I just wanted to give Tom and Mike a big thanks for the quick response and rapid resolution of an accidental double charge on an order i had just made. I have no idea what occurred to cause my order to be charged twice to my card but within minutes of contacting Tom and Mike about the issue it was resolved. They saved me from a mountain of headaches and frustration that would have followed due to this incident. Thank you so much guys!
