I found the article, Bojangles is going for rapid expansion with 200 plus stores coming. Going away from fried chicken, to more tenders and boneless, which makes sense family wise. Also, stealing the biscuitville idea, with a big window to watch the biscuit making process.

I love me some regional fast food. We also stopped at Cookout along the way for shakes and hushpuppies. Fun fact. Over the course of a summer I tried all the cook out shakes. Might explain my A1C numbers lol. I definitely leaned more into ones with peanut butter, and they have ones with cheesecake, that has chunks of cheesecake in them. Holy crap dude. Thats like 50 shakes. Thats certainly an accomplishment. I lean towards black and white oreo malt shakes myself. |

Where I live we have like 7 McDonalds, 7 Subways, 6 Burger Kings, 4 Wendys, 4 Arbys, 3 Taco Bells, 3 Chick-Fil-A's, a Popeye's and a Steak 'n' Shake
and I would trade them all for a Bojangles.

Where I live we have like 7 McDonalds, 7 Subways, 6 Burger Kings, 4 Wendys, 4 Arbys, 3 Taco Bells, 3 Chick-Fil-A's, a Popeye's and a Steak 'n' Shake and I would trade them all for a Bojangles. Don't do it. If you do that trade will be on par with Vikings trading for Herschel Walker bad. Keep at least one of the burger joints and one of the Taco Bells. You might get tired of chicken. Try and keep the Arby's too. The rest you can trade for the Bojangles, and you should be fine.  |

AAAAAAAH. I just found out a Bonjangles might be coming to my county. I get emails a few times a week from a group/organization/government thing that covers mostly downtown Lakeland but also other things in the area of interest to residents. Developers have files a site plan but not a formal building permit. It would be about 20-30 minutes from where I live but in an area I tend to drive by/thru. I sure hope they build one there.
