Actually, I don't know the exact number of cards (4, 5, etc) other than it is not like one of the bigger 8 card LOW sets. The only things I knew about this set was Gary Jackson was in it (I didn't/don't know any of the other names) and I knew in advance he would be tonight's announcement. Normally, CAC sets have 5 cards but 4 still seemed weird. But it’s fine. And more enhancement takent is good for my main guys to fight. Actually, the previous CAC sets have had 6... But this one was stated to be a 4 card set from the start, I believe.

I helped sign tonight's announcement Gary Jackson. Cory asked me to talk to Gary about the game when he wrestled for Impact Pro during Galaction 2023 weekend in Waterloo. I was not able to sign him in Waterloo but was optimistic he was going to sign (especially since he gave me a thumbs up in the hotel bar later that night after first saying he wnated to talk to his wife about being in the game.) I later touched base with Gary on the Monday of last year's CAC and he ended up going to the Filsinger Games table to sign with Tom when I was at work the next day/Tuesday morning at the CAC. Me and Cory talked and Gary Jackson could have arguably fit into either LOW or Indies, but I think with his time in places such as WWF and WCW that he is probably a beter fit for LOW epecially as it is so competitive to get an Indies card. Glad to have him in the game! I have already gone and watched some of his matches and, while I hope he is closer to an enhancement level card, he was is a really solid wrestler all around. If we’re going on how legends are statted, he should be around Bob Cook level. Cook has some success in small territories, but when it came to the major promotions, he was definitely on that level Also glad he’s in legends rather than indies.

Guessing because there will be no woman and no official. Could'a been a woman, a CAC honoree, Legend, that's signed.

Glad to see one of my local favorites "Night Train" Gary Jackson in the CAC set.
I knew he was being honored this year, but I didn't expect to see him in this set.
I saw him at my high school years ago. Now he's one of Herb Simmons' top guys with Southern Illinois Championship Wrestling.
BTW, I love the new background art for the CAC cards!

I would totally be down for an Abe, wrestling bear and Cousin Luke set. I currently use the Abe black and white card in my Vintage fed and he does fair. I love the card and would love a sepia toned upgrade at some point if possible. Cousin Luke does need a colour upgrade to hang with Hillbilly Jim. I still have them as a tag team and they do moderately well. The bear would be great to get colour upgraded and even sweeter would be if we could get a The Bearman "Wildman" Dave McKigney card to go with. Maybe we could get a Micro Wrestling set to bolster our ranks in the under 5 feet tall bracket? If we can have an Invisible Man card. We can surely have an Abe Lincoln coloured card. That's what I was thinking. At least Abe Lincoln's a real person and not a figment of Joey Janela's imagination!

Joey Janela's imagination did not produce the Invisible Man as that is a concept that has been in wrestling for a long time. I personally want a color Abraham Lincoln, but I do not see the connection between him getting a card and the Invisible Man having a card.

Buddy Landell was one who battled an Invisible Man.

Buddy Landell was one who battled an Invisible Man. I remember reading about that, though I can't remember the book. Maybe it was a book of Heels. That would be a fun card though. Question is, should the card be powerful, weak, or something in the middle?
