Joey Janela's imagination did not produce the Invisible Man as that is a concept that has been in wrestling for a long time. I personally want a color Abraham Lincoln, but I do not see the connection between him getting a card and the Invisible Man having a card. I stand corrected. I wasn't familiar with an invisible wrestler until I saw Janela flopping around the ring for a non-existent opponent. I'm old-school so invisible wrestlers aren't my cup of tea. I was trying to make a point to all of the Abe haters that don't think he's a wrestler and not worthy of a card over real wrestlers, that if we can have a card for a person that isn't real, then we should have one for a person that is real. topdollar, I think the struggle, at least in my mind, is statting a Lincoln card. What match results or writeups are to be had? The LOW team has noted that some of the vintage wrestlers are tough to stat because there is little to work with in terms of reporting on their matches. I can only imagine what that would be like for Lincoln. That could be the why for others who may be resistant to that card. Also, Lincoln falls to the bottom of my wants for color when guys like The Tolos Brothers, Tony Atlas, Freddie Blassie, and Sabu are still waiting for color releases.

Buddy Landell was one who battled an Invisible Man. Well, if it was a Buddy Landell idea . . . Everyone can complete the sentence on their own. 😉

That is what I said when people were complaining about him getting a card. I know some are not fans of Cena, but he was a big signing IMO.

I said the same thing about the Invisible Man. We technically have a John Cena card.

Whoever stats a John Cena card would have to get very creative working the 5 moves of doom into 18 offensive slots. You just have to look for the subtleties. Like one move would be a "looks to left first 5 knuckle shuffle" while another would be a "looks to right first 5 knuckle shuffle".

You know I have an old black and white Cena bootleg somewhere in my card boxes, this conversation has me curious as to what the stats were on it. 😂

Well we already have a B&W of him so just a few tweaks and update his picture for the color one.

Although I know that at least most of this set is said to be on the more obscure side... I am hoping for Ron Simmons as a headliner.
