Evie to dominate this match on route to earning near falls with the Rhiadjustment and a pair of T-Bone suplexes before Evie briefly managed to mount a comeback when she dodged a running kick and laid out the “Fighting Irish” with a Yakuza kick. Evie then landed a missile dropkick that sent Rhia O’Reilly rolling out of the ring. Evie went for a suicide dive only for the “Fighting Irish” to recover and stop Evie dead in her tracks with a leaping uppercut. Rhia O’Reilly rolled back into the ring and hit a second Rhiadjustment to earn the pinfall victory. WINNER: Rhia O’Reilly“La Mera Mera” Thunder Rosa v “Hardcore Daredevil” Kay Lee RayThe “Hardcore Daredevil” was in a must win situation as she entered this match and Thunder Rosa opened this match with a running forearm smash before catching Kay Lee Ray with a top rope huracanrana. With Kay Lee Ray rocked “La Mera Mera” then hit the hammerlock atomic drop for a near fall before quickly ending this match with La Rosa to earn the pinfall victory and officially eliminate Kay Lee Ray from contention in the International Women’s Round Robin Division. WINNER: Thunder Rosa“Everybody’s Favourite Girlfriend” Jessie McKay v “HEARTBREAKcore” Shazza McKenzieThe “HEARTBREAKcore” tried to open this match with a running clothesline, but “Everybody’s Favourite Girlfriend” ducked under and caught Shazza McKenzie with a running clothesline of her own before catching Shazza McKenzie with Northern Lights Bomb for a near fall. Jessie McKay then caught the “HEARTBREAKcore” with the School Girl Crush for another near fall. After Shazza McKenzie then went for a Thesz Press, but Shazza McKenzie rolled through and caught Jessie McKay with a kick to the face before landing a Northern Lights suplex. Shazza McKenzie the caught “Everybody’s Favourite Girlfriend” with the Shaztastic Stunner to earn the pinfall victory in this match. With the loss Jessie McKay finished Fourth in the International Women’s Round Robin Tournament. WINNER: Shazza McKenzie“Russian Dynamite” Masha Slamovich v “Sweet” Saraya KnightThe “Russian Dynamite” started this match strong by catching “Sweet” Saraya Knight with a half nelson suplex then laying into Saraya Knight with a pair of lariats before locking on the Kremlin Walls. Saraya Knight fought to the ropes to force the break before quickly rolling to the arena floor. “Sweet” Saraya Knight then laid into the “Russian Dynamite” as the two women began brawling all over the ringside area. The referee relaxed the rule book in this one as he let both women push the limits in the match as the action went all over the ring side area and both women used whatever they could get their hands on to weaken the woman. Saraya Knight came out on top of the brawl and eventually rolled Masha Slamovich back into the ring and first locked on the Knightmare before transitioning to the Bridled Rocking Horse to earn the submission victory. WINNER: Saraya KnightBefore the next match Regeneration X came to the ring and grabbed the house mics. ALLISON DANGER: So, we were scheduled to take on either the Global Green Gangsters or Bale Spin in the next match tonight, but both teams were disqualified.LEVA BATES: That outcome gave Allison Danger and I a direct path to the Finals of the MFWrestling Women’s World Tag Team Championship Tournament, but Allison Danger and I don’t like to take the easy way out.ALLISON DANGER: So, Leva and I went to the MFWrestling Board of Directors and asked to put our spot in the Finals on the line in an open challenge match, with the one condition being that no team that has been a part of the tournament be allowed the chance to face us tonight.LEVA BATES: So why don’t we find out who will be facing tonight.Ashley Vox and Delmi Exo came out to cheers from the sold-out London Music Hall before entering the ring and shaking hands with both Allison Danger and Leva Bates. WOMEN’S TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT OPEN CHALLENGE MATCHREGENERATION X (Allison Danger & Leva Bates) v SEA STARS (Ashley Vox & Delmi Exo)The Sea Stars took the fight right to Regeneration X as Ashley Vox and Delmi Exo isolated Allison Danger and tried to wear the veteran down with rapid tags until Allison Danger finally managed to make the tag to Leva Bates. Leva Bates hit the ring and caught Delmi Exo with a pair of Superhero kicks leading to the first near fall of the match. Leva Bates then tagged Allison Danger back into the ring and Regeneration X caught Delmi Exo with Sonic Screwdriver for another near all. Allison Danger then tried to come off the tope rope only for Delmi Exo to get her knees up as Allison Danger went for top rope splash. Delmi Exo then quickly tagged Ashley Vox in for the Hart Attack, but Allison Danger kicked out. Following a missile dropkick Ashley Vox tagged Delmi Exo back into the ring for a drop toe and elbow drop combination that saw Allison Danger quickly roll to her teams’ corner and make the hot tag to Leva Bates. Leva Bates hit the ring and caught Delmi Exo with a drop toe hold before immediately tagging Allison Danger back into the ring and Regeneration X connected with a second Sonic Screwdriver for the win as Leva Bates prevented Ashley Vox from making the save. WINNERS: Regeneration XROUND NINE“Demon Assassin” Courtney Rush v “2 Scoops” Kc SpinelliThese two women looked to close out the Canadian Division Round Robin on a positive note and “2 Scoops” took the fight right to the “Demon Assassin” as Kc Spinelli powered Courtney Rush into a rocking horse before hitting a Tiger Bomb for a near fall. Kc Spinelli then went for a basement dropkick, but the “Demon Assassin” dodged and caught “2 Scoops” with the rope hung headscissors before hitting a T-bone suplex. With Kc Spinelli rocked Courtney Rush hit the Red Wedding for a near fall. After “2 Scoops” kicked out Courtney Rush once again hit the Red Wedding only for Kc Spinelli to kick out again. A third straight Red Wedding ended this match as the “Demon Assassin” closed out the Canadian Division Round Robin with a victory. WINNER: Courtney Rush“Suicide Blonde” Xandra Bale v “Hot Mess” Chelsea GreenThe “Hot Mess” absolutely dominated the “Suicide Blonde” as Chelsea Green looked to be a spoiler in Xandra Bale’s attempts to try and stay alive in the Canadian Division Round Robin. Chelsea Green opened the match with a drop toe hold before catching Xandra Bale with several standing dropkicks before catching the “Suicide Blonde” with a hangman DDT. The “Hot Mess” then went for a Russian leg sweep, but Xandra Bale fought Chelsea Green off before going for a running cutter. Chelsea Green dodged and then sent Xandra Bale to the mat with a head butt before hitting back-to-back Unprettiers to earn the pinfall victory, eliminating Xandra Bale from contention in the Canadian Division Round Robin. WINNER: Chelsea Green“SHIMTaker” Nicole Matthews v Cat PowerCat Power looked to open this match with an elbow drop, but Nicole Matthews blocked it and caught Cat Power with a German suplex. The “SHIMTaker” kept up the pressure by choking Cat Power across the ropes and hitting a hip toss. Nicole Matthews then caught Cat Power with a pair of rolling elbow smashes before hitting a lariat for a near fall. The “SHIMtaker” then caught Cat Power with a brainbuster for another near fall. Nicole Matthews then went for a Lion Tamet, but Cat Power fought the “SHIMTaker” off before hitting a running clothesline for a near fall. With the victory Nicole Matthews has secured her spot in the Canadian Division Round Robin Final Four. Vanessa Kraven then caught Cherry Bomb with a suplex before hitting a Sitout Powerbomb for a near fall. After Cherry Bomb kicked out Vanessa Kraven wasted no time and connected with a second Sitout Powerbomb to earn the pinfall victory and officially eliminate Cherry Bomb from the Canadian Division Round Robin, while securing her own spot in the Final Four. WINNER: Vanessa Kraven“Canada’s Greatest Export” Trish Stratus v “Wounded Owl” LuFistoThe “Wounded Owl” looked to cement her spot at the top of the Canadian Division Round Robin with a victory over “Canada’s Greatest Export” in this match. LuFisto opened the match with a curb stomp as Trish Stratus entered the match before going for a clothesline. Trish Stratus ducked under and went for a licking knife-edge chop, but LuFisto laughed it off before catching “Canada’s Greatest Export” with a codebreaker for a near fall. The “Wounded Owl” then caught Trish Stratus with consecutive J-Drillers before hitting a running epitaph for another near fall before hitting the Chibi Stomp for another near fall.
