Do we know how many updates we are getting in this set and how many new names?

Give me Jim Powers and Cousin Luke in this set or in Prime, and my original 2015 fed will be fully colourised (apart from Mister X!)

I admit I'm leaning hard into the January 2023 podcast episode where the Legends team identified the black and white cards they most want to do a color update for. Discounting the ones with the known rights issues (The Sheik, The Tolos brothers, Blassie) there are four names left from that list: Jonnie Stewart (feels like a really good Prime candidate), Fred Curry (not bad), PN News (A solid maybe) and Danielson (a potential set headliner). I just wonder if a colorization is going to be a set-headliner in this day and age, especially one with not one but two color cards already. Sure, they are Indies, but they are dominant Indies cards (at least the ROH one is). Also with limited teasers - wouldn't that be the perfect way to include guys like the four you named as "known rights issues?" No teasers, the ultimate "Be cool ..." names. I'm going to be excited about whomever we get, and am excited for the first teaser tonight! can’t wait for tonight’s teaser. Love Danielson, but couldn’t think of many other reprints that I’d want less (OK, maybe business suit Greg Valentine as we already have him w & without robe). Much rather have no headliner & get cards that don’t have multiple color versions already. |

I reckon my 80s fed only needed Luke, Powers and Tony Atlas. I've definitely enough cards to split into NWA and WWF but I haven't played for ages, despite collecting a lot of expansions. |

I'm really hoping for Cousin Luke & Jonnie Stewart--not to mention Honest Abe & The Wrestling Bear!
If we get Giant Bernard & P.N. News together, I may have to reunite them as my Tons Of Funk tag team!

Hey if we get Jim Powers, Cousin Luke, Tony Atlas, P.N. News, Sheik, Sabu, Giant Bernard that would be awesome. I would love a Fred Blassie wrestler and manager cards at some point. Whomever we get I just can't wait to get the cards. This set is going to be great!

Wonder if Bernard's considered off-limits. It's not quite the same thing as an active WWE/AEW wrestler but it's not quite the same thing as a wholly free agent, either.
