Purely out of interest, in terms of announcements this week, will the indies one be on Friday as well to coincide with pre-orders starting? Or will it be Wednesday still? Almost positive its Wednesday. June should have an indies teaser each Wednesday. The headliners will be announced this week ahead of preorder. |

So, I think most people have made their guess but any last minute advances on who the headliner could be, or do we think we'll be getting a visit to the Shankly Gates when the new set releases?  |

I doubt it's even possible but about the only other option I can see is maybe Phantasmo/Hikuleo. But I'm pretty sure they're properly signed to NJPW unlike Francesco Akira and that tends to be a dealbreaker for new cards.
There may be some AEW teams who work without full contracts such as the Outrunners or WorkHorsemen who may be possible but I don't know if either of those teams qualify as "headliners" (I'd love to have both of them, though).
MCMG would definitely fit but just don't seem like a possibility based on past history.
Is there another WWE-released tag team in the mold of GYV/Sanity that we're not thinking of? The IIconics? They seem more likely for a Women's set and I don't think they're really active outside of WWE.

I forgot about the Evolve set but that's not really a great modern representation of the team. But point taken--the headliners wouldn't be updates and if there were updates there are bigger priorities than them.
