The General Manager of 456 Wrestling, Francine, welcomes everyone to the show. Francine says she appreciates everyone who checked on her after the assault she suffered from Rod Fenton. She appreciated the actions that George Tragos took of suspending Fenton, and she hopes to have nothing else to do with him.
Francine also points out that after the completion of the tag tournament, 456 Wrestling will then unveil plans to determine the first 456 Heavyweight Champion!
Quarterfinal match for the 456 Tag Team Championship: Chaz and Tugboat Taylor vs Maha Singh and Purple Haze with Lord Zoltan
All mayhem breaks out with all 4 men in the ring, Tugboat pins Haze, the ref is with Chaz, Singh drops an elbow on Tugboats head, and reverses the pin, the ref turns around, Haze pins Tugboat!
We get a word with Rip Rogers in the back. He's in the battle royale tonight, to determine the last team in the tag team tournament. Rip says he will win a spot tonight, win tag gold, then come after the singles gold in that heavyweight championship!
The Trooper (debut) vs Kenny Jay
This match is over quickly, as Trooper hits THE BIG PINCH. Riddle on commentary gloats at how impressive Trooper was in his debut.
Dangerous Danny Davis vs Johnny Rodz
Davis hits a SITDOWN SPLASH to gain a pinfall over the veteran.
Sir Oliver Humperdink is in the middle of Mr. Hughes and Eric The Red backstage. Humperdink says that they should just wait for the new tag champs to be crowned, and that's when they should strike.
Eric says they should be in the tag tournament, and not waiting for someone else to win them. Red walks off, leaving Hughes and Humperdink.
Kurt Beyer with Dick Beyer vs Cuban Assassin with Fantasy.
Beyer hits a running clothesline to pick up this important victory. Fantasy distracted twice to break up 2 pinfall attempts, but in the end, Beyer prevails.
We see Doug and Tommy Gilbert backstage. The Gilberts know they will be in the next tag tournament match, and will face the winners of tonights battle royale. Doug says he is as excited as a kid on Christmas morning, knowing they will win the tournament!
10 man over the top battle royale, last 2 men will team vs The Gilberts in the tag team tournament next week.

All 10 men in the ring to start, and chaos ensues. Matt Borne picks up Danny Doring, hits the airplane spin, and dumps Doring over the top! Louie Spicoli and Porkchop Cash are fighting, Louie eliminates Porkchop! Doug Somers hit Ranger Ross with a stomachbreaker, and tosses Ross over the top rope. Manny Villalobos goes after Somers in the corner. Borne hits a big knee lift on Spicoli, that sends Spicolli out and eliminates him. Somers cracks Manny with an elbow smash and eliminates Manny. Rip Rogers charges after Somers. Rogers hits an atomic drop that sends Somers flying over the top rope, eliminating Somers. We zoom in on Borne, and David Taylor fighting, Borne ducks a clothesline attempt and forces Taylor out over the top rope. Mike Graham is fighting with Rip Rogers, Graham hits a crosbody block, both men fly over the top rope, Graham holds onto the top rope, while Rogers hits the floor!
