Malice from the IPW set would be a good fit. He does the Cactus elbow off the apron and does a lot of Deathmatches and that style of wrestling.

Malice could almost be a stand-in for Crusher Broomfield. Just way shorter. (hello to all of you who get my references without having to explain).
But yeah, he's got the look and sort of character for it.
There just isn't anyone quite like Cactus in the game.
You know, Brodie Lee in his undiluted original Chikara form would really be good in that spot.
