How Do You Decide Who Starts Tag Team Matches?

My issue is deciding when to tag out. I'm trialing tagging out on defensive tags only with official teams.

Unless there's a story reason for it to not be decided on a roll, I roll one die for each team. If I roll an odd number, the guy I picked first will start, if it's even, the guy I picked second will start.
