I don't think "Alexandra York" was ever trademarked, at least I can't find it on the USPTO website. So if in a hypothetical world Terri ever signed, it seems like it'd be fair game.
York would honestly be my first choice, since we have York Foundation members in the game but no Goldust and no one that I can think of that Terri managed, unless we count D'Lo. And I actually think writing a chart for her computer would be fun and unique. You'd roll on it before the match instead of during, and you can get a result like, "The computer determines a certain weak spot in the opponent that's susceptible to Ms. York's protege's finisher. Add 1 to the finisher rating." Or "Facing desperation, York decides to throw out the analytics--once during the match, her wrestler may substitute a 'hurt - 2' on Level 3 Defense with SMASH WITH COMPUTER (+3) dis." Or, "Oh no! The computer encountered a virus while downloading her opponent's data! Without a computerized game plan, Miss York's man is confused and must downgrade two Charts by one rating." Basically like the old Mesmer influence chart or Skaaland's training chart but goofier.
Plus there's no shortage of southern wrasslers in the game who could sell out their heritage to join the Foundation. If we can't sign Buddy Landell or Terrence Taylor, a promoter could pad out the group with the likes of Jonathan Fargo, Edward McDaniel, and the tag team of Robert Fulton & Thomas Rogers.
This is fantastic work Pete love it if the York gimmick could be used, Last year I was using a bootleg Alexandra York card I made and put her in my fed. Along with recruiting Thomas Rich and Richard Morton she had her eye on the Raging Bull "Manuel" Fernandez and "Ronald" Simmons lol Also Terri managed Val Venus for a bit
