This gives me an idea for a match. Held on NYE right before midnight. Have a ball drop that either has a weapon attached to it or the ball is the weapon itself. It drops at midnight, fans yell "happy new year" and one of the wrestlers grabs the ball/weapon.

From the name of the promotion, to the name of the opponent, all of that sounds like an OWF match! I didn't mention Pondo, because we actually have a match of his from the mid 90's lined up to appear on the show at some point!! |
