Hey there sports fans!
I know the historic GALACTICON 2024 in Jamestown hasn't even happened yet but I want to plan ahead for the CAC Reunion in August.
Please contact me to let me know if you want to can help at the FG table and what times you are available.
The main times we need help are Mon to Wed from 10 am to 3 pm with the most traffic from 10 am to 2 pm.

Tom, I should be able to help you as usual with setting up the Filsinger Games merch table that Sunday night.
Also, although I have to work on the weekdays, I plan to take at least one of the days off too (probably Tuesday) in which case I can help you at the table again.
I will also stop by the table after I get done with work on the other days too.

Hi Tom:
I sent you an email last week mentioning that I am free to help out. I received your reply email today.
I should have a better idea of my availability closer to the event. I'm hoping to participate in the cribbage tournament and take in some of the other day activities as well. With that being said I should be available to help out for a few hours each of the three days.
As I mentioned in my original email to you I'm also in Las Vegas the week prior to the event so, like Zeke, I can also help with setup the night before.

Thank you to Paul and Zeke for stepping up so quickly. I figured you would both be able to assist but I need to make sure the table is covered at all times. I'm sure we will be able to work it out and there may be other promoters that volunteer also.

Tom,
Sent you a message here on the Pro Boards. My wife and I are making the trip for our vacation. We have a few sight seeing activities planned but many will take place after the event (We are in town Sunday pre the reunion to the Sunday after) however, we have a hotel change on Wednesday that probably will take me out of the possibility to volunteer on that day. Monday and Tuesday should be good to go!

I will keep a list for what will be called the Reunion Warriors. I always had nicknames for promoters that helped at cons back east, gotta keep the tradition alive!
I don't know everybody's real name on these Boards so be sure to contact me by email to be sure I know who everyone is.
We shall conquer Las Vegas and the CAC with the Reunion Warriors in the forefront!

Since the cribbage tournament is in the same room this can happen at the same time as assisting at the FG table as long as there is one other person that can watch the table. But juggling these should be easy.

I just have to make sure I don't get the two games mixed up if I'm going back and forth; it would be rather embarrassing if I mistakenly told new LOW players that the player with the most 15's, pairs and runs gets to roll first on L1 Offense. LOL! |

I was just playing cribbage with my daughter this weekend and got the itch to play more. I hope you win atleast a matchup, I hear some of the guys are pretty tough. |
