Welcome to my WWF fed! This will be my primary fed, featuring the stars I grew up watching as a kid. The wrestlers I am using were active in the WWWF/WWF in the 70's and early (to mid) 80's. You'll see stars such as Backland, Patterson, Studd, Andre, The British Bulldogs, Bundy and many more. There will be three titles... WWF World Title, Intercontinental and Tag Team Titles. As this fed progresses, I will add more stars from the 60's, 70's and 80's with a WWF slant. As far as the "enhancement talent", I reserve the right to use whomever I need too. Lol.
Honestly, with the impending Bruno Samartino card, this fed really seems to be what I'm looking for. I grew up (was 10 in 1975) watching WWWF wrestling on Saturday mornings. I was gutted when Zbyszko turned on Bruno. Being able to recreate some long aga memories (as well as make new ones) is worth every moment spent playing this great game!
Anyway, hope you enjoy...

Sounds like fun especially with Bruno coming in.

WWF Saturday Morning Superstars Card #1
- Singles Match - Bobo Brazil defeated Mike Jackson with a body slam on concrete and count out! Bobo had this match in hand, when Jackson started using "questionable" tactics to get back in the match. Angered, Brazil took the match to the floor and delivered a crushing body slam to the exposed concrete. Jackson couldn't answer the 10-count.
- Singles Match - Angelo Mosca defeated S. D. Jones with a SLEEPER. This match was surprisingly competitive... for the first few moments, then Mosca punished Jones. After the bell sounded, Mosca refused to let the hold go, until WWF officials pulled him off Jones.
- Tag Team Match - US Express defeated The Mulkey Brothers as Barry Windham hit Bill Mulkey with a LARIAT. This was a one sided "squash" match in which the US Express looked like tag team contenders.
- Singles Match - Big John Studd defeated Tony Garea with a BACKBREAKER. This was an exciting match which saw Garea attempt a top rope cross body, only to hit the referee by mistake. While the referee was down, Studd battered Garea. When the ref came to, Studd used his BACKBREAKER to get the win.
MAIN EVENT - Singles Match - Bob Backlund defeated Mr. Fuji with a CROSSFACE CHICKEN WING. This was a quick match, with Mr. Fuji not getting much offense in. Backland was quicker and used his technical wrestling skill to overwhelm Mr. Fuji. In the end, Backlund applied the submission move and Mr. Fuji tapped out.

I was thinking of starting something similar. I am sure the board is going to full of North East action this summer.

WWF Saturday Morning Superstars Card #2
- Singles Match - Don Muraco defeated Keith Steinborn with an Asiatic Spike. The Magnificent One toyed with Steinborn, basically doing whatever he wanted. This was a total beatdown. Muraco looks impressive!
- Singles Match - Gorilla Monsoon defeated Koko B Ware with a backbreaker. This was an even match, which either man could have won. In the end, Monsoon's size and strength won out. Good showing by the birdman.
- Tag Team Match - The British Bulldogs defeated Larry Sharpe and S.D. Jones when the Dynamite Kid hit Larry Sharpe with a DIVING HEAD BUTT. The Bulldogs looked crisp, fast and agile. Sharpe and Jones had no answer to the team from Britan. On the outside, Lou Albano was at ringside "scouting" the young Brits. Will Albano try to sign the Bulldogs? Hmmm...
- Singles Match - Pat Patterson defeated Hillbilly Jim with a BOMBS AWAY knee drop. Hillbilly Jim was schooled by the veteran Patterson, who took advantage of Jim's inexperience at every opportunity. A solid win for Patterson. Hillbilly Jim will need a few more matches of experience.
MAIN EVENT - Singles Match - Buddy Rogers defeated Larry Zbyszko with a pin using the ropes. This was a 5-star match that almost went the full 20 minute time limit. Both men kicked out of multiple pin attempts... 9 between them! In the end, Rogers caught the younger Zbyszko with pinpoint accurate dropkicks. While down, Rogers covered him for the pin, his feet on the ropes, and got the tainted win. The referee never saw a thing and walked away despite Zbyszko's protest. Man... that Rogers is a piece of work!

Zbyszko in a five star match, anything can happen. I know. I wasn't really expecting it as I'm using the Expansion X card. A young Zbyszko going toe to toe with Rogers? Rogers wasn't expecting the effort. If only Zbyszko had someone to train/mentor him. Hmmmmm...

I predict in three weeks such a wrestler might appear.

WWF Saturday Morning Superstars Card #3
- Singles Match - Bob Orton Jr defeated Larry Sharpe with an Orton Bomb. Orton had no trouble with Sharpe in this one-sided match. Orton was in control from bell to bell. Tough day for Sharpe.
- Singles Match - King Kong Bundy vs. Mike Rotundo ended in a draw (double DQ). Both men had their moments, but the referee lost control of this match when the fight spilled outside the ring. In the end the match was tossed and both men had to be separated.
- Singles Match - Ivan Koloff vs. Adrian Adonis ended in a draw (double DQ). This match was competitive early on as Koloff took control with high impact moves. In order to get a breather, Adonis bailed from the ring. Koloff followed and a wild brawl ensued. As the referee attempted to get the action back in the ring, he was inadvertently shoved to the floor and quickly called for the bell. The refs have to restore order here... - Tag Team Match - Mr. Fuji & Mr. Saito defeated Garea & Zbyszko as Garea was disqualified after hitting Mr. Fuji with a chair. Garea and Zbyszko were dominating this matchup, using speed and technical wrestling to frustrate the Japanese tag team. As the match went on, Mr. Fuji threw salt in Tony Garea's eyes, blinding him. The referee was distracted and never saw it. As Garea bailed to the outside, he grabbed a chair, swung blindly and cracked Mr. Fuji in the head. The referee had no choice but to DQ Garea and Zbyszko! Tough end to an otherwise good match.
MAIN EVENT - Singles Match - SGT Slaughter defeated George Steele with a COBRA CLUTCH. Before the match, the referee warned both men to "keep it clean". Slaughter dominated the distracted Steele and punished him with heavy kicks and punches. There weren't many wrestling holds used in this match and Slaughter got an easy win with his finisher.
