BTW, I thought Savage T once said he mentioned the game to the Barbarian, but he just kinda growled at him

Well, maybe not from a workrate point of view (I'm not into that as much), but I enjoyed the feud. For years, the Road Warriors would battle the steady stream of Georgia opponents (Rich, Sawyers, Wrestling II, Garvin), The Fabs, Freebirds, Horsemen, Midnight Express. But this was one test that put the Warriors in there with guys as big (or in Warlord's case, bigger). That rarely happened (can only think of their short Bundy/Superstar feud and against the Russians, although Ivan was usually part of that) I just didn't like the POP (Not so much the team, just Warlord) all that much, hence why I didn't like the matches/feud.

Wasn't Curly Moe busted for child porn? If so, I'd probably nix him. I checked around on that rumor and came up empty. In fact several guys said that Curly was on Kayfabe memories and had slimmed down considerably. The rumor I did hear that attached to was "Macho Warrior" Ric Hogan of the USWA.

Tom,after keeping the bootleg community in mind, and i know some of these guys will never happen in LOW, although most of them should, i was thinking about something like this:1)Remember the list of former wrestling champions i posted before, well i think if you can include them in a future legends set, i think it will be all worthwhile. 2) Instead of compiling a whole list of wrestler's together (of which most are considered undercard bums, anyways) don't you think it would be alot better if me and are loyal fans of your game, could schedule more exciting championship matches pitting the contender against the champion each time.3) I think that would be more exciting playing that way instead of with a bunch of bums.4) With a bunch of bums matches can be boring, but when champions are wrestling, anyone wrestler can take them on.5) And, that is more exciting.6)So, think about it; while i post my former wrestling champions once again. And here they are: 1) Bruno Sammartino 2) Gene Kiniski 3) Dory Funk Jr. 4) Jack Brisco 5) Dusty Rhodes 6) Ric Flair 7) Kerry Von Erich 8) Tommy Rich 9) Terry Funk 10) Verne Gagne 11) Barry Windham 12) Hulk Hogan 13) Last, but not least, Brett Hart. I thought i'd include him, too. His father,Stu, and brother Owen were great contributors to the sport,as well.7) Just, maybe you could call this legends set: Legends Champions.8) So,Tom,if you reconsider these great men into your game, instead of chosing some undercard bums, then you are heading in the right direction.9) They were all great wrestler's in their day and that is why they were champions.10) Tom, please let me know what you think? Thanks,Tom,your friend,Laurence Sharp.

Thanks,Tom,your friend,Laurence Sharp. Wow. I really don't know where to start. First of all, who do you consider a "bum" in the previous sets? Because a guy wasn't a world champion, he was a bum? Truthfully, what you probably consider a bum, most of them were major talents. There are really a few "bums" (as you put it) and that is George South, Larry Sharpe, SD Jones, Koko B Ware, Brutus Beefcake, maybe a few others But my gosh, look at some of those names that are in the game...geeez. I'd like to know who you considered a bum. Second, you really think it would be exciting to see Harley Race vs Buddy Rogers on every match of the card? Most promoters, (real life and COTG fans) would probably disagree. Most consider having a well rounded card to appeal to as many fans as possible. In the COTG universe, would you want every match up to be Star Warrior vs Thantos? While both are two of the top stars of all time, that would get pretty boring after a while. ..and having Tom "heading in the right direction"?!? You don't think Tom would want all of those guys in the game? He simply can't put them in there without their permission (although Road Warrior Animal may have something to say about that). I think you wayyyyyy are off base on the "heading in the right direction" comment. I'm very satisfied with the wrestlers signed, whether it's Nick Bockwinkel or SD Jones. The collection of guys in the game right now is tremendous.

Ok I'll go ahead and say it....considering the talent that was already gracious enough to lend themselves to this game, all the work Tom and the Legends crew have done as far as contacts and putting the sets together, and how much we all love the game, this is one of the most offensive things I've ever read!

I didn't like The Genius as a wrestler. I vote for him to be a distractor card. I never thought much of his wrestling, but have had the chance to see some of his matches thanks to wwe 24/7 and a few tapes I found of prime time wrestling, and have to say he was a good worker, just not a superstar.

Tom,i consider guys like Wild Bill Dromo and Abdullah The Butcher to be classed as bums.I used to see Dromo get beat by Billy Robinson alot on Stampede Wrestling and i also saw Abdullah get beat by Dave Ruhl alot on Stampede,as well. So, Dromo and Abdullah fit the bill and Robinson and Ruhl were perhaps, well the toughest men on that show. It was great wrestling, wasn't it? Thanks, again,Laurence.
