Featherweight Title Zeda Zhang (c) def. Melina by pinfall to retain A great opener. Zhang impresses greatly against her more experienced opponent, making another defence of the title with the Zang Bang.
A promo plays for Ricky Starks. A deep voiced narrator asks what makes someone a true great of professional wrestling, what kind of person personifies legendary? Do you judge it by how they look, how well they dress, or how many commas their bank account has? The narrator says one thing is for sure, only one man is ready to wear that crown in MLW and that man is absolute. The camera zooms on Starks' smiling face and he winks.
Los Macizos def. Hustle and Power by pinfall Miedo and Ciclope win with the Doomsday Device on Tankman. Matt Cardona comes out after the match. He is still angry that Miedo Extremo won the Battle Riot, but he offers him one last chance to voluntarily hand over his title shot to Cardona. Miedo just laughs at him and walks away. Cardona says next week he will prove why he is the Indy God.
Middleweight Title Akira def. Aramis (c) by pinfall to win the title Akira is desperate to prove himself worthy to Raven once more, winning back the title with a Painkiller Regal Plex.

Fusion #13 July - Week 2 - Year 2 Commentary: Joe Dombrowski and Matt Striker
Lio Rush def. Ricky Starks by pinfall Rush puts Starks in a place a little here, winning with the Dragon's Call. After the match, Wardlow attacks Rush from behind before picking up Starks and raising his arm.
Ava Everett def. Allison Danger by pinfall Danger has the early control, but Everett manages to reverse things as she comes off the ropes and wins with a Fisherman Neckbreaker.
Davey Richards is interviewed backstage. He says he is the best wrestler alive and he's back in MLW to prove that. He says he's heard it said that when you go to prison, you pick the biggest guy in the yard and you show them who's boss, then no one messes with you after that, well that's what he did to Alex Kane at Battle Riot. He says if Kane really is capable enough to hang with him in the ring, then he will see him in the final of the Opera Cup.
Matt Cardona def. Miedo Extremo by pinfall Miedo gives it his all, but tries to take things ringside without being able to use weapons one to many times. Cardona uses this to his advantage and ends up winning with a Flying Elbow Drop.

Fusion #14 July - Week 3 - Year 2 Commentary: Joe Dombrowski and Matt Striker
Opera Cup Quarter Final Tom Lawlor def. 1 Called Manders by pinfall A good start to the Opera Cup, with a hard-hitting match up. Lawlor wins with the Master Blaster.
Matt Cardona is interviewed backstage. He says he proved last week that he should be the number one contender. He is the Indy God and he showed that garbage wrestler Miedo Extremo who's the better wrestler. He says MLW needs a champion people will recognise, not a deathmatch nobody. Cardona then turns his attention to Jacob Fatu. He questions where the champion has even got to. Cardona demands an answer by next week.
Jody Threat def. Kris Wolf by pinfall Threat wins a back and forth match with the F-416.
Opera Cup Quarter Final Davey Richards def. Christian Casanova by pinfall Davey is in a vicious mood, he wins with Kicked to Death to advance to the semi-finals.

Opera Cup Quarter Final AC Mack def. Rickey Shane Page by pinfall Mack picks up the win with the Mack 10, inflicting another defeat on a Calling member.
Hart Foundation def. The Rejects by disqualification The Rejects are dominating, but Teddy Hart is refusing to stay down. Murdoch loses his cool and attacks Hart with a screwdriver, getting his team disqualified.
A promo plays for Miedo Extremo. He is sat amongst shards of broken glass, bits of broken tables and barbed wire. He says if Matt Cardona wants his title shot, then he is going to have to fight Miedo on his terms. Given Jacob Fatu is nowhere to be seen, at the Opera Cup Finals, Miedo says he will put his title shot on the line... in a deathmatch!
Opera Cup Quarter Final Alex Kane def. Myron Reed by pinfall Reed gives a really good showing, and comes close to winning, but Kane manages to rally and advance with the Kanemaker.

Opera Cup July - Week 4 - Year 2 Commentary: Joe Dombrowski and Matt Striker
Tag Team Titles The Rep def. Injustice (c) by pinfall Carter wins the match when he comes off the top rope with a crossbody and gets the pin.
Opera Cup semi-final AC Mack def. Alex Kane by pinfall Davey Richards comes out and hops onto the apron, distracting Kane and allowing Mack to win with Mack 10.
Lio Rush def. Wardlow by disqualification Rush is getting the better of Wardlow, so Starks jumps in and attacks him, leading to the disqualification.
Middleweight Title Andrew Everett def. Akira (c) by pinfall Everett wins the title with a Shooting Skyfall Press.
Opera Cup semi-final Tom Lawlor def. Davey Richards by submission Kane returns the favour, distracting Richards and leading to Lawlor winning with a rear naked choke.
Featherweight Title Jody Threat def. Zeda Zhang (c) by pinfall Threat puts an end to Zhang's great reign, but it takes three F-416s to do it.
Openweight Title Darby Allin w/Raven def. Austin Theory (c) by pinfall A night of title changes .Raven saves Darby by putting his leg on the ropes, after Theory hits Ataxia. While Raven is banished from ringside, Allin rallies and wins with a coffin drop.
Deathmatch Miedo Extremo def. Matt Cardona by pinfall Miedo keeps his title shot after winning a wild match. Cardona tries to gain the upper hand early, rubbing shards of glass in Extremo's face instead of locking up. The pair then take turns to staple dollars to each other in the crowd, before brawling back to the ring, where Cardona DDTs Miedo onto a gusset plate and slams him into thumbtacks. Miedo, with skewers sticking out of his head, fights back, piledriving Cardona through a table and then landing a brainbuster through a pain of glass before winning with a Fire Thunder Driver.
