New Heights
July - Week 4 - Year 2
Commentary: Larry Legend and Greg Excellent
Justice Pain def. Joe Gacy by pinfall
The Pain Thriller gives Justice the win to kick off the show, although Gacy puts up a good fight.
After the match, Gacy spits in Pain's face as he tries to pull him up. An angry Pain warns Gacy he is going to pay for that.
Lucky tHURTeen def. Sozio by pinfall
Sozio takes an absolute beating, but he keeps on getting up despite bleeding profusely from a cut above his eye. Lucky snorts something in the corner, gets a second wind and wins with a Frankensteiner.
Bloodied, Sozio gets on the mic after the match to tell tHURTeen that the Nation of Intoxication are not in the same league as The Front. He says they will fight the NOI any time, any place to prove that.
Incoherence def. Bussy by pinfall
Hallowicked wins with Never Wake Up on Allie.
Up next is MJF challenging for the World Junior Heavyweight title, however as he steps through the curtain someone leaps the guardrail and lands a brutal lariat, which smashes MJF's head into the hard floor. It is revealed to be Nigel McGuinness, who flees quickly before CZW can get their hands on him.
World Junior Heavyweight Title
AR Fox (c) def. MJF by pinfall
MJF never gets started after the pre-match attack. Fox retains with Krunch.
Matt Tremont comes to the ring. He says he's here to address some issues backstage, because a lot of people keep coming to him to say DJ Hyde is trying to run him out of CZW and doesn't want him to be part of the locker room. He says he was refused entry to Tournament of Death, and he has repeatedly been told there's 'nothing for him' right now. Well, he says, DJ Hyde needs to be a man about this. DJ comes out and says he is the boss, and Tremont would do well to remember that. He says he's basically God around here, and if Tremont really wants a fight, then here's one right now.
Deathmatch
Matt Tremont def. Masada by pinfall
A brutal fight, but Tremont proves he's always ready. The pair kick off by just repeatedly smashing light tubes over each other's head, before Masada pauses and Tremont uses the opportunity to hurl him from the ring through a board with half cut cans stuck to it. Tremont wins with a sitout powerbomb from the turnbuckle onto a pallet covered in barbed wire.
World Tag Team Titles
The Rascalz def. Switchblade Conspiracy (c) by pinfall
New champions, as Wentz and Xavier land Make Some Noise on Moxley.
Ultraviolent Title
Nick Gage def. Big F'n Joe (c) by pinfall
Both land piledrivers on the other through tables, before Gage slices Joe's head open with a pizza cutter. Joe then tries to rally with a fork to the head of Gage, but Gage retaliates with skewers in Joe's head. Gage wins with a running neckbreaker onto thumbtacks.
World Title
Jay Briscoe (c) def. Mark Briscoe by pinfall
The match Jay promised his brother, and out of respect for his brother, Mark has come alone with no one from ROH to back him up. The two go hard from the off, with neither letting up on the other. JAy kicks out of a Froggy Bow, before brutally putting Mark away with three consecutive Jay Drillers, the last onto the title belt.
The CZW roster start to circle the ring after the bell, but Jay protects his brother from their attack.
