The Stock Market Crash was the Samoan drop he used when he was Michael/V.K./M. Wallstreet.
For his first couple of squashes as IRS, he kept the Samoan drop but it was called the Write-Off, then it switched to the leaping clothesline. He started using the Penalty I think in '94.

The match isn't in the Ringside Companion, but his card has a pin rating for it. I saw someone mention playing a strap match, so I was wondering where the rules are.
