If it's any help, there were still rooms at the Comfort Inn Yesterday. I had to switch my reservations due to a travel change and they still had rooms. They are a little pricey, but I got a good deal going through Southwest's website.

I recently looked and saw that most rooms in the town are sold out through websites. Reason is the biker convention in town the same weekend. I think next year that we'll wait until that is announced and plan G-con for the next weekend.

As a first timer, what can I expect? I'll be there for the start of the saturday 12pm. Is this when we get the new cards and stuff I'm just a little curious and definitely anxious for july 11!!

Yeah as soon as you check in you can buy the new sets or pick them up if you preordered
Also if you can make it there will be a Pre Convention tourney at a comic book store at 10am on Saturday
