Intro:
This fed takes place during the ancient Athenian festival known as Kronia...a vast annual celebration held in honor of Kronos...
It's an un-ending representative athletic competition of the actual..."War of The Titans"...taking place within the Harvester of Time Ampitheatre...on the western shore of the Isle of The Blessed...within Kronos...
Those that come from the Earth...are known here as the "Gaian"...named after Kronos' mother Gaia, The Mother of The Earth...
And those that come from everywhere else...are known here as...the "Uranan"...named after Kronos' father Uranus, The Father of The Sky...
All that have been chosen by Gaia and Uranus have been placed into weight classes...(and/or categories)...that they will be competing within...and subsequently...(if indeed they prove their mettle)...for...each of their groupings championships...
In order to keep competing...(and to remain on the cards)...you have to defeat the current champion...and keep consecutively winning your bouts...the loser's go back into a rotating mix of competitors...
Members from each of the Filsinger Games product lines have been chosen - all pieces in a multi-faceted game of chess...between Gaia and Uranus...(including some of which that are shall we say...from the frayed edges of the known Filsinger universe)...with Kronos himself...as the sole referee and commissioner...

Always good to see a Nightmare Warriors win for sure. Mornin TTX me bro! I figured you'd dig that appearance, let alone victory - let's see how many wins in a row they can amass. I don't have their updated / more powerful cards (yet) but I think they're awesome. It was fun using Mimic as well but it's too bad he couldn't get on the board yet - but his turn will eventually come back around again. Can't wait to see an updated card for him!! With this fed each division / slot on the card is sort of its own individually mixed federation with no limits as to roster size. Since future Filsinger greatness is inevitable, I wanted it all to be both a simultaneously tight but loose structure. With Ms. Lady Luck booking all the bouts within the frame. Mimic is definitely the Early Classics card I want to see and while I doubt they'll adjust it, I think I may boost him a bit just because of how much I enjoy the character.

I'm always trying to find a way, place and style in this milieu of madness that works for me, considering how great each and every product line is and how varied their relative strengths are against eachother as wrestlers and teams. Since I've been posting feds for about 7 or so years, try as I might, not only can't I just stick with one product line, I also can't just stick with one basic time period. Because (for me), it's just not enough. I'm hoping that this layout and format gives me the chance to not only fully enjoy the game but ideally create something that folks can dig. Something that's manageable for me but entertaining to all of you awesome people! Something that takes all of us away from life for a while, a healthy escape and dare I say, an intellectual drug. Sorry man, just had some really groovy coffee lol. Thanks brother! |
