Zeke, my friend, I love this so much, it's untrue!! I chat to TK quite a lot and I am so pleased to have them in this set.
The artwork is also perfect.
Sunshine Machine have been a key cornerstone in the UK indies tag scene for quite a few years now, and were integral in keeping it going when so many were signed up by WWE during the NXT UK days.

This set is massive, perhaps my favourite one yet, but I think Sunshine Machine is my favourite announcement.
Between them, they have worked with pretty much anyone who is anyone on the indies scene over the years.
Within a year of his in-ring debut, Chuck Mambo went out to CZW for a handful of shows, he won the Progress World Cup a few years back, and has even challenged Rich Swann for the x Division title a few years ago. For anyone who has heard of Riptide Wrestling, based out of Brighton here in the UK, then Mambo was champion there for over a year and was massively over with the crowd.
TK has been part of two of the biggest BritWres tag teams in modern history, as well as being a superb singles guy in his own right. Prior to Travis Banks becoming persona non grata, they were in some of the best matches in Progress' history - tag matches with the likes of Walter and Axel Dieter Jr and against Swerve Strickland and Sami Callihan. As has been mentioned, he was also due to be in PWG's BOLA but ended up unable to compete due to injury. He will occasionally talk about frustrations with seeing almost all his contemporaries from around that time being signed up by WWE except him.
Since breaking with Banks, he has maintained his high standing in the scene over here, tagging with Mambo. Every time Grizzled Young Vets work them, they put them over after the match and tell everyone how great Sunshine Machine are.
They're currently in a bit of a limbo, having dropped tag titles in Denmark and Germany, and in RevPro they are in the middle of a storyline where their next loss will be their last as a tag team in the promotion, which is really interesting to see playing out

Sounds like they should try and get signed by TNA. I am sure it won't be long before WWE would want to sign them.

Another solid announcement! This set is freaking awesome from top to bottom and I can't wait to get these teams into my feds.

Isn't TK samoan as well? Could have swore during the covid era when being headbutted the commentators said about it being not wise to headbutt a samoan

He does have Samoan heritage, and they do regularly do a spot where people try to headbutt him and it doesn't work

Does anyone have any plans already for the names announced so far for this Summer cycle?
I think I am going to have Sunshine Machine compete in Ring of England (ROE.)
In addition to also probably competing in Ring of England (ROE,) I think I am going to have the Grizzled Young Veterans also compete in VNA on the Impact brand and possibly also in Ring of Vegas (ROV.)
In addition to also probably competing in Ring of England (ROE,) I think I am going to have SAnitY also compete in EVOLVEGAS and also possibly team up with Eric Young and Madman Fulton on the Impact brand in VNA.
I think I am going to have the Samaoan SWAT Team team up with Sefa Fatu and my bootleg of Jacob Fatu on the Fusion brand of VNA.
I think I am going to have the Backseat Boyz compete in Combat Vegas Wrestling (CVW) and n my upcoming Vegas Norhteast (formerly known as Absolute Intense Vegas Wrestling or AIVW) fed in VWTV.

I don't yet. Taking a bit of a break from LOW/Indie so holding off getting them. Not sure what I will do once I have them but I am sure they will all make an appearance and have some fun. Might hold off on two or three of the teams and have them debut the next time I do the Crockett Cup in my WCW fed.
