I dig this set and the Prime names. Now just waiting up in the Great White North for all of these cards to show up. As far as I am concerned Andrew Anderson is probably one of the best cards to get in a Prime release right now as he could fit in so many different spots. As The Purple Haze for Sullivan. As your Arn Anderson member of your Four Horsemen. He can be used in both Legends and Indie feds alike and the guy can fit in with any group or tag team or as a singles run guy. I think his inclusion alongside this Legends expansion release was smart and again I can't thank all those part of the Filsinger team that make these sets happen from the wrestlers getting signed to the stats, the booklet and of course the fantastic art that Werner does to tie it all together. Tom and crew once again as I say (and will always say) spoil us with these amazing product and I have never been disappointed with a single release.

Thanks to all for a year of hard work, putting out great cards. I run a southern territory promotion (PCW), and getting ready to start a lower card fed fed (456 Wrestling) so Anderson will fit in perfect to either.

Since the Legends crew will usually do their fav releases over the past year, I’d thought I would
Here is my top five with one honorable mention
Paul Orndorff - Come on. Its Paul Orndorff, one of the best wrestlers in the 80s!! Dude headlined for the biggest company in the world and we have him in legends!! Plus, can be an awesome good guy or bad guy, so there are so many ways to use him!
Nikita Koloff - While Memphis was my favorite promotion, the runner up is mid 80s Crockett. Just an awesome time to be a true wrestling fan. Let it be know, I despise communists today as much as I did in the 80s, but I actually wrote PWI after Mike von Erich got the Rookie of the year award because I thought Nikita deserved it
Rip Rogers - I’ve loved Rip since his ICW days (yes, I got to see much of that live). Just a great character to have in the mid and lower card that can serve so many purposes. Don’t like the pose in the art though, but happy he’s in there
Nikita Breznikov - I’ve talked with Nikita personally over the years and he really loves the game so I’m happy to see him get his color update. I colorized his old black and white card years ago, which he used for his Facebook pic
Chyna - Not a huge favorite, but I know what signings like this mean to the game.
Honorable mention - It wouldve been Bob Cook, but no offense to the Legends team, Im not a fan of the stats and I HATE the art (thats not Bob Cook, sorry). So I’m going with Sir Oliver Humperdink. He was the first guy I had a hand in signing, as I started talking with him thru the Kayfabe memories message board and got him in touch with Tom. He really enjoyed being in the game.

Since the Legends crew will usually do their fav releases over the past year, I’d thought I would Here is my top five with one honorable mention Neat idea. Here's mine... Honorable mention: all of ladies 3. I don't have a women's division and don't use the ladies, but this set was the first color set to feature all new names. Bravo. Five: Wahoo McDaniel just a big tough as nails fighter who can chop a house down. Love it. Four: Paul Orndorff One of the top names of the 80's golden era, who main evented one of the most important cards in history, and continued to be a valuable hand well into the mid-nineties, just a fantastic addition. Three: Nikita Koloff Versatile, powerful, characterful. Koloff was, for my money, the biggest new name of the year. Two and One: One Man Gang and Kevin Sullivan: I am so beyond happy to have these two in color. They were always factored into my black and white days feds and I've felt their absence profoundly.

Main set & Prime cards arrived today! Kevin Sullivan may have the best art in the history of the game!
I never got to see Florida wrestling as a kid, but I was always fascinated by magazine articles & photos about Sullivan & his Army Of Darkness.
But maybe it was more Fallen Angel's seductive look in her eyes than it was Sullivan's corpse-painted face!
Either way, this is the "Prince Of Darkness" card I've always wanted. Thank You, Filsinger Games!

For all the flak he got, the purple haze might be the best art of the year IMO.
I thought they were all good but didn't have any idea who this guy was but he's getting used now
