Good grief. Please safe the over the top dramatics. Lucifer is merely adding context to a much bigger picture. He is not painting anyone a villain. This has nothing to do with the post office or the hurricanes. I'm not even sure where that line of attack came from in his post. We are questioning the process of why PP sets get shipped out with preorders and those that didn't preorder the new releases don't have their PP cards shipped out at the same time. It's not that difficult to understand what's being asked. People have already received their preorders and PP cards as posted on this board so obviously mail delivery in most places is going ok despite the tragic circumstances in that region of the country. Regarding the hurricanes, I could care less about getting any game cards in that respect and yes that was an attack on those of us questioning the PP mailing process by implying that we don't care about a national disaster and just want to get game cards. Wow. First it was not an attack, but rather an attempt to lower the temperature. You are claiming to be painted a "villain". Your words.

Steering this conversation back to a very reasonable question that was asked....
Promoter Prime-only shipments were the last batch of new items sent out. It was slightly delayed because there were a number of orders placed while we were beginning the shipping process that asked for their Prime orders to be included with their order. That caused a need to re-reconcile orders with the original Prime shipment list.
In the future, we will probably just ship the Prime orders out with the rest of the preorders if the order isn't received by a set date to minimize delays and disruptions. While we want to accommodate loyal promoter's requests and minimize the potential for lost/damaged shipments, it just took too much effort to accomplish this time.
All preorders and Prime orders have shipped. With the holiday and the disruptions to service in parts of the US, things are taking longer for many people. We are hopeful that everyone receives their orders very soon and in good condition. If there's an issue, please send me an email at my FG address and I will try and address it ASAP.

When you insinuate that people care more about game cards than hurricane victims, and somehow link the post office into it when the post office had nothing to do with the discussion, you clearly label someone as a bad person (s) or a villain (s). There was literally no reason for that rant as it had zero to do with what we were discussing here. It really irked me when I saw that and I'm usually not confrontational on message boards, especially this one, so apologies to those in charge of the board. Anyway, thank you Mike M for explaining the process and I'm going to make a note to PM you in the future for any questions I have. I didn't even know that people could request their PP cards be added with an order.

For the record I am blaming the post office. They had their chance and failed. Bring back the Pony Express. That is the best way to make shipments and send letters. Now, you darn kids get off my lawn. <old man rant over> EDIT: By the way, long as I get my PP cards before the next set of them start mailing at the end of the year, I am cool.

I ordered with regular shipping and got both CAC & Prime yesterday--with the mistake on one of the cards--so they didn't withhold Prime with my shipment just to correct the mistake card.

I ordered Oct. 3, I'd guess a little later than for the first wave of pre-orders. Got the email order is complete Oct. 8. My package arrived today, postmarked Oct. 10. I didn't know if I'd get everything at once or a copy of FSW for doing one of the cards. I did get everything all at once -- CAC, Early Classics, FSW, and all 3 Prime releases. Very good.
